1. Crystal Dawn, the pegasus, glanced over at the griffon who had spoken up. "Worry about yourself," She countered amicably, a genuine grin playing on her lips. "There's really no need to waste your energy on us." She tilted her head slightly to face the line up of contestants, sizing them up mentally. She wasn't particularly worried, to be honest, this was all going to be in good fun, right? It would be easier to handle the coming days if they all got off on the right hoof. Crystal pawed at the ground in excitement, her eyes darting here and there, trying to take everything in. "Wait! I have a question!" She waved a hoof about madly, the simple action done with all her usual energy and enthusiasm. "Say if I wanted to take a fly around, will there be any limitations height wise, if I stay within the boundary?"a
2. Date #5: Snow Diamond and Coral Gem "That sounds really cool," Coral grinned. The mare, though somewhat motherly in terms of family, couldn't bring herself to imagine being in a teaching job. She was too nice. (That was what her sister had informed her of once) Coral could not manage a boisterous class of fillies and colts and keep her sanity at the same time. It just wasn't her destiny. "Do your students give you much trouble?" She queried, only to be cut off by the zebra attempting to pull off a pick up line. it would have seemed relatively normal had he not made an awkward cough-yawn after it. Coral smothered a small laugh before nodding, "If you don't mind. I'm not from around here though, so what would you recommend?" This was actually quite fun, compared to what she had expected one to be. One of her friends back in Trottingham attended a speed dating picnic for fun, and came back only with laments on how utterly boring it had been. Perhaps she went to the wrong one.
3. Date #5: Snow Diamond and Coral Gem The rose red mare looked up from her book as she heard her number being called. Okay, she hadn't meant to be antisocial at first, but this book that her younger sister had lent her for the journey was just so good. She stood up from her seat and shoved the book back into her saddlebag before scanning the room for the one called Snow Diamond. Which one was he again? She had heard some names being floated earlier, and this was one of them. Finally, she located the zebra and wove her way around the ponies to get to him. "Hey, I'm Coral. You must be Snow Diamond, right?" She greeted with a winning smile and holding out her hoof for a hoofshake. The zebra wore a blue cap upon his head and looked somewhat fatigued. Was recently ill or something? Coral didn't have much knowledge about illnesses, but she knew from experience that after recovery, one was often tired for a bit. "I'm a jewellery maker from Trottingham, by the lake. What do you do?"
4. "What we do here- in the present, affects the future." Cyprus argued mildly, quite a show of emotion for the normally calm and stoic stallion. "We just need to plan our next few choices out carefully." His mind was spinning and churning with half formed ideas and a few servings of doubt and hope. Was this rebellion doomed to fail, or destined to succeed? Perhaps knowing what measures they took and their consequences would help counteract a possible negative outcome. But no, what if every step they took only led them closer to their deaths? "Nevermind," Cyprus sighed, returning to his usual demeanour, "I guess we just have to wait and see what comes next. Maybe, just maybe, things will work out right for once."
5. *legasps and puts up her Pinkie barricades!* xD
6. This has got to be fun, I'll sign Crystal Dawn up She's gonna drive the others nuts
7. The voices quickly disappeared, and it appeared that Vision, the alicorn, had left. Could it all have been a dream? Cyprus trotted over to Hammer and peered over his shoulder. His eyes widened slightly at the very same thing that the other stallion had saw. The book was so old.... Could it have been an elaborate prank? No, who would play a prank like this? The stallion struggled to wrap his mind around it. "Hey, come see this," He called softly to the other ponies who were in the vicinity. He wanted to know what they thought of it all. "Hammer," Cyprus nudged him lightly with his nose, "knowing one's future is dangerous, not to mention, if somepony meddles with destiny, who knows what could happen?
8. I KNOW I'M OVERDUE. But I just finished watching it, and I recalled seeing this thread, and I was like "I NEED TO FIND THIS THREAD."
9. (Singapore, also, sorry for my unplanned inactivity. i've recently attended a regional youth conference and hadn't expected it to be so tiring. If we want to continue with this RP, I do believe it's Smartie's turn to post.)
10. OOC: Smartie, Me then Broadway? Because that's how our posts were.
11. (No, no, Smarties where I am are technically candy coated chocolates ^^ Like M&Ms I suppose we can follow an order for posting and such?)
12. Nothing much, despite the large amount of replies, the RP is only just starting! Hammer's making/fixing stuff, and Cyprus just brought back some food c: Also, Smartie (Can I call you that? After the chocolates?) Can I bring in another character? Just to even out the two genders a bit ^^)
13. Just posting to say I'm definitely interested c: I'll edit my app into this one once I get access to a computer.
14. (Yes! Rescue missions! Now we just gotta get more people in unless we both don't mind playing multiple OCs? I'm pretty sure Cyprus has family back in the Empire o: )
15. Well, this sounds rather interesting I'd like to put Coral Gem up for bidding, I'm sure she won't mind. XD
16. (We could always um... continue as if Vision was never there? >< Or maybe the ponies can put it down as the effects of sleep deprivation. Perhaps if I could get one or two of my friends to join, we can have fun rebellion stuff Meetings, training, spying~ Maybe even sabotage ^^)
17. River giggled silently, inwardly melting at the little foal. The filly noticed that when she spoke, she had a slight lisp. Perhaps she could grow out of it in time, or it might remain. Either way, she had a such an enthusiastic personality that it was hard not to love her, lisp and all. River followed behind the foal- had she mentioned her name? River didn't think so. When the foal chose her gem, she couldn't help but be impressed. The gem was one that Coral had found after a hard day's work, and spent many loving hours cutting it and smoothing it to perfection. That was why River loved her sister so much. Coral had a unique eye for the world, and somehow managed to make everything beautiful by finding the beauty underneath, and then coaxing it out to the surface. With half her attention on the foal, River could faintly hear her sister talk to the foal's parents, commenting on what an adorable child they had. After a few minutes, River figured out that the foal was more drawn to the shiny and colourful objects. With a gentle nudge, River gestured to the display shelf in the corner where Coral kept the coloured river stones. Some of them were transluscent, and some fully opaque, each stained a different shade by the minerals that floated around in their waters.

20. Crystal uttered a small cry of fright as the stallion went over the front of the giant cupcake, his hind legs quickly disappearing from view. She mentally chided herself for not thinking that he might have- in fact, been concentrating on something before she came. Her distraction, whilst unintended, could be fatal. The stallion's death, or injury would be all her fault. Granted, a fall from the top of a shop couldn't kill you, but it could break a good few bones. How would she live with the guilt of knowing that she had caused it? Then what are you doing sitting around? Go catch him! She squeaked and launched herself towards the edge of the roof, right where the stallion himself had just disappeared not a few moments. Crystal broke into a furious canter to give herself enough momentum and at just a mere centimetre away from the edge, pushed off with her legs and angled her body in a straight line to the ground You can do this, you did it in Flight Camp, remember? Yeah, but the poor pegasus that had been her trust fall partner broke through several layers of clouds before Crystal could catch her. The mare winced at the memory and sincerely hoped that she had improved since then. She tucked her legs and arms firmly against her side and narrowed her eyes against the wind. Up ahead, the stallion was doing something rather odd. Instead of panicking and flailing his legs in a pathetic attempt to fly, he seemed to be fumbling around with something attached to his backpack. Crystal didn't have time to ponder about it for the ground was rapidly approaching. Faster! Her hoof lashed out in and attempt to catch him, but it merely grazed his backpack. She gritted her teeth in frustration and worry before attempting again. This time she lunged forward, catching the edge of his backpack with her teeth. Crystal couldn't stop them in time, but as her wings shot open, the abrupt updraft against them managed to slow their descent. Landing with a soft thud against the pavement, Crystal let go of him and trotted forward so she could face him. "What in Celestia's name were you doing?" She demanded, fixing him with a stern glare that she knew wouldn't last. Already her anger at his... his... idiocy was fading, replaced by the stark relief that he was okay. "Running off the edge of a shop?" She chuckled softly, "I think you're as crazy as I am."
21. Oy, sheep are awesome! And the above would be a random user with this awesome hand drawn profile pic ^^
22. River idly glanced out of the street, noticing the lack of people. It was only the start of the summer season, and early in the morning, so it was understood that the streets would be relatively empty. Already bored, the filly glanced back at her older sister with an expression that clearly showed just how restless she was. Coral merely replied with an amused chuckle before turning back to polishing the till. Suddenly, something- somepony barrelled in through the entrance behind her and rolled impressively for a bit before coming to a stop and standing up. The newcomer was just a foal, perhaps an older one. She had an adorably excited expression on her face and a clear appreciation for the items around her. Composing herself, River drew a smile onto her lips and stepped towards the foal, tapping her gently with a hoof. River gestured to the collection of items on display before raising an eyebrow enquiringly. From her post behind the counter, Coral appraisingly watched her sister and the foal, smiling in approval.
