      "Theory" in that sense is hypothesis. "Scientific theory" is fact based on evidence (for lack of a better word, since there is no such thing as "fact" in science)

      Exactly, in science, you only have the issue, and a hypothesis to solve that issue. Only through countless testing and repeatable results do you then get the answer.

      we considered it, but it'd be hard to do an event based around the concept when most characters in the RP don't have dates.
