Techno Tealeaf

Hello again everyone, I'm here to regretfully inform you all that because of work and real life issues my time on Canterlot will be next to nothing. I'm at a very busy state in my life and as much as I love Canterlot I'm on the go more and more often and am finding it harder to do forum based role plays such as these. I'm still very interested in Roleplaying but sadly the only medium that is readily available to me is Skype and even then that is only on Mondays after 3pm central time. Sorry I've been absent everyone, I got a huge dose of real life right to the face. But I'm back (for sure this time) and ready to RP again.

I'm not dead! I've just been swamped with my job training and wedding planning, but I'm offically back and ready to RP again! It's great to be back in Equestria.

We might have a few "hidden ponies" like they hide Mickey at Disney but not entirely ponies.

Oh the parrots were actually quite well behaved for the party, unusually so actually. They enjoyed a kabob of fruits, veggies, and a little bit of chicken so they had a wonderful time too.

This all happened last night actually, we celebrate our family Christmas on Christmas eve.

Sorry if this is in the wrong area but I just had to let all my Canterlot friends know about the BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! It all started with a huge family get together my family calls the "Who feast", we gather up as much family as we can and everyone brings a dish to eat. We also have a white elephant gift exchange and play a ton of games. This year we managed to get the entire family for the feast, which is no small feat! Seriously we give the Apple family a run for their bits. Somehow though everyone was there and having a great time taking pictures and chatting. I had just gotten a silly wolf hat/scarf/mittens combo and everyone was grinning ear to ear taking pictures. I turned around so that my boyfriend could take a picture too and... there he was down on one knee with a ring box in hand. He made a long speech about how much he loves me and no matter how hard things get he wanted to make sure I was always right by his side. I joked "What took you so long?!" and of course said yes. His mother even rented us a limo so we could go see the lights in town and celebrate. This is without a doubt the best Christmas ever.

Minor update on what's going on with me. I finally found a job I can do with my back problems which means I can keep on living where I do. On the down side though I have surgery scheduled for next week and will be in the hospital for at least another week after that. Looks like a pain killer filled Christmas for me, but I'll be back officially to role play again come January 1st. Sorry for the long delay, but this gives me time to get all my affairs in order before I return to Equestria.

I'm sorry for my recent absence, I'm being forced to move across the country while dealing with some major surgery. I'm sorry to say that Derpy will have to find a new player while I get my life back in order. I'm sorry I let things get this far out of hand. I'll let you all know ASAP when I'll be back and ready to RP again.

I'm just excited to see the crystal ponies, I think that they're going to be G4s version of Twinkle eye ponies and those were always my favorite as a kid.

Techno sighed with relief as the many fashion ponies went about their buisness. After making sure the glasses had been put into the sink she then shook her mane slightly and walked over to Photo Finish and the table covered in cameras. [colour=#800080]"There's so many! Do you need all of these for every shoot you do?" [/colour]She tilted her head as she asked the question causing her mane to fall to the side.

Derpy thought for a second before answering Mr. Cake. [colour=#696969]"I think I'd like to have my cake and milk here please. Then afterward Tiny and I can go for a walk and work off all these sweets." [/colour]She looked back at Tiny and grinned. [colour=#696969]"After all I've got to watch my figure." [/colour]She covered her mouth with a hoof and giggled again. [colour=#696969]"Oh I mean... if that's ok with you [/colour][colour=#696969]Tiny."[/colour]

Sorry for my recent absence, real life drama has shown its ugly face again this time in the form of unemployment and and a hard drive failure. I'll be back by wendsday though.

(SO sorry, my computer ate my last post and I didn't notice D: ) Derpy giggled at Mr. Cake as she patted the muffins. [colour=#808080]"Oh no these are for later Mr. Cake. Could I get a umm..." [/colour]She paused to think for a moment. [colour=#808080]"Oh! A piece of pumpkin spice cake and a glass of chocolate milk please?" [/colour]She turned and grinned at Tiny. [colour=#808080]"What about you Tiny? What's your favorite sweet food?"[/colour]

Techno blinked and rubbed her eyes as the camera flash went off. "Oh! W-wait let me just get these cups put away and then I'll -." She was interupted by another flash of the camera's light. She put up a hoof to block the bright light and shook her head to clear her mind. "These lights are always so bright! How much light does she need for a white mare?!" Techno thought to herself. She really had no head for fashion, to her it was only logical that a white pony would need less lighting than say a chocolate colored pony. She rubbed her eyes with her hoof and blinked rapidly to clear the spots that were swimming in front of her eyes.

Techno smiled and brought out cups and a pitcher for the mares who had been working on her mane. She took some tea leaves down from a box in the wall and using her magic fused the tea leaves with sugar to form a perfect blend and added it to the pitcher. The tea leaves now shimmered like diamonds as she put them into the pitcher. "I hope sweet tea is ok, if not I can make something else for you." She said as she added warm water and ice to the pitcher. She sat it down on a table between the two mares along with the two cups. She then sat down and absent mindedly flipped her head to get her bangs out of er eyes. "Is there uhh... anything I can get you Miss. Finish?" She rubbed her left leg with her right hoof nervously. Truth be told the high fashion mare intimidated Techno, but she did her best to make sure all of her customers were happy and well cared for even if the customer was someone as headstrong as Photo Finish.

Derpy gasped as Tiny opened the case containing the bracelet. She raised a hoof to touch the bracelet but thought better of herself and placed her hoof back on the table. "Tiny it's so pretty! Look at that tiny little teeny swan inside that gem!" She pointed excitedly to the swan as she looked back and forth from Tiny to Mr. Cake. "She looks like she's ready to sing in there." She placed both hooves on the table and rested her chin between them watching the two other ponies as she spoke.

The wifi is finally fixed! I'll be back to my regular posting now

I've been having some problems with AT&T and some real life issues, sorry for the spotty posting. Hopefully I'll be able to fix it so that I can for more than a few minuets at a time. I'll be back to regular posting ASAP.

Techno instictively held her breath every time the bottle was sprayed. She hated the smell of hair care products but she knew if she messed up the work of the two mares she would just get another helping of sprays and combs. Although she didn't mind her mane being brushed, in fact she really enjoyed it. She would never admit it to anypony of course. A few times the bright lights were shone in her eyes, but she only winced and raised a hoof to block the light, she didn't dare move from her spot as the two mares worked on her mane. "Miss. Finish is there anything I can get you or your staff? Drinks maybe?" She turned to the two mares working on her mane. "Would you like anything ladies?"

"Well it certainly seems that this mare is fine, and a mare of action at that." Burst thought to herself. She sighed with relief seeing that nopony was hurt. She turned to the energetic foal and smiled. "Hello there little one, you seem to be the perfect pony to help solve this mystery. How about you stick next to me while we look for clues? You can be my assistaint on this case." She winked at the foal as she morphed the ball of fire into a miniature Phoenix made of flames to light the path.

Saphire Shores is actually an older pony name that Hasbro still has the licence too, so that might explain her being a unicorn. These minis are really adorable, I live within walking distance of a Toys R Us so I usually pick up one mini a week. (We use them for D&D and other games) I'm really impressed with the quality of them.

Derpy patiently waited at the base of the ladder for her turn to dive. As the pony before her left the diving area Derpy placed a hoof on the ladder and started to climb up, she made it a whole three rungs up the ladder before she slipped and fell back down to the ground. She landed with a soft thud onto her back. "Whoops!" She giggled as she picked herself up. She started her climb again although this time she kept her eyes on her hooves. She carefully placed each hoof as she climbed, her muzzle was scrunched up in concentration and her tongue was poked out from the left side of her mouth. The wind started to pick up a bit as she got closer to the platform, she instictively fluttered her wings to keep her steady in the strong winds and gripped the rungs tighter. After what seemed like hours Derpy finallly made it to the platform. She shook her head and let the wind blow through her mane and tail. Derpy grinned and took a deep breath to settle herself down, after a few moments she started to gallop as fast as she could off of the platform. Just as she reached the end though she tripped over her own hooves and awkwardly fell off the edge. She tumbled head over flank as she fell, the world spun around her making her dizzy. Her legs flailed as she opened her wings and got herself upright again. It was too little too late though, just as soon as she had corrected herself she splashed into the water with the pegasus equivalent of a belly flop. As she fell into the water her wings were pulled up painfully behind her. After a few tense moments she surfaced and struggled to doggy paddle her way to shore. Once safely on the ground she gave her wings a gentle flap and winced. Nothing was broken, but she had definately pulled something. She waved to the croud and smiled to let them know that she wasn't seriously hurt. She awkwardly held her wings open as she made her way to the medical ponies waiting at the sidelines.
