1. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria RP – Tier 3 Name: Ingrid Marie Sex: Female Age: Mare (middle-aged) Species: Unicorn Coat Color: Light gray Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Mane and tail are dark gray, with faint gray highlights running from front to back. Both the mane and tail are cut short. Eye Color: Blue Cutie Mark: A shining red apple. Physique: Her size is average for a mare her age, but has slightly more natural muscle strength than the average unicorn due to her earth pony heritage. Origin/Residence: Spent her early foalhood on a farm in the Solstice Heights, but currently resides in Canterlot. Occupation: Guidance counselor for Princess Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns. Motivation: To ensure that everypony attending Celestia’s school achieves academic, career and social success. Likes: The School’s student body, tutoring, country life, gardening, hiking & camping Dislikes: Serving on entrance exam panels, directionless students, ponies with elitist & populist attitudes, cacti & agaves Character Summary: Ingrid Marie is in many ways a seldom seen combination of two different worlds. Her mother, an earth pony, traced her descent from one of Pokey Oaks’s brothers, while her unicorn father was the estranged son of a prominent Canterlot businessmare. Living on her family’s apple orchard in the Solstice Heights for the first few years of her life, Ingrid’s loving parents freely encouraged their daughter to use her unicorn powers to help out on the farm. And use her magic the young Ingrid Marie did. The unicorn filly discovered that she had an affinity for “connecting” with plants, allowing her to figure out the specific needs of her family’s apple trees in order to bear the best fruit possible. Neighboring farmers didn’t think too highly of Ingrid’s ability at first, given the assumption that natural earth pony instincts could accomplish the same thing without fancy-schmancy horn magic. Ingrid did not let the naysayers get to her however, so the filly submitted apples she nurtured into a fruit-tasting competition in Canterlot. She won a respectable seventh place for her efforts, surprising given she was both a foal and a unicorn up against dozens of other local farmers. Proud of getting such an award, Ingrid Marie found herself rewarded with a shining red apple as her cutie mark that day. Convinced that their daughter could do much more with her powers than work on a farm, Ingrid Marie’s enrolled her in Princess Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns. While Ingrid herself was among the lower half of students as far as magical aptitude was concerned, her instructors took great interest in how she frequently helped other students develop their abilities to great success. Based on the recommendation of her guidance counselor, Ingrid chose to pursue a degree in education at Canterlot University after graduating from the School. The young mare paid her way through university working as a freelance magic tutor for foals attending Magic Kindergarten, and after many hard years earned her Ph.D. Unfortunately, these formative years also saw Ingrid Marie losing her connection with her family and their way of life. Letting friendly jabs at her way of speaking get to her during her time at Celestia’s School, Ingrid purged herself of her country accent as a means to fit in. As a college student, Ingrid’s busier schedule kept her from visiting her parents often except for about two-to-three times a year. Yet it was Ingrid’s first professional job after graduating from college which completed the process of disconnecting herself almost entirely from her roots; a position as a magic instructor at Neighton Preparatory Academy. A prestigious secondary school located in Canterlot with astronomically-high enrollment fees, Neighton Prep mainly serves to educate the children of many of the richest and most influential families in Equestria (those families that don’t rely on private tutors, that is). Ingrid's job at Neighton was a tough one; not only was she expected to teach the young nobleponies advanced magic spells regardless of their actual affinity, but also faced incessant scrutiny from their powerful parents who demanded only the best education possible. Instructors at Neighton like Ingrid were also expected to attend numerous high-society functions as part of their official duties of promoting the Academy. Even though the job's stressful workload kept Ingrid from keeping in touch with her mom and dad, it paid very well. Concerned, Ingrid's parents tried to convince their daughter to find a less soul-crushing place of employment; she had none of it though, and instead cut herself off from her family out of spite. Ingrid Marie’s tenure at Neighton only lasted for a few brief-but-miserable years; her old guidance counselor from Celestia’s School did not forget about her, and upon retirement, hoofpicked Ingrid to be the next counselor. For Ingrid, being the school counselor was… and continues to be, a dream come true even if she makes much less money than at Neighton. The counselor loves nothing more than helping students refine their magical talents, seeking out educational and career opportunities for students and to assist those with difficulties in maintaining friendships with their classmates. If there is one part of the job that fustrates Counselor Marie to no end, it would be proctoring student entrance examinations; absolutely too many unicorn parents attempt to enroll their foals without bothering to ascertain if they are actually gifted in magical aptitude or not. The most notorious incident involving such a “questionably-gifted” applicant was Twilight Sparkle, a blankflank who apparently convinced herself that it was her destiny to become a great magician. Adding to the situation’s absurdity, Princess Celestia herself made an extremely-rare last-minute change to the filly’s examination, ordering that a standard assessment test be replaced with the much more difficult task of hatching a dragon egg. Just as Counselor Marie and her fellow proctors expected, Twilight’s examination started poorly as the blankflanked filly utterly failed to hatch the egg. Just as Counselor Marie and the other proctors were ready to officially reject Twilight, a mysterious sonic rainboom occurred and provoked the filly to unleash the full extent of her powers. Among other things, Twilight’s outburst caused Ingrid to hover helplessly in the air and turned Twilight’s parents into a cactus and an agave. Fortunately, Princess Celestia arrived in time to bring the filly back under control and to take on Twilight as her personal student. Counselor Marie has total confidence in the Princess's ability to tutor the young prodigy; nonetheless, the counselor believes to this day that Twilight requires the assistance of all the School's resources to best control and harness her powers. Now that many long years have passed since burning her bridges to the past, Ingrid Marie has finally begun to question the point of hiding her country roots. Ingrid is still very reluctant to face her mom and dad again, but she has considered getting herself acquainted with her distant Apple family relatives, whom she never got a chance to know well even in her foalhood (her relatives on her father’s side pretend that he and his family don’t exist, as they never approved of her dad’s choices in life). While Counselor Marie has no intention of ditching her beloved job to spend the rest of her life back in the countryside, she has taken up gardening and outdoor excursions as hobbies to help her reconnect with nature and to sharpen her special magic abilities, which she hadn't had a real need for since foalhood. Just don’t show Ingrid any cacti or agaves at all; they bring back unpleasant memories of the Twilight Incident…..
 2. Roleplay Type: Mane RP Name: Inkie Pie Sex: Female Age: Mare Species: Earth Pony Eye Color: Purple Coat Color: Light Gray Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Mane and tail are groomed straight, both dark gray in color Physique: Average Cutie Mark: A firefly stuck in amber Origin/Residence: Rock farm / Hoofington Occupation: Pawn Broker Motivation: Finding treasure among trash, turning the unwanted into the fabulous! And selling it. Likes: Bartering, family moments, rock collecting Dislikes: arguments, spinach, trains blasting their horn when they whiz by her house at 3 AM (seriously, what's the deal with that?) Character Summary: Inkie Pie was born and raised on a Rock Farm, same as her sisters, Blinkie and Pinkie. Her foalhood was average, if not terribly dull. The sisters' days often consisted of house chores, schooling, helping out with rock harvests, and family meals. Once in awhile they played in the yard, but it was often a quick game of hide-and-seek for the most part. After awhile they learned where all the good hiding spots were. Though one of her favorite foal-hood hobbies, was rock collecting. During her time with the rock farm, when she and her sisters weren't out harvesting or doing their chores, sometimes she'd find neat little rocks. Rocks with funny colors, rocks with pretty patterns, or rocks with funny shapes! She even found a rock that she thought kinda looked like the Princess! She kept them all on a little shelf by her bed and liked to look at them all the time. She always hoped that there was somepony out there who could appreciate rocks like she did. But one day she found an especially funny-looking rock by an old tree! It kinda shined a bit, but was real dirty. After a whole afternoon of rinsing it off and scrubbing it hard, she saw that it was kinda like a big golden glassy thing! A rock? It wasn't like any rock she ever saw. And when she looked closer at it, she thought she could see a bug inside! Whoa! She hadn't been this excited about something since Pinkie got her cutie mark! She showed it to everypony she could, which at the time amounted to her sisters and her mother and father. While interesting, her parents were more focused on meeting the quota for the harvest. When it came time to bring the latest load of rocks into town, Inkie went with her father, and brought her favorite new rock with her. While she waited at the cart and her father spoke with somepony, and older mare noticed the little filly playing with something! She asked if she could take a look at it, seeming genuinely intrigued. Inkie gladly handed it over, telling her how neat it was, and that there was a bug inside and everything! The older mare informed her that the 'rock' was actually called 'Amber', a fossilized piece of tree sap! Sometimes, unfortunate bugs got caught in this sap, and it preserved them for many many years after it hardened! Wow! On top of the sudden lesson, the mare told her she'd love to include the little piece in her own collection! At a museum!! Another rock collecting pony! She offered little Inkie 100 bits for it. She was shocked! She had never seen that kind of money! Knowing how special the Amber was to her, Inkie thought it would be super nice to indulge a fellow collector and make the sale. When her father came back, he was at first a bit irate to find his daughter literally rolling in a small pile of bits on the back of the cart, demanding to know where she got them. When she told him the story, he seemed just as surprised as she was... and proud! When prompted by her father to look, little Inkie had finally earned her cutie mark! It looked almost just like the Amber she sold! Over time, she learned that it represented her talent of appreciating things other ponies might consider junk, much like how her family initially thought the fossil she found was nothing more than a fancy rock. As the years went on, she kept finding all sorts of neat and forgotten treasures! Old scooters getting spruced up into sweet rides! Making a nice picture frame out of a bunch of discarded ones, and so on and so forth! Her knack for making 'trash' into things desirable gave her an idea! Open a shop! Eventually she did just that. Having made enough on the farm, she bought a home in Hoofington, using the ground floor for her new pawn shop! "Inkie Pie's House of Fixin's!" Everyday she would meet ponies wanted to give her their old junk for bits, and then sell it to somepony else who could appreciate it all over again! Her official business slogan was the old saying 'Somepony's junk is another pony's treasure!' She lives there to this day, making a decent happy living, and still finding time to be out and about and even have get-togethers with her loving sisters. The three of them have remained extremely close, and enjoy spending time together. Blinkie and Pinkie are always near and dear to Inkie. And she still has her rock collection. 3. Roleplay Type: Mane RP Name: Doctor Stable Sex: Male Age: Stallion Species: Unicorn Pelt Color: Light Orange Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Brown mane and tail Eye Color: Light purple Cutie Mark: Heart monitor Physique: Normal build Origin/Residence: Canterlot, now lives outside of Ponyville Occupation: Physician, Director of Medicine, Ponyville Hospital Motivation: “To offer the finest medical care to all ponies who enter our hospital” Likes: Classical Music, croquette, Dinner parties Dislikes: Intruders in the hospital, rowdy patients, tomfoolery in general Character Summary: Stable lived a very priviledged life in Canterlot. His parents were in the medical profession, so it seemed natural that their only son would follow in the family legacy. This was confirmed early in his foalhood when during a school picnic, one of his classmates accidentally ate some poison berries he found in the forest. Acting quickly and using knowledge he had learned from watching his mom and dad working at a hospital, young Stable induced his classmate to throw up and then had him drink several pitchers of buttermilk to dilute the remaining poison in his stomach. Stable’s fast action saved his classmate’s life. When his parents told him how proud they were of him, Stable’s unique cutie mark appeared on his flanks. From that moment on, all of Stable’s educational efforts began to focus on pony anatomy and health. After graudating top in his class at Canterlot University’s School of Medicine, Doctor Stable received a job offer from Ponyville Hospital to become their Director of Medicine. So, leaving his posh life in Canterlot behind, Doctor Stable moved into a large estate outside of Ponyville and became what he remains today, a simple small town doctor. Doctor Stable is usually very solemn and serious when it comes to his work, but also has a great ‘bedside manner.’ He truly cares for his patients, often working long hours at the hospital. Although he loves to relax and unwind during his ‘off hours,’ Doctor Stable is ever vigilant in his responsibility towards the residents of Ponyville. Sometimes, he can take his job TOO seriously and can be demanding to subordinates, nursing staff and security ponies.

Origins/ Residence: Ponyville (she has always lived there) Likes: Harvesting Carrots, Selling her produce at market, attending parties, traveling, making friends Dislikes: Droughts, Creatures eating her carrots, ponies who steal her carrots, ponies not liking the colours green or orange, mean ponies. Motivation: To make a good living selling her produce and to take advantage of all that life has to offer. Bio: Carrot Top had lived in Ponyville all her life. Her parents were vegetable farmers whose produce helped feed the citizens of Ponyville. It was therefore her destiny at birth that she would be involved somehow with farming. As a young foal, Carrot Top would help in the farm activities such as pulling weeds, watering the plants, and of course harvesting. Harvest time was always a very magical time where she could see the fruits (or in her case veggies) of her labor. When she was older, she asked her parents if she could use a bit of the land to make her own garden. This way she could prove to herself and her family that she was a good gardener. With her parents’ consent, she was given the tools necessary to plant her own garden and given a little patch in the field. Planting was tough when it was only her having to dig, plant, and water the area. After days of planting and care, Carrot was excited to know when her plants would start growing. After a week with no results, Carrot began to despair that she didn’t have a green hoof. She wondered if her parents would be displeased when they found out their little filly wasn’t going to be a farmer. Then when all hope seemed lost, the next day she awoke to find tiny shoots appearing in her area! Later on she found that these were all carrots which is why when her cutie mark appeared, it was of carrots. When Carrot Top got older, she decided to strike out on her own. With her parents’ blessing, she bought a home in Ponyville and made a little garden where she grew carrots. Since then she’s taken pleasure in planting, harvesting, and selling them. Carrot in her spare time does like to travel to different places. She finds it as a way to break from the monotony of being a simple farmer. In reality Carrot does dream of doing something beyond her garden. She hopes in her travels she can find that dream and experience as much as she can. Personality: Carrot Top is a very easy going pony, having a “come what may” attitude. She rarely gets angry except if a pony really decides to make her life miserable over long period of time. Often when she gets upset she will break down and cry. Carrot Top also believes that a pony is not just their main talent. For this reason, she likes to try different things as a way to not only experience life to its fullest but to go beyond being a simple farm mare. Overall she’s very cheerful and optimistic, ready to lend a hoof to those in need!
 5. (The following application is written so as to fit into board canon as has been RPed by the previous player in terms of the relationship with Lyra. If Diego Havoc has any objections, I'd love to hear them.) Roleplay Type: Mane RP Name: Bon Bon Sex: Female Age: Young Mare Species: Earth Pony Pelt Color: Pale, light yellow. Mane/Tal/Markings, Colors and Style: A well-styled curled blue mane with a single heavy pink streak. Cutie Mark: A trio of candies in blue and yellow wrappers. Physique: Distinctly average despite all of her hard work, her sweet tooth undermining her exercises expertly. Origin: Born in Canterlot, though not of high society birth. Resides in Ponyville with her fillyfriend Lyra. Occupation: Runs a Sweets Stand haphazardly. Motivation: To maintain the status quo, seeing as her simple dreams have been fulfilled. Likes: Relaxing in the moonlight, money not being wasted, celebrities, Lyra, exercise, being a wee bit silly, ponies liking her tasty treats, dancing, and general fun times. Dislikes: Those who emulate high society in all of its fakeness, hard-liners, liars, the discourteous. Character Summary: Life is a box of Bon Bons, or something similar. Truly, Bon Bon considers her life a success and at such a young age has little ambition for much else. She has her own small measure of success, has found love, and lives in a town that suits her personality. Most ponies have some great inner conflict or some motivating factor that pushes them. Bon Bon doesn't have that. Bon Bon doesn't need that. When you're the mare who has everything, who needs anything? It wasn't always this way. She was born into the upper-middle class in Canterlot, high up enough in society to be distant from the lower class who made the city run and too far below the high society types to be important enough to notice. Her early life was thus spent trying to find a niche that suited her and constantly being rebuffed, time after time until eventually she grew a healthy distaste for the whole way things were done. The lower classes were just as judgmental as the high society types and ridiculed her, and the high society types didn't care enough about her to even grant her that honor. For many, this would have bred discontent and even anger. In Bon Bon, it did something different. It bred a general indifference to it all, even to the vast promises of Canterlot. This created something wholly unique in a city so evenly divided; a pony content to be herself and be happy with the simple things in life. Being happy in the moment was perhaps the greatest blow she could strike against the deceit that was Canterlot society through this happiness came success. High society and low class alike came to her, for nopony can resist the urge to smile, laugh, and enjoy life. During a gathering of many disparate friends, Bon Bon made an assortment of delicious snacks that appealed to all who came. Her flank was swiftly adorned with her cutie mark, but to her it represents something more than just her ability to make delicious treats: It represents how she desires nothing more than to bring those she cares about together, regardless of difference, in the interest of a shared passion. Some say that's a stretch and it might be. To them, Bon Bon has no response; her answer to her question regarding her cutie mark on her flank! Eventually, she grew to enjoy life so well that she never grew that deep-seated ambition that pushes others forward. Her wants and needs were relatively simple emotional requirements: To love, be loved, and live happy. This fit Bon Bon just fine and among her friends she was fulfilled, but Canterlot is a vast machine of unicorn mind, pegasi power, and earth pony grit that changes for nopony. The city and its environment didn't just conflict with her more laissez faire mindset, it actively fought against it. The friction between Bon Bon and her parents, who wanted naught but the best for their daughter and sought to push her to do more, only grew as her emotional contentment with a simpler life expanded to encompass her 'motivation'. Eventually, she saw that the city could no longer support her way of life and decided a change of scenery was in order. At the same time, she felt no need to utterly isolate herself from her parents whom she loved and her circle of friends whom she adored and decided to find a place nearby. The announcement of her move was met with mixed reception initially, her parents shocked and saddened as befit worried parents when their daughter, who was just now a mare, makes such a bold move. Bon Bon would not be detered, however, and eventually her parents had to bow to her wishes and they offered to help her. A few months of searching followed and ended when Ponyville was chosen. The question posed was why Ponyville, and the answers were simple. It was close enough to Canterlot for frequent tips. It was a small, laid back town with a close community. It was growing but lacked an upper crust which distanced itself, or a lower class which felt isolated and spurned. It had wide open spaces for her to run in and was a beautiful area. The complaints lodged about its lack of opportunity or size or importance or economy fell on deaf ears. She didn't care about of that. She moved and used the money her parents had started to set aside for her to open up a full blown sweets shop in Canterlot for her first place and her stand. Ponyville already had one fantastic sweet shop and in a town this size, opening up a second was a bad idea. Bon Bon instead used the mobility offered by the cart and her high quality items to hammer out a small, but successfull, business that saw her living well. She could perhaps have lived better if she didn't eat a rather substantial amount of her own product, but it was too good. Besides, she argued witha a degree of success, it saved her money on food. This slight candy overload proved to be no real shock to her business though it did increase her need to exercise, as she was welcomed to a giant welcoming party for a new pony in town named Lyra. Bon Bon would point to her cutie mark later and say that she was right all along; she was supposed to bring ponies together despite differences, and indeed she is different from Lyra. The unicorn was shy and awkward while Bon Bon was wonderfully extroverted and confident in herself. They hit it off tremendously well and the duo soon rented a house together. What was strange was that between the party and after the Running of the Leaves when they made their feelings more powerful through acknowledgement, Bon Bon had no great revelations about how she loved Lyra. Maybe she knew when she first saw her or maybe she knew she loved Lyra since before Bon Bon could even speak, or maybe Bon Bon's interest in enjoying the moment blinded her. All she knew was that the day they admitted their feelings didn't feel any different from the day or week or month before- or after: She loves Lyra and always had, always will. Now, Bon Bon has love and is loved and enjoys a successful business. Anything good that happens now is a bonus, an addition to a life well-lived. She supports Lyra in all of her dreams but she herself would be content to know that thirty years from now, she would be in the same situation. This should not be taken as to mean she is lazy or has no interest in work, as maintaining the status quo requires just that. While she is boundlessly forgiving, she would rather not have a mistake happen in the first place. She will not pay for things she does not want and when she does pay for something she wants what was advertised. When she has a plan, she is fine with it being changed- as long as it is done politely and with her in mind. She is a very easy pony to get along with, but not a pushover. She can a bit silly at times, having developed a huge range of voices during her youth in an effort to fit in. She will often try one out in a random situation or slip into another depending on the situation. Some chide her for doing it out of choice at random times, but Bon Bon doesn't really listen to the ramblings of those without a sense of humor. She likes to exercise, and not just because it slows down the gradual decay brought on by her over-indulgence in sweets. Being active and feeling the body come alive makes the relaxation that follows even better, and nothing in Ponyville is better than relaxation under the moonlight with Lyra Heartstrings providing the soft music as you appreciate the night and reflect. A life well lived, happy and without conflict. A simple mare had simple dreams and simple successes. And Bon Bon is proud to be a simple mare.
 6. Roleplay Type: Mane RP Name: Marmalade Jalapeno Popette is her birth name, but she often goes by the name Orange Wafer. Sex: Female Age: Mare Species: Earth Pony Eye Color: Purple [#643FB2] Coat Color: A yellowish tan color. [#F1F18B] Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Orange Wafer has a long and wavy mane and a long tail. Her mane is a golden brown [#F2BA32] color, with pale [#FAD47D] highlights. She often uses orange ribbons to keep her mane and tail from getting all over the place. She will usually put on a red and white cowgirl hat on as well. Physique: Orange Wafer is a slim mare, with an average build. Cutie Mark: Three green apples Origin/Residence: Appleloosa Occupation: She works as a farmer, and she also helps run errands for her family. Every so often, she'll go off on travels. She is considering taking a career in botany, but wants to remain a farmer for a little while longer. Motivation: Helping out her family with the farm, and to someday start an orchard of her own in a far away place. Likes: Apples, fruits, her family and friends, pastries, exploring, exotic fruits, plants, traveling and all kinds of food. She also has a taste for mystery and adventure. Dislikes: Worms (In her apples), spoiled food, those who threaten her loved ones, bad harvest seasons, boredom. Character Summary: Marmalade Jalapeno Popette was born and raised in Appaloosa with her family. Her friends often found it hard to call her by her full name, and so she adopted the nickname Orange Wafer. Soon, everypony she knew had known her as Orange. As a filly, Orange was a very adventurous and energetic foal. She always loved helping out with running errands for her family and their orchard. She craved excitement, and loved action. Her family always loved how brave and bold she was. Orange also had an endless curiosity for plants. She always loved fruits and vegetables, and often spent what free time she had left to study the plants in her orchard. Orange Wafer was always focused on helping out her family, always offering to take trips to the store or working several extra hours. She never wasted anytime helping out on the orchard, and always got her work done, and probably some extra work done as well. One day, her parents had fallen ill, and there wasn't enough help on the farm as there was before they had become sick, so Orange told them one thing: "Leave it all to me!" And with that, she took on three times the amount of work that she was used to. Her family tried to convince her to take it easy, but Orange wasn't taking no for an answer. She buck three times as many trees, fed three times as many pigs, took three times as many trips to the store (She would've had trouble carrying all of the supplies she needed, so she went back and forth to fetch the bags. The rest of her family was busy with work as well, so they didn't have time to help.), and took three times as many hours watering the plants. The young foal was exhausted by the end of the day, but her parents were quite impressed by her work. They praised her many times, and she was glad to be of help. However, there was one more reward for her hard work. Three shiny green apples made their way onto her yellow flank. Her cutie mark! The three green apples represented her passion for working on the farm, and the green color represented her love for plant life, such as fruits, herbs, and anything of the sort. The amount of apples also showed how much work she was willing to take on for her family. Orange loved her time in Appaloosa, but she often wondered what the rest of Equestria was like. She had learned many things from her school, but she wanted to know what it would be like in the flesh. What she was most curious about, was the flora and fruits in other parts of Equestria. Orange, like the rest of her family, loved fruits, but she was only really exposed to common fruits, such as apples, oranges, pears, and the like. She never really got a chance to taste or learn about fruits from faraway lands. Her family wanted to encourage her to go off for a bit to see Equestria, and as much as she protested to stay and help out with the farm, they finally got her to go and see Equestria for a bit. She took the train to many places, such as Dodge Junction, where she learned a lot about cherries, Canterlot, Fillydelphia, Baltimare, and Ponyville. She later returned to he home in Appaloosa, sharing her stories with her family. Now, every few months, she goes out on another trip to other cities and towns, to expand her knowledge Orange Wafer is a very outgoing and adventurous mare. She is a brave and bold earth pony, often wanting to venture to new heights in search of excitement, and information about local plants. She has a love for working hard, like most of her family, and has an inner botanist in her. However, she can often get a little too over-confident in herself, sometimes taking up way too much work than she can handle, often disappointing her family if she messes up rather badly. She also can be rather rude at first, and can be a bit insensitive. However, she always tries to mean well when speaking to others.
 7. Roleplay Type: Mane RP Name: Neon Lights Sex: Male Age: Stallion Species: Unicorn Eye Color: A light blue color. [#6EC3F1] His eyes are usually covered by a pair of dark blue sunglasses. Coat Color: A pale blue color. [#B9DFE0] Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Neon has a dark black mane that spikes upwards. He also has a short and spikey tail. Physique: Neon is slightly muscular, and he's on the taller side. Cutie Mark: Three white stars Origin/Residence: Canterlot. However, he tends to travel a lot to attend parties and such. Occupation: He often composes music of many kinds of genres. He sells his own albums, and works with a few friends for writing certain songs. Motivation: To continue to please ponies of all kinds with his music. He also wants to become a famous and well-known artist, and wants to become a household name in the world of music. Likes: Parties, music, friends, food, and having a blast of fun! Dislikes: Pompousness, stick-in-the-muds, haters, and he has a fear of flying insects. Character Summary: Neon Lights was born in Canterlot. As a colt, he spent his days in magic school, but he never really liked school. Sure, he liked to learn, but he felt that the classes were boring, and that the teachers needed to have some fun once in a while. In his spare time, he practiced and played his guitar and bass. He loved making music, and sharing them with his family. He was basically a prodigy at music and lyric writing. Neon was rather proud of himself, and he would usually play music at special events for his friends. One day, as an older colt, Neon was asked to play music at his friend's huge birthday party. Neon was used to playing music for his family's parties, but he had never really played for a friend's party. He attended with a song he wrote for his friend and his guitar. As soon as he finished playing his song, the crowd went wild. A warm feeling overtook him, as he took in the clapping and cheering. He had never felt more proud of himself. His friend told him that he should begin a career in music. This made him consider how great it would be to be well-known! Ponies would enjoy his music from all over Equestria! It sounded like the best idea in the world! Soon enough, there was a spark, and three white stars appeared on his flank. The stars represented how he wanted to shine in his future musical career. Neon is a rather extroverted stallion. He looks forward to making friends, and loves sharing his music with others. The best thing he could ask for is praise for his music. He takes great pride in his songs, and loves seeing ponies enjoy the music. He knows how to play multiple instruments, allowing him to have a more diverse sense of music. He writes jazz music, to rock music, to pop music, and more. He works rather frequently in the rock genres, and has recently got into electrical music. Neon also raps as well, including it into his music, along with singing. He loves going to parties, and playing his music at parties as well, and always wants to have a good time. He was never really good with proper manners, and was often asked not to attend formal parties, and would have to have some sense slapped into him when attending formal family parties. He wasn't intentionally rude, he just had a hard time doing things like keeping a proper posture, speaking in turn, or eating without making a mess. He is often very sorry when he offends a pony, and doesn't like getting into fights. However, this doesn't stop him from teasing others, and having a good time. He can sometimes get carried away with partying, and doesn't have a very good sense of self-control. He often comes off as a smooth and cool stallion, but his lack of self-control at times can break his smooth image. He's rather laid-back as well. Neon Lights is usually seen wearing a pair of shades with a black button-up shirt with a white tie.
 8. Roleplay Type: Mane RP Name: Tom Sex: Male, obviously Age: Rock Species: Rock Eye Color: Rock Coat Color: Rock Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Bald. Unless somepony would be kind enough to glue a wig on there. Physique: Like a rock. Cutie Mark: A rock (maybe) Origin/Residence: Rockland. Currently resides in Canterlot. Occupation: REIN Special Agent Cover Occupation: Stock Broker Motivation: To be a rock. Likes: Rocking out, Rock n' Roll, Bouldering, Rarity Dislikes: Rock bottom Character Summary: Tom came about a very long time ago. A time when things were less fancy, and more... Not-fancy. A time of non-fanciness. When ponies were all 'Ooo, I'm regal' or 'Ooo, I'm beneath the regal guy!'. Much less cool that what Equestria is today. And he's fine with that. He was born to Rocky and Pebbles out of Rockland, the famous-but-not-really-famous unknown city of rocks somewhere on the map that became a granite quarry. The construction workers came and they brought great, terrible tools and machines, that reduced his people to slab and dust to be used for countertops, sidewalks, gravel, you name it! It was atrocious. When Tom was old enough, he enlisted, and became a Rok. For the good of his people! Though they were no match for the mighty quarry miners. Despite numerous rock slides, collapses in tunnels, and stubbing of toes, the Roks just could not match the force of these miners. So, Tom fled. He knows not the fate of his parents or his beloved home, by takes joy in knowing they fight the good fight still, despite the odds against them. After the war, Tom found a fine meadow to rest in, where he remained for... Well, a very long time. Anypony who came to visit him just climbed upon him, or drew on him, or had picnics in front of him, using him for shade. Never did they ask how his day was, or if he had any tales to tell. It was saddening. He felt alone. So very alone. It overcame him with a sadness he felt could never be lifted. It wasn't until the rise of Discord, however, that he was proven wrong. As Equestria changed, he suddenly found himself lodges in a stone prison (oddly enough). He did not know where he was, but knew he was whisked away by Discord for some evil purpose. Try as he could, he could not escape. But then, a voice! So... Soft and frail... Beautiful. It shouted something, and then Tom felt the rock crumbling round him, freeing him more and more! Yes! At last he could feel the heat of the sun again! Before he knew it, he was embracing the lovely Miss Rarity of Ponyville. She called him 'a diamond'. The most lovely and biggest she had ever seen. They embraced in the labyrinth, and Tom was convinced he had found true love at last. They went everywhere together, the lovely Rarity insisting she carry him. But he was fine with that. Every moment with the mare was a moment in heaven. She loved him, and he loved her right back. It couldn't have been any more perfect... Until Discord fell at last. Perhaps Rarity was using him only as a distraction from the stress a discorded Equestria brought upon her. Perhaps she had other, selfish intentions. To this day, he does not know. She refused to speak with him, and cast him aside. She wanted nothing more to do with Tom, and his heart sank like a rock. Some time later, Tom found work in Canterlot as a vigilante, thwarting crimes of all sorts by just simply being in the way. He could not be moved, his resolve so mighty. He was responsible for the arrests of some of Equestria's most dastardly villains. It wasn't long before the REIN got their eye on him. They knew it wasn't right. The organization was for ponies, not rocks. But darn it. He had the resolve. He had the courage. He had a stone cold heart like nopony had ever seen before. Best of all, he could blend in to a crowd. They needed someone like him, now more than ever. And so he started his distinguished career as REIN's most celebrated spy and interrogator. Nopony knows who this mysterious 'Agent Granite' really is, but Tom, the innocent worker at the stock office in Canterlot, seems to find a certain satisfaction in hearing the agent be praised for his very hard, very honorable work.

She finds silliness in simplicity, laughter with the laudable, and delight with her daring joyfulness.. She is extremely easy to amuse, and just as easy to talk to and have lots of fun with. She can be hyper and tends to lack control sometimes, though she is quite able to focus, especially as the situation demands. Pinkie can be quite literal about situations, people, places, and things, which only adds to her silliness and whimsy. Pinkie's energy never seems to wear off, and she is well known for throwing impromptu parties for any reason. Recently she's become fond of theme parties with mixed success, including A Celebration of Snails (not very popular due to the slime and leaf-themed snacks -- not to mention the slow music), Timberwolf Appreciation Party (the guests of honor tried to eat the other guests), and a Eat-Everything-In-Sugarcube-Corner Party (popular until tummy aches started). She recently invited many of her friends to a party in celebration of hiccups! Hic! Pinkie has spent many hours coming up with lyrics to her own songs, which range from short ditties, to full-blown musical performances in the middle of town! Her latest song is the Upside Down Dream (to be sung uʍop ǝpıs ʎddn): ¡ɯɐǝɹp uʍop ǝpısdn 'ʎllıs ɐ ɥɔns ǝʌɐɥ oʇ 'pǝɯɐǝɹɔs puɐ pǝɥƃnɐl puɐ pǝʇɹous puɐ pǝlƃƃıƃ ı ˙pɐǝɥ ʎɯ ʇıɥ ɹo dn ʇǝƃ ʇ,upıp ı -- pǝq ʎɯ uı llıʇs 'ǝʞoʍ ı uǝɥʇ ¡ǝıl ǝıd ǝıʞuıd ʇou plnoʍ ı 'ʎɹɐɔs ǝʇınb sɐʍ ʇı ʎʞs ǝɥʇ ɹoɟ punoɹƃ ǝɥʇ ɥʇıʍ 'ɹıɐ ǝɥʇ uı dn ǝq oʇ 'lıɐɹɟ os ʇlǝɟ ʇı 'ʇɥƃıɹ ʇou sɐʍ plɹoʍ ǝɥʇ 'lıɐʇ ʎɯ uǝǝʍʇǝq puɐ sǝʌooɥ ʎɯ ɥʇɐǝuǝq 'ɥsıɟ ǝʞıl ǝɹǝʍ spɹıq ǝɥʇ puɐ 'puod ɐ sɐʍ uns ǝɥʇ uǝɥʍ 'ɥsıʍ ʎluo ʎɯ sɐʍ dn ǝpıs ʎʇɥƃıɹ ǝq oʇ ¿punoɟ ǝq ı plnoʍ 'ʎzɐɹɔ ƃuıoƃ ı sɐʍ ˙punoɹƃ ǝɥʇ sɐʍ ʎʞs ǝɥʇ 'ǝpısʇno ʇuǝʍ ı uǝɥʍ ¡ʍols sɐʍ ƃuıoƃ ǝɥʇ 'ɯooɹ ʎɯ ɟo ʇno lloɹ oʇ pɐɥ ı 'ǝoʇ ǝɥʇ oʇ lıɐʇ ɯoɹɟ 'uʍop ǝpıs ʎddn sɐʍ ı ¡pɐǝɥ ǝıd ǝıʞuıd ʎɯ oʇ pǝuǝddɐɥ ǝƃuɐɹʇs ƃuıɥʇǝɯos uǝɥʍ 'pǝq ɟo ʇno llǝɟ ı ʎɐp ƃuıuɹoɯ ʎuuns ǝuO Pinkie is also quite a dancer, able to do steps such as the Tailslide, Breakmane, and the Tickly Two Trot Twirling Teaser Twisty Tango! Despite her somewhat foal-like playfulness, Pinkie has an extremely sharp memory. She is able to recall every resident of Ponyville by name, as well as details about them. She also knows what they like to eat, everypony's birthday, and what color their toothbrushes are. She is always eager to meet newcomers, and will always throw them a welcome party -- whether they like it or not! She has also been known to play pranks on her friends, which can be as simple as a squirt of disappearing ink, or as elaborate as gift-wrapping every single object in somepony's home. Pinkie Pie has a ravenous sweet tooth, and likes to try her hoof at baking all sorts of goodies! She likes to share the fruits of her experimental labor with the other residents of Ponyville, with fun results! Her most notable baking creations are her infamous plum-pickle pound cake, dragon's breath firebelcher muffins, tacky tickling lettuce tarts, and Pinkie's inky cupcakes. She is able to devour cakes, pastries, and other goodies whole, and tends to get hungry often -- she'll snack on nearly anything as long as it tastes good, and there is enough to share with her friends! Her definition of what "tastes good" varies by the minute. Even though Pinkie may come across as a pure party pony, she strives to feel respected as a responsible young mare, and does not hesitate to stand up for her friends. Pinkie also likes to teach other ponies in a playful and meaningful way, such as singing a baking recipe, dancing directions, or showing others they can laugh in the face of fear or accomplish great things with a cheerful song and a smile! O t h e r T r a i t s : While Pinkie Pie may be a bastion of laughter and fun, she also has a complex other side to her interesting and varying personality . Most notably she can be insecure about herself, though this is very rare and usually triggered by a misunderstanding. She can quickly become paranoid about what others are saying or thinking about her, fearing abandonment above all other things. When Pinkie is having a hard time understanding what is going on, her normally fluffy mane and tail deflate into sad, straight locks, and she adapts a mopey personality. She grasps to find friendship wherever possible, even going so far as to talk to inanimate objects. She is quick to bring back into her normal happy self with firm urging from her friends. She also takes rejection poorly, and will go to any length to feel accepted. Even though her friends may not understand Pinkie or her choices sometimes, she always means to do well, even if what she does makes no sense; her rhyme sometimes has a reason, but not always. Pinkie has a tendency to talk to herself, holding entire conversations about anything. She recently had a debate with herself about the positives of using grass buttercream over wheat. The conversation got heated, however, and she was forced to ignore herself until she made up later that evening with a soothing self-hug. L i t t l e F i l l y : Pinkie was born and raised on a humble, dusty Rock Farm outside of Ponyville with her Mother, Father, and two sisters. Her family's coat colorings were all muted, brown and grey colors, so she was a bit of an oddity being born with a pink coat. The sky over the Rock Farm was gloomy and dark, littered with weeds and surrounded by dreary scrubland. It was a place lacking of sunshine and fun.. Her family was quite simple, and there was no smiling or talking -- just farming rocks! Upon viewing a sonic rainboom in the sky that cleared away the sad, grey clouds, she felt intense joy, and decided to share it by making her own smiles. She threw a party for her family, and subsequently discovered her special talent, as well as her true personality. And that's how Equestria was made! A f t e r E q u e s t r i a W a s M a d e : Pinkie left home -- much to the chagrin of her family -- to begin her new life in Ponyville. She took up residence as a bakery apprentice at the delightful, giant gingerbread house confectionery, Sugarcube Corner. She became quite close with the Cake family, and despite her silliness and urge to throw random parties, they welcomed her with open hooves into their home and business. The Cakes were originally going to hire more than one pony to work for them, but found Pinkie's energy and drive to be more than enough [Application permission and reference here]. Mr. and Mrs. Cake trained Pinkie in baking basics, including how to make delicious moist cupcakes, confections like bright rainbow lollipops , fluffy cloud-like marshmallows, and ooey-gooey mouth-sticking hay crunch truffle fudge.. She also learned secret frosting techniques that have been passed down through Cake family generations, including the one-hooved super swirl, la collant sucre cheval, and the startipped tinky-dunky. She is quite good at sprinkle making (though her red sprinkles tend to ignite on fire; she has yet to perfect that recipe) -- and knows how to make perfect smiling sunflower and oat chip cookies! Pinkie is not known for her cleanliness when baking, and she frequently leaves the bakery kitchen in sticky shambles. Pinkie later bore witness to the birth of the Cake Twins, and eagerly offered her assistance as a foalsitter. Pinkie developed her sense of self as a responsible pony during this time, refusing all help while watching the Twins. When not baking, visiting her friends, throwing parties, welcoming new ponies to Ponyville, or spreading smiles around, Pinkie has also been known to take up work as a music DJ for big events, and can bust out some crazy pony beats! Her favorite music mixes include the Pony Pokey, Maniac Mare, The Haystacks, Bitten Apples, and Songs from the Swamp: Alligator Bedtime Tunes. T h e L a u g h i n g D r e a m e r : Pinkie's entire goal in life is to make other ponies smile, smile, smile! She makes it her most important mission; her reason to wake up in the morning. Nothing gives her more joy than to get others to crack a grin, to uplift the crestfallen, and to give giggles to those who could use them. She has a unique foresight to guess just what her friends may need -- or need to hear. It's an obsession, continuing goal, and most importantly, her dream. T a l e n t s : Pinkie is not only good at throwing parties, making friends, cutting a rug, and (most of the time) baking! She's quite adept at ice skating on all four hooves (ever since she was a little Twinkie Pinkie!); she is able to play numerous instruments, including a tuba, trombone, drums, accordion, and the banjo (it's the only answer to the problem). She can also use non-instrumental objects to make music, such as rope, soap, mushrooms, and ladders. She is also quite a song writer, singer, and dancer. Her aforementioned memory is exceptional, enabling her to remember every resident of Ponyville and details about their lives with little effort. She is able to chase down other targets with ease, despite her lack of magic or flight. She sometimes takes up the moniker of Madame Pinkie, and uses her "gypsy" skills to predict the future -- with random and hilarious results. She once informed the residents of Ponyville that a plague of cotton candy grasshoppers were going to storm Ponyville and black out the sun, but she later figured out she was holding her crystal ball wrong, and her predicted apocalypse was, in fact, a light rain shower. Due to Pinkie's quirky zaniness, she has the ability to perform temporary feats that defy all logic. Examples include emerging from flower pots, counting more than four hooves, and thinking inside the chimney. She has also been known to sneeze confetti, frosting, and lit birthday candles. She may keep random objects around town, stashed in trees, mailboxes, rabbit holes, beehives, and bushes. She never knows when a bowling ball, fish bowl, or an accordion may come in handy, especially for an impromptu party! Pinkie may sometimes make a Pinkie Promise with her friends. A Pinkie Promise is a neigh unbreakable vow. One may make one easily, but it is not easily broken. Ponies that make a promise to Pinkie must cross their heart, hope to fly, and stick a cupcake in their eye. To break the Promise is to invite Pinkie's wrath, and it is not recommended. Pinkie has rare moments of sage wisdom that can be completely disarming to her friends, alluding to much deeper thought process than just "party party party!" P i n k i e S e n s e T o o : Other ponies, beware! Sometimes parts of Pinkie's body twitcha-twitch, or shaky-shake -- woe be to the pony who won't heed her signs! A flick of a tail may mean a sunny day ahead, or a terrible accident is in the future! Pinkie Sense accuracy has gained some notoriety with the denizens of Ponyville -- many are quick to learn her signs and what they mean. Some additional Pinkie Sense signs have surfaced recently: Both eyes blink at once: Chance of cotton candy. One eye blinking: Possibly dust in her eye. Weak legs: Chocolate pudding warning. Weak legs/sneezing: Banana pudding warning. Twitchy tail/itchy nose: New pony in town that must be welcomed! Left ear twitch: Gates of Tartarus left open by mistake. Again. Right ear twitch: Cuddly baby bunny nearby. Huge smile: Hugs incoming! P e t : Pinkie's pet of choice is a green, toothless alligator named Gummy. He is a baby alligator with a creamy green underbelly, bright green scales on top, and eyes like glistening lavender gumdrops. Pinkie discovered him one day while skipping through the mucky, stinky Froggy Bottom Bog looking for marshmallow roots to use at Sugarcube Corner for candy. She felt a tug and looked down to find the little critter latching to her tail, and it was love at first reptile! She enjoys putting Gummy where the party is -- in a bowl of punch, nestled in a bundle of balloons, or hopping to beats on the dance floor. She recently set off a party extravaganza for his birthday! She enjoys taking baths with him, and thinks he has a secret crush on her rubber ducky. Gummy will sometimes gnaw on Pinkie -- but since he has no teeth, she thinks it's tickly and fun! At least until he gets older... Pinkie and Gummy - SBPFFs! (Super Best Pet Friends Forever!) S a m p l e R o l e p l a y: Pinkie rolled out of her bed, bundled in thick blankets embroidered with green and yellow cupcakes. Thump! The mass of the pink mare struggled beneath the twisted cloth blankets. She freed one hoof, followed by another, extracting the rest of her body with a heavy huff and a snap. She yawned, scratching the side of her flank with a free hoof. Cracking a smile, she stood up, pushing one of the gorgeous stained glass windows of Sugarcube Corner open. Cool morning air whisked through her mane as glimmering sunlight warmed her coat. The air was filled with of all the things that make morning great: the smell of waffles and syrup, bubble bath, dew-covered flowers blooming to greet the day, and the chattering of pony parents getting their foals ready for school. "GOOD MORNING, PONYVILLE!" she hollered loudly. Several disconcerting cries replied to her morning greeting, obviously not happy about her wake up call. "GOOD MORNING TO YOU, TOO!" she replied confidently. Sunlight glinted off of her soft sapphire-hued eyes as she focused on Ponyville Square. Pinkie's nose suddenly felt itchy. She rubbed her snout, confused....then her tail shook! A flash of distant purple outside caught her eye. She squinted, trying to get a better look at who it was. Her jaw dropped to the windowsill. "N-n-n-n-new! A NEW ONE!" She cried out. "A NEW PONY!" Pinkie ran wildly to her door. She heard the Twins next door starting to cry. She froze in place, gritting her teeth. Much too loud for this time of morning! "Sorry, you two!" she whispered. Pinkie quietly crept down the hall of Sugarcube Corner, past the Twins' room. When she reached the stairs, she hefted her heavy flank onto the stairway ledge, and slipped down in a flash of swirling pink mane. "Wheee!" Mrs. Cup Cake was hurriedly getting the morning bakery order prepared. She bit her lower lip, shaking a batter-covered spoon in Pinkie's direction. "What's got you all excited?" Pinkie grasped Mrs. Cup Cake's shoulders and shook her back and forth. "A new pony! Newer than new! Probably BRAND NEW! We need a cake! We need balloons! We need to welcome them! NOW! Before NOW! YESTERNOW!" Mrs. Cup Cake looked more flustered than usual as she tried to smooth back her dark pink frosting mane.. "I...er! You know where the kitchen is! Please don't make..." Pinkie was gone through the green double doors before she could finish "...a mess." The young pink pony hurriedly cracked eggs into a bowl, followed by sugar. She grinned, tapping her chin. "Oh right, flour! In you go, Madame!" Pinkie giggled, grabbing a flour sack and upending it into the bowl in a flume of white dust. She didn't bother to whisk the mixture to save time, and instead used her hooves. Pinkie looked frantically around the bakery for an available cake pan, but none were to be found. She looked to the windowsill. "Ahah!" A solitary daisy poked sadly out of the top of the flower pot. Pinkie extracted the flower and transplanted it into a chocolate chip muffin, then dumped her lumpy batter into the vessel. She hurriedly crammed the new cake creation into a blazing hot oven. Pinkie gazed at her empty wrist as if she was wearing a watch, tapping her hoof like an impatient young foal. "I think my watch is broken," she said to herself, shaking her hoof to her ear. After a few minutes, she pulled the undone flower-pot cake out of the oven. It leaked cake batter, but Pinkie didn't care! "I'm coming, new pony!" She shouted, dashing out of the kitchen. A trail of cake batter streaked through the kitchen and bakery front as she made her way out to Ponyville Square. Huffing and puffing, Pinkie dropped to the feet of the mysterious purple pony. She smiled, panting. "Welcome, welcome, friend, this happy morning day! We're very glad to have you, I'd really like to say! Welcome welcome to Ponyville, our friends will bring you cheer, so have some cake that I just baked while this song I sing you'll hear!" As if in reaction to her song ending, a rather unhappy earthworm poked out of her flower pot cake, probably left over from the previous occupant of the flower pot. Pinkie's eyes widened, and her grin melted for a moment. She wiped batter and dust off her face, then giggled, snorted, then broke into a fit of laughter, warm tears of joy streaming down her cheeks. "Heeheehee! Wahahahahaoho! You got your mane done, Twilight! I didn't recognize you at first!" I n c l o s i n g: Recipe for a Pinkie Pie: Start with a large bowl of laughter. Add a dash of friendship, a handful of whimsy, and several sprinkles of hope. Stir until giggly and pink. Mix in equal parts of joy and grief until the mixture is balanced but unpredictable. Add playful fun, mix until sweet but not cloying. Invite everypony to stir, then bake with passion until springy and bouncy. Frost liberally with good ideas and happy memories. Makes enough for one amazing pink pony! Roleplay Type: Mane Rp, Tier-3 Name: Apple Pie Gender: Female Age: Young Filly Species: Earth pony Eye Color: A Light caramel color Coat Color: Her coat is a deep cream caramel color with a hint of orange after tones. Mane/Tail Style/Color: Her mane and tail resemble that of water as they flow and curl at the ends. She keeps her mane in a bonnet which helps keep it out of her face. "It is also considered cute from the town I hail in." Her mane and tail are a stunning green color with darker green stripes within. Origin/Residence: She was born in Fillydelphia but when her parents were offered to join the movement to Appleloosa they jumped on the trail and with Apple Pie as an older foal made their home in the new frontier of Appleloosa. Cutie Mark: Her Cutie mark is three Apple Pies. Physique: Despite her small stature and her lean body she is pure muscle and has a high Metabolism to keep up. Occupation: Apple Pie spends most of her time working out in the Buffalo Run Orchard either bucking the trees or collecting the apples. Motivation: Her motivation is to keep going and to never stop helping the ponies of Appleloosa live their dreams. Likes: Braeburn, Apple Pies, Working, Appleloosa. Dislikes: Being interrupted, being told she can't do something, not being allowed to work, being sick, sleeping. Character Summary: Parents: Her Parents were both Apple Family members and promptly vanished for Apple Family business after finally putting a hoof down in Appleloosa and getting their house built and furnished. Apple Pie often thinks of her parents but seldom is sad about it. She was left under the care of Braeburn. History: Apple Pie doesn't remember much of her young years as an infant as she spent them on a trail from Fillydelphia to Appleloosa. All she does recall is that her parents were very caring of her until they left her in Appleloosa under the care of Braeburn and left to take care of other Apple Family business. She has been very active in Appleloosa and in Buffalo Run Orchard, she tries her best to be as productive as she can and seldom will deviate from her mission of helping to gather the apples from the orchard. Braeburn treats Apple Pie like his own daughter, and she enjoys every moment of it. Cutie Mark Story: When her parents had vanished they left her a cook book, some pie tins, and the required materials to make Apple Pies. It wasn't before long that she was working that she became hungry and upon returning home attempted to make one of these fabled Apple Pies. The first few she made were not so good but after a while she got it under control and made several pies that made the heavens crave to take a bite. Every single one of the pies that she made Braeburn had taken bites of to check to 'make sure they are safe to eat.' She kept herself fed off eating these pies before she went to work and one day when the town of Applelossa seemed to be in need of some extra food she began making more and more pies. Just as her skill for pies increased her cutie mark branded itself across her flank, three apple pies that were freshly baked and in top quality. After she got her Cutie Mark, Braeburn was so proud of her and gave her a huge hug and a nuzzle as she showed it off to him. Personality: Apple Pie likes to listen to other ponies talk but talking herself is seldom had. She never stops her work even when the sun goes down and other ponies are sleeping she continues to gather the apples in the orchard until she passes out from exhaustion and magically wakes up back in her bed. She has been under the care of Braeburn and was warming up to her second cousin very much. She was an extended family member but still loved to show up at the Apple Family functions and spent most of her time attached to Braeburn. She never tries to show emotion and is often wearing a unimpressed face as to hide her true emotions. Flaws: Apple Pie takes her work very seriously and spends as much time as she can working, which often leads to her passing out in the orchard or even in the middle of her house. She hides her emotions which can be a good or bad thing depending on the situation. Apple Pie doesn't flinch and doesn't show her exhaustion as she should since she attempts to keep herself in prim condition for her work. Bellow is a picture of Apple Pie:
 12. Roleplay Type: World of Equestria RP Name: Apple Cider Sex: Female Age: Mare Species: Earth Pony Eye Color: Orange Coat Color: Light-Green Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Blonde, brushed to one side. Physique: Average physique Cutie Mark: Three Apple Cores. Origin/Residence: Ponyville Occupation: Apple Cider brewer / taster. Motivation: To make the best Apple Cider in all of Equestria. Likes: Apple Cider, Her extended family, Sweet tasting things, Wine Dislikes: Orange Juice, The Flim-Flam Brothers, Rotten Cider Character Summary: Apple Cider was born among her extended family, in ponyville, However, she lives with a foster family and has continued to live there since being born. Instead of being raised by Applejack, Big Mac, and Granny Smith, she was raised by a kind family who produced cider made from the Apple Family's apples. Her foster-father "Big Gulp" was the Taster, and her foster-mother "Autumn Gold" was in charge of the brewing and fermentation of the apples in the cider. They themselves are unable to have foals due to Big Gulp being sterile from all of the cider tasting. So without giving up, they adopted Apple Cider because they are unable to bear children themselves. Apple Cider actually got her cutie mark as a filly while assisting her parents one day in Cider-brewing. She slipped into a barrel of the stuff that had over-fermented, happened to get a few mouth-fulls and got quite.. hammered. After she pulled herself out of the barrel and stumbled a few times, she discovered she was able to keep her wits about her and realize that the cider itself was over-fermented to the point of being about thirty percent alcohol, and wasn't fit for consumption. It was then she realized her gift and acquired her cutie mark, three apple cores... of course, it didn't stop her from drinking more of it. She also shares a trait with her genetic parents, in that she enjoys the high life and feeling regal. Unfortunately the brewing of cider and the high life don't quite mix very well. Showing up to an event in a magnificent dress with the smell of cider on your breath doesn't sit well with most posh ponies. But she can normally conduct herself with poise and class, even if she is a little inebriated. But once she gets a few glasses of wine in her, it all goes downhill from there. Now she's enthusiastic about helping her foster parents make great cider. Most of the days she's in the cellar of their brewery, tasting the ciders and making sure they're properly fermented, and aged to perfection. When she's not in the cellar she's running back and forth between Sweet Apple Acres and her home, making sure she picks only the freshest ripest apples for their cider. She has been developing a acquaintanceship with Applejack and her family, she hopes to become more though.

It was during this time that she took a fascination with the process of drying the apple slices in the hot sun so their skins soaked up the deliciousness and they shriveled and became condensed bites of heaven. She got her cutie mark the first time her momma trusted her to do the drying process all by herself, and Lady kept particularly good eye on them, shooing away birds, flies, and the occasional colt that wanted to snag a bite, the slices turned out better than they had the year before due to Ladies keep eye and dedication to them, and with a slight sparkle her cutie mark appeared , though it wasn’t just for dried apple slices, Lady had proven herself to be a right good hoof at making preserves, jams, and jellies with the apples as well. Pink Lady used to live in Ponyville, she loved the place but things kept HAPPENING there that well... Were slightly disastrous! 14. (ooc): 'Pigpen' is the name this pony was given by the MLP FiM Wiki (check here for reference): http://mlp.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_ponies/Earth_ponies Roleplay Type: Mane RP Name: Pigpen Sex: Male Age: Stallion Species: Earth Pony Eye Color: (let's go with blue, kind of hard to tell from the picture) Coat Color: Light Gray Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Dark Brown mane and tail, ungroomed and quite messy Physique: Average build Cutie Mark: Trash Can Origin/Residence: Works in Ponyville but lives at the Ponyville Junkyard a mile north of Ponyville Occupation: Sanitation Engineer (Trash Collection Pony) and owner of Ponyville Junkyard Motivation: "Other pony's trash is my treasure!" Likes: Leftovers, Trash, Garbage, Discarded items, Junk in general Dislikes: Bathing, Soap & Water, Cleaning, Deoderant, Perfume Character Summary: Pigpen is a third generation Junk Dealer, given the family business when his father, Junkpile, decided to retire with his wife to Froggy Bottom Bog. His foal days were filled with much teasing over his parent's line of work. But young Pigpen was proud of the work his parents did. Trash collection was a vital and needed service to the community but his classmates refused to see it that way until one day during Show and Tell when Pigpen unveiled a large hoofmade sculpture that was made entirely of discarded items. When his teacher gave him a gold star for his inginuity, his classmates began to see the value of recycling. This unlikely event produced Pigpen's cutie mark and the shaggy colt took that as a sign that he would continue the 'family tradition' of working in the trash collection/junk selling business. Pigpen happily assisted his parents in the business until the day it was given to him and they departed for Froggy Bottom Bog. This very unkept stallion truly loves his job, loves it to the point of obsession. This explains why he rarely bathes or gets groomed (and THAT explains why he's still single too). Pigpen is a friendly, happy pony even though he is held in low esteem by most of the Ponyville community. He may be 'too smelly' as Scootaloo once sang, but Pigpen really doesn't care. He is happy with who he is and enjoys his job!

Nopony knows from whence the changlings first came, but they have walked amongst us for as long ponykind can remember. Dark, hateful creatures who kidnap ponies that are well loved by friends and family, mimic their forms, and live out their lives, feeding on the misplaced affection that now targets them. When they have drained enough, they disappear, leaving scores of weakened, dazed ponies behind. The kidnapped individuals are often found later, weak and starving, but alive. Sometimes the changling will even release their victim themselves. Why the Changlings feed on love has long been debated, but the most commonly held belief is simply that love is the only emotion that a changling is incapable of feeling, and so crave it, forcefully stealing it from others. And as changlings are almost universally cruel and selfish, it's easy to believe. And of all the changlings, Queen Chrysalis is the cruelest and most selfish of them all. Raised in darkness by the queen before her, it was clear to the other changlings that young Chrysalis would be the greatest of them all. Gifted with dark magic that warped the minds of others, her skills at mimicry and deceit were unrivaled. Though unloved by her fellow changlings, the young queen was empowered by their admiration and worship. She was arrogant, ambitious and greedy to a fault. It was these traits that eventually led Queen Chrysalis to hatch a most diabloical plan to infiltrate the pony city of Canterlot in the heart of Equestria, the country with the most loving ponies of all, and steal the love of the masses by replacing Princess Mi Amore Cadenza. The plan was simple, yet genius. "This Princess is one of the most well-loved ponies in existance! When I take her place at her own wedding, the power of her husband's love, and the adoration of the pony public, will give me strength like no other!" she told her changling followers. "And with that strength, the whole of Equestria will be ours! We shall control all ponykind and feast on their love for all eternity! AHAHAHAHAHA!" She moved into Canterlot underground, using ancient abandoned caverns she had found underneath the city and intergrated herself into the pony society above. However, it seemed that she or one of her subjects had been noticed, and the city was put on full alert, with Cadence's future husband sealing the city in a powerful forcefield only he could create. At first, it seemed like the plan might be ruined, with Chrysalis trapped inside and her subjects outside. But the Queen could easily see how much casting the protection spell took out of the Captain of the Guard. Once she began draining him of his love for Cadence, the shield would rop easily. When the time was right, she snuck into Caterlot palace, her disguise fooling the keen eyes of the guards, and kidnapped Princess Cadence, trapping her in the crystal caverns, hidden deep underground. She then took her place as the new Cadence, fooling all other ponies... except one. Unfortunately for the Queen, Cadence's husband-to-be, Shining Armor, captain of the royal guard, was far smarter and strong of will than she had expected. A gifted unicorn and cunning warrior, Shining Armor's mind wrestled and writhed against Chrysalis' mind-control spells. His unbridled love for his fiancée allowed his to notice every minor detail that was wrong with Chrysalis' impresonation, from her tone of voice, to the way she moved. Had Chrysalis not been so arrogant to believe that Shining Armor would be as easy to fool as the average Joe, perhaps she would have been more careful. "But why should I care," she reasoned "when I can simply batter his mind into submission?" Using her mind-control spells to keep Shining Armor down, under the pretense of healing his migraines, she began absorbing his love in preparation for her grand triumph. Ultimately, it was the power of love that ruined her plan. While she fed on love to survive, the concept that the emotion could be used as power by other races was alien to her. She could consume love and take its magic, but she had no idea that two ponies in love could focus that power into an unstoppable force. When Cadence and Shining Armor's love was in full force, the effects were overwhelming. Queen Chrysalis was shunted out of Equestria, beaten and humiliated. Enraged, she began plotting her revenge... As a race of semi-insectile creatures, the Queen is both the mother and leader of all changling kind. Chrysalis raises her children to be strong, cunning, but ultimately dependant on her for rulership. She doesn't care for her children; she can't. But she knows that she is responsible for them and feels a sense of twisted pride as her changelings steal the love from the inhabitants of the world and use it to grow. Notes: Yeah, I'm sure you all saw this coming. Set for crossovers, though in the unlikely event she becomes Mane RP appable (I doubt it) I'll resubmit. For the record, she's a powerful villain, so I want to make the following points clear: I will not put her in an RP unless I have the consent of all participants. I will not use mind-control magic as a means to co-opt the characters of other players. At most, I will ask them if they are okay with it, and ask them to RP the result. I will bare in mind that, as a My Little Pony villain, she is allowed some minor victories, but can't actually, y'know, conquer the world. Unless someone wants to RP that... then that's awesome.
 17. Roleplay Type: Crossover Name: Chrysalis. The Queen of the Changelings. Sex: Female Age: Mare. Species: Changeling. Eye Color: Dark green. (Moderate Harlequin Coat Color: Dark gray. Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Long dark cerulean mane and tail. Physique: Tall and slender, about the same build as Princess Celestia. Cutie Mark: No cutie mark in her true form. If she takes on the form of a pony she also mimics their cutie mark. Origin/Residence: Everfree forest. Occupation: Ruler of the Changelings. Motivation: Finding a wellspring of love large enough to state her subjects and her own hunger. Likes: Being a cunning trickster, manipulating ponies that are in true love, keeping her subjects fed and feeding off of love herself. Dislikes: The feeling of failure, the absence of true love, ponies that can see through her disguises. Personality – Chrysalis is a talented trickster and master of deceit. Due to her upbringing she has no difficulty being cruel and manipulative, often turning ponies against themselves. She doesn’t understand the concept of showing affection for anything besides her subjects and even then she rarely does so, preferring to lead with a strict iron hoof. She takes on the form of certain pony’s loved ones and attempts to feed off of their love, doing her best to mimic the personality of the pony she has chosen to copy, if the end gain is feeding off of true love and feeding her subjects, no price is too high to pay. Character Summary: History – Born deep inside of Everfree forest within the Colony of the Changelings and deemed to be their next leader once she was of proper age. Chrysalis was brought up to be a cunning ruler whose goal was to get what she needed at whatever the cost. Her mother Shadoweye raised Chrysalis very strictly, the little changeling confined to the darkness of Everfree as she learned about the lives of the Changelings and how to hone her powers. As she grew up into a worthy leader the forests of Everfree began to become too small for the Queen’s liking. One faithful day a pair of ponies were trespassing through the dark woods, the pair, a unicorn male and earth pony mare both oblivious to the dangers within. Ponies passed through Everfree before but there was something special about this pair. Both ponies were deeply in love, so much so that it beckoned Chrysalis like the sweetest song. That was the first day she got a taste of true love, sneakily separating the pair of ponies while taking experimental transformation chances. Their love was good enough to state a small amount of her hunger but she wanted more. The love she took from both wasn’t enough to drastically change the pair’s thoughts for eachother and soon they were back on their way to Canterlot. Chrysalis had kept a close watch on the pair, following them silently until they reached the end of Everfree, but by that time the Queen had already seen as much as she needed. The lands beyond Everfree were vast, the massive fields of green grass and beautiful scenery actually brought a small smile to her face. The land was also overflowing with love capable of feeding her entire Colony for quite a while. Yes, this was where she would migrate the Changelings, but she needed to find the perfect place now that she had found a never ending supply of food. Months passed as she surveyed one of the pony cities, sometimes going to Ponyville disguised as one of its residents to gather more information, watching the various events unfold from the shadows. She could have made a move during the Night Mare Moon scare but a group of ponies apparently had resolved the situation with something called the Elements of Harmony, she needed to gather more information. Soon she found the bearers of the Elements themselves while gathering intel, their love for each other was great, nearly great enough for her to attempt to feed from them…but something wasn’t right. She had a feeling that if she tried to she would be found out quickly for what she truly was and once again decided to bind her time. Then came one of the most frightening moments in her life as a changeling. An entity known as Discord was released and the ensuing chaos from his arrival nearly sent her fleeing back to Everfree. The beautiful land and its love she wanted to feed off of was ripped apart and patched back together in the worst possible way. She couldn’t tell up from down or day from night, nothing made sense to her in this strange place anymore. Even her power had begun to betray her, the Queen changing into whatever she happened to lay eyes on, luckily her constant changing was blamed on the chaos and most ponies that were somewhat normal dismissed her as an anomaly. Once again however the Elements of Harmony were once again used to right the chaotic wrongs. Two times they were used to stop a threat towards Equestria, Chrysalis needed to find a way to stop them if her plan was going to work. The chaos around Ponyville was too great for the Queen to handle at the time, but her stay there provided her with enough information about the surrounding cities and she never gave up hope. Her next destination was Canterlot, the home of the Princesses. A risky move on her part but the city was flowing with just as much love as Ponyville, possibly even more so. Feeding off of the love in the city was more than enough to fuel her Changeling powers as she explored. Canterlot was huge, and after a few weeks of exploring she even found out about a series of underground tunnels in the mountain. Yes, luck was starting to side with her in the matter, even going so far as to deliver the greatest gift to all right at her hooves. A wedding, the very peak of one’s true love, was happening in Canterlot. Shining Armor and Princess Cadence would join together in matrimony, at least that was what the citizens would think. The love she had fed on helped immensely in her capture of the Princess. She had to go to the Alicorn’s chamber in the castle under the cover of night, disguising herself as one of Celestia’s guards making one of the many nightly rounds. Cadence was far too busy with her thoughts about the wedding than her own safety, which was more than ok to Chrysalis. By the time the Alicorn figured out something was wrong with the guard it was far too late, a quick scream was all she could get out before she was enveloped by green magic and transported into the tunnels underneath Canterlot. There was some apprehension at first but Chrysalis’s masterful disguise smoothed things over after a while, the Queen now feeding on the wellspring of love pouring off of Cadence’s Fiancé. All was going according to plan, a quick flight to Everfree forest to inform her subjects about their new home was next on her list but as she did so, some of them were too anxious to arrive. Their eagerness along with the ever watchful eyes of the princesses was enough to throw a wrench into her plans. Celestia had caught sight of a few of her subjects trying to sneak into Canterlot, quickly she informed Shining Armor of the intrusion, the stallion quickly thinking up a plan to protect the site of his wedding. A barrier was formed to guard Canterlot from the changelings, on Chrysalis counted herself lucky to be inside at the time of its formation. She was trapped inside Canterlot but she had no desire to leave it anytime soon, she would find a way to get her subjects through the barrier. The instrument of her success arrived in Canterlot a few days later. Twilight Sparkle, the bearer of the Element of Magic, and her friends. Right away the mare knew grew suspicious of Chrysalis but her status was already cemented and so the Queen didn’t worry about the pesky unicorn. But still the mare persisted, even spying on one of Chrysalis’s “healing” spells on Shining Armor, the Stallion had begun to catch onto her little by little as well. Twilight almost exposed her but quick thinking and a little acting turned the Unicorn’s friends and even the Princess against her. Chrysalis couldn’t have been more happy. It seemed like this day was going to be perfect. Her luck however had decided to run out. Twilight had found the real Cadence, forcing Chrysalis to reveal her true form. It was too late for them though, the love she fed on from Shining Armor was more than enough to fuel her plan, even Celestia herself couldn’t stand against her might, the barrier was broken through by her many changelings and soon they would feed, Canterlot was nearly within her grasp. The very love she fed on proved to be her downfall in the end. With the reunion of Cadence and Shining Armor, the overwhelming power of their love was more than enough to blast Chrysalis and even her subjects back into the darkness of Everfree Forest, The Queen of the Changelings…had failed.
 18. I have quickly fixed this up - thanks. I did think about that, actually, but I wanted to show just how insecure she was about herself I did in fact clear this up with Tales beforehand, just in case.
 19. I never thought I'd ever apply for a tier 3 pony. Hurricane Fluttershy offered some amazing designs though. I couldn't resist... Roleplay Type: Mane Name: Cloudchaser Sex: female Age: young mare Species: pegasus Eye Color: rose Coat Color: light blue Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: very pale blue with streaks of white. Stylish, spiky, medium-long cut to the mane. Tail is similarly spiky. Physique: nicely flexible, but otherwise average Cutie Mark: A shooting star, as seen below: Origin/Residence: Born in Las Pegasus. Now resides in Ponyville. Occupation: Nighttime Weather pony Motivation: just enjoy herself and life her life to the fullest. Likes: fun things, being around friends, flying, clear night skies, her own mane. Dislikes: overly strict or aggressive types, being overworked. Character Summary: History – This cool pegasus mare was born in the western pegasus paradise of Las Pegasus. Her time in the city instilled her with a very easygoing, fun loving attitude, even after she moved to Ponyville shortly after becoming a mare to find a job that suited her. She is a weather pony, and is happy with that job, as she genuinely loves flying and chasing down clouds, as fits her name. Naturally inclined to the nighttime, due to the nightlife of her first home, she works to keep the skies in order during the late hours of night while most of Ponyville sleeps. She's a very social pony, with a lot of friends, none closer than her best friend Flitter from whom she is seldom seen apart. Cutie Mark Story – As a filly, Cloudchaser didn't have a lot of focus. Nothing really compelled her, and she didn't really know what to do with her life. Then one night, as she stared off into space, she saw a shooting star cross the sky. This simple act inspired her to take flight. She rushed toward the star, hoping to catch up to it, but it of course fell far faster than she could fly. Instead she ended up high in the night sky, amongst the clouds. It was the first time she had flown around at night, and she was surprised at how nice it felt. Upon returning from what would be the first of many night flights, she realized her cutie mark had appeared in the shape of a shooting star like the one she had seen. Flaws – She can be too easygoing and lacking in seriousness, even at inopportune times. Her strong sense of humor sometimes has her laugh at the expense of others, even if she knows she shouldn't. Big words tend to confuse her. On occasion, she'll just follow whatever Flitter says without thinking things through herself. Personality - Cloudchaser is a very easygoing, well humored, laid back pegasus. She enjoys being social and interacting with her friends, especially Flitter. She is very proud of her mane style and puts a lot of effort into having it maintained by her stylist. She lacks in real ambition, but is dedicated, outgoing and a good flier. Images:
 20. Name: Apple Bloom Sex: Female Age: Filly Species: Earth Pony Pelt Color: Light, almost pale yellow. Mane/Tail Color & Style: A bright, apple-shined red mane paired off with her extra-long and striking mane held out of her face by a large pink bow that ties it down atop her mane. Eye Color: Luminous, vivid amber eyes. Cutie Mark: None, which is the cause of the greatest(and perhaps cutest) wailing this side of Equestria. Physique: Extremely fit and healthy for her age owing to a near lifetime of labor at Sweet Apple Acres accentuated by the Apple Family's large, but healthy meals. Residence: Sweet Apple Acres Occupation: Student, though that is secondary in her mind to the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Motivation: The search for her Cutie Mark is perhaps the single most overwhelming motivation, but it is likely truly secondary to helping her family and friends. Likes: Crusadin', Kung-Fu, Fixing stuff, the farm, her family, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, most ponies she ever meets, Cutie Marks, Apples, Discussions about Crusading, Cutie Mark Crusader Sleepovers, her hoof-built by Applejack clubhouse, Planning Crusades for the Cutie Mark Crusaders in after discussions about crusading in the Cutie Mark Crusader Clubhouse. Dislikes: Being made to feel like she ain't a big pony when she very clearly is a big pony, mean well-to-do ponies, not finding her cutie mark, repairing damage after a crusade has failed, getting in trouble after a crusade has failed, getting in trouble for starting a new crusader before repairing the damage from her previous failed crusade. History: Apple Bloom's birth was marked by great elation, another filly added to a loving fold. Born in the season of spring where all things are as beautiful as the little filly would turn out to be in both body and spirit, her name came about as her mother looked out over the vastness of the orchard and saw both tree and flower in bloom. Growing up under the care of her siblings and grandmother worked out rather well for the filly. Hardworking farm ponies the whole lot of them, they instilled in her a sense of loyalty and dedication to getting the job done that few others could have. Of course, the hardest part is getting her to choose the same job they have since her excitable hooves are always itching to satisfy the rapid-fired commands of her amped up, excited, yearning-for-adventure filly soul. Just as often as this ends with her heading off to join her friends, this ends up with her not paying attention to her work and getting beaned in the face with an apple. She was homeschooled by Granny Smith for the earliest part of her schooling years, but eventually even Apple Bloom started to wonder why her lessons trailed off into apple harvesting discussions every time and she was enrolled in public school. Her hardworking demeanor, ability to listen, and earnestness resulted in excellent grades. She would gather a small cadre of friends and for a while everything was turning up apples. However, as her friends started to get their cutie marks and drift away, she became somewhat isolated and more focused on her on blank flank, her schoolwork suffering as a result. This came to a head when her last close friend in class, Twist, received her cutie mark, leaving her alone amongst her classmates. While she had learned this was common for members of fine Apple stock, it did little to help her. After several failed attempts to get her mark, she made the decision not to attend Diamond Tiara's party, only to walk in to it anyway. (She isn't very good with directions, truth be told) While she expected the party to be a disaster, it instead turned into a pivot for her life. She met Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle, two other blank flanks, and they would form the Cutie mark Crusaders. After this meeting, the trio would become nigh inseparable, and it became apparent to everypony in town that they were not just partners in an adventure, but truly best friends. Their search for their cutie marks has come to define them, but that tells little of who they are. Apple Bloom can be blunt and would dearly like to emulate her older sister in the realm of honesty, but her earnest desire to do good and make ponies happy will see her lie through her teeth if she thinks it will be for the best. More often than not, this results in a lie to cover up a lie until the lies become crossed and she finds it impossible to go further. She is in many ways more street smart than her friends, but this comes right up against her own curious, excitable nature that will see her discard warnings almost as quickly as she receives them. She works hard and sees no reason to sit still when you could be cantering about trying to find your cutie mark, but will often direct that work into some sort of sillyness that doesn't do much to aid her. She has great skill with tools, being able to build props and repair things with the adeptness of a tradesman many years her elder. However, she doesn't find much about it exciting, and considers it just another facet of work. This creates no end of consternation to those around her, who want to beat her over the head and tell her exactly what her cutie mark is. She has a brave and outgoing nature, but feels as though she has never truly faced something frightening alone. She wants to test herself someday and see if she really is a big pony like her bother and sister, or if she's just some little filly. She gets along well with Zecora, being the first pony to toss out her hoof in friendship. She is obviously dearly devoted to her family, wishing to emulate her sister in all the ways that don't conflict with the need to see that everypony is happy all the time. In other words that whole honesty bit is a little hard to emulate. She has started rebounding in school, her natural desire to root out answers, hardworking demeanor, and ability to listen to her teacher giving her the natural ability to excel. If she were to apply herself fully to her classwork instead of having her mind bounce around questions regarding the cutie mark crusaders and the apple harvest, she may very well become an exceptional student. Tragic that there is finite space in the mind of a filly, and Apple Bloom has yet to devote the space and effort needed to establish herself as one of Ponyville's best and brightest. Instead, her farm mannerisms and at times disappointing grades reflect poorly on the nature of Apple Bloom's intelligence. It doesn't help that her curious and excitable personality can result in foolish and impulsive actions. She is the de-facto leader of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, though she would never say so and they are about as democratic an institution as possible. From the clubhouse on Sweet Apple Acres, she helps plan and plot not only the crusades that are their namesake, but any manner of tomfillery suited for them. To describe her day as busy would be a gross understatement: From dawn until dusk, she is at school, completing chores, and around her Cutie Mark Crusader friends. Some wonder how one little filly can do so much. Apple Bloom wonders why others do so little!

His kind, generous and gentle nature earned him many friends and a measure of respect from adult ponies he’d encounter. One day, his cutie mark appeared on his flank: a bubble pipe. At first, he was puzzled by this but later came to understand that the mark was really a representation of his own 'bubbly' personally, a carefree and mellow nature with a fun outlook on life. For much of his adult life, Mr. Waddle was a travelling parson. During his travels, he met the love of his life Daisy Hay, a pretty young unicorn whom became his wife. After he retired, the two settled down in a quiet cottage outside of Ponyville to spend their remaining days together. Sadly, Daisy Hay passed away, leaving Mr. Waddle a widower. To this day, ponyfolk still refer to him as Mr. Waddle out of respect for Daisy. He still misses Daisy in his later years, but life goes on and he made the best of his situation. Periodically called upon to officiate funerals, Mr. Waddle keeps himself busy with frequent trips to Ponyville and spending time as a volunteer at the Senior Center, the Library and the Old Pony’s Home in town. Though he is old, he manages to maintain a positive outlook on life and lives everyday to help mentor the younger ponies as well as lend a helping hoof, friendly advice or even a shoulder to cry on for those who need it.

 23. Rainbow Dash's the name, going fast's my game! Maybe you hearda me? Awwww, yeah, that's right! Of course you know who I am! Winner of the Best Young Flier's competition, only living pegasus to have ever performed the AMAZING Sonic Rainboom, rescued the Wonderbolts once, and, oh yeah, the filly who helped save the world TWICE! I'm in two stained glass windows in the palace! Yeah, I know, I'm awesome! Roleplay Type: World of Equestria RP Name: Rainbow Dash Sex: Female Age: Mare Species: Pegasus Eye Color: Violet Rose ( #B80962 ) Coat Color: Sky Blue Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Rainbow striped - medium-length, rough-cut, and ragged from lack of attention Physique: Lean and athletic - built for speed, speed, and more speed! Cutie Mark: A cloud with a red/yellow/blue lightning bolt striking from it. The cutie mark represents lightning-fast speed - Dash's special talent - but more importantly, the desire to strike out from the cloud of her childhood, the need to prove herself, to show she is good enough. Origin/Residence: Born in Cloudsdale, lives in a cloud house just on the outskirts of Ponyville Occupation: Yeah, I was born and raised in Cloudsdale, learned all the ins-and-outs of taking care of the weather, just like my dad! I'm currently the head weather coordinator for Ponyville, which is nice enough, but it's just a temporary gig till I join the Wonderbolts! Rainbow Dash is the main weather pony for Ponyville. Under normal, lazy, sunny conditions, she takes care keeping the sky clear of the idle clouds. When fending off neighboring cloudsystems or setting up a proper storm, she leads the weather team in their duties. She's very dedicated to her job - but she really only gives it her full attention when there's something serious to do, a team to lead - something big to challenge her. Only her weather team have ever seen her when she's focused, serious, and determined to do her job and do it well. She's proving herself, against that weather - it's a challenge, and she wants to win, and she knows that she needs everyone's help to do it. Unfortunately, when she doesn't have a challenge, it's much harder for her to stay focused on her task. Those lazy, sunny days where she's supposed to be cloud-hunting to keep the skies clear, she knows she could start clearing the skies when somepony started to complain and finish her job before they finished their sentence ... but it's not really an *effort*. She brags about it, but it doesn't really feel like a challenge, or anything to be proud about. Motivation: What else? Every day, every week, every month, I'm practicing better and crazier stunts to show off for the Wonderbolts! I mean, I already KNOW I'm awesome, but I need to show THEM that I'm awesome! Dash really wants to prove herself. It's all-or-nothing for Dash: either she's number one, or she's failling. She's especially susceptible to flattery, and craves those moments when she is praised, making her feel like she's decent - but those moments are few and far between, and she can never convince herself that she's all that special. She has a few friends who seem to think well of her, and she would do anything, absolutely anything, to protect them, and never, ever let them down. Likes: The Wonderbolts, winning, sleeping, the need for speed, The Wonderbolts, praise and recognition, pranks, Tales of Daring Do, The Wonderbolts Dislikes: Herself, inactivity, anything that threatens her friends Character Summary: All right, you wanna know about me? Well, I always knew I was awesome! Sure, followed after my dad in the weather industry, but it's only a matter of time till the Wonderbolts take me on, y'know? Darn good at it, too! Can clear a sky faster than anyone, and no cowpony can herd clouds the way I do! Lead off the weather teams for my area's Winter Wrap-up, every year. Didn't expect to save the world, but I did that twice, too! Ever see a giant rampaging Manticore, kick a full-sized fire-breathing dragon in the snoot, or jumped over a speeding train? Yeah, I've done *all* of that! History From a very young age, it was assumed that Rainbow Dash would be a gentle, peaceful pegasus - like rainbows, lovely and peaceful across the sky. She started crawling early, started talking early, her grades in school were almost perfect. She was quiet, reserved, and acted exactly as everyone expected of her - a perfect little angel. Her greatest goal in life was to make momma smile. Her mane was always neatly styled, and she wore a nice bow in it, she bent dilligently over her homework, and she would spend hours staring out the windows at the rainbows her dad spread across the sky. She wanted to make everyone happy, and to be just like the rainbows her parents had named her after. Her dad would sometimes bring home a little jar full of liquid rainbows for her to play with. He hadn't *technically* been supposed to snag some, but all the workers did. Rainbows were ever so much fun, and cleaned up so easily. Rainbow Dash was delighted at how she could throw the colors across the room, watch them glow brilliantly and peacefully before they faded. She would bound across the room happily, chasing the floating ribbons of color. Her dad would use his greater skill to make little rainbow bubbles, or complicated shapes with the rainbows, and sending them zooming across the room. Rainbow would chase eagerly after them as fast as she could - crashing into the soft cloud wall more often than she caught the colors she loved so much. Then, one day, she licked a bit of rainbow from her hoof, and steam shot out of her ears. She dunked her head under the water and drank desperately till the burning stopped, and that's when she had the realization that changed her life - Rainbows weren't peaceful. Rainbows were *spicy*. And that's when everything she'd learned in weather class started to sink in - rainbows marked the edges of storms and peaceful air, they stood as a warning for places that didn't fit in anywhere else - warning pegasus ponies about that choppy in-between area. They signaled the start or the end of terrible weather. The story of the Sonic Rainboom suddenly leapt out at her with whole new meaning - you didn't make a Sonic Rainboom by being pretty or gentle! You had to be fast and tough! Dash was a different filly after that. She was very good at going fast - but her control needed work. She found whole new meaning as she started experimenting with going her own way, instead of what everyone expected of her. At first, other ponies were very encouraging - the sight of the quiet, demure pegasus filly charging out onto the playground all tomboyishly, trying to compete with the more athletic ponies, brought great amsuement to others. As time went on, though, the cheerful laughter turned into jibes and taunts. Dash was clumsy, unused to all the physical activity she sought. She wasn't very good at making new friends - but she never forgot the other quiet, peaceful pegasus pony she had been friends with when she was quiet, too: Fluttershy. Dash's grades suffered. It wasn't that she didn't understand the material - it's just that it was too easy, and she couldn't focus, and her parents could barely get her to stay in place long enough to finish her homework. Dash was no longer content with reading boring, stuffy old textbooks - she wanted to be out there, doing it! She wanted to get her hooves in the clouds, and really accomplish something other than scribbling forever over dry old questions. And everypony seemed so ... upset with her. She was torn, now - everyone had approved of her when she'd been everything they'd expected. Part of her wanted to return to her old life ... and part of her wanted to be the fierce and dangerous rainbow! But if everyone was always making fun of her ... calling her by that hateful jibe, "Rainbow Crash," and jeering at her mistakes. She missed the days when everyone was nice to her, and was on the verge of turning her back on her new life, and returning to be the scholar, the quiet and pretty Rainbow for everypony to admire. Cutie Mark Story Rainbow Dash saw her old friend, Fluttershy, being teased by the same bullies who teased Dash all the time - and for Fluttershy's sake and her own, Dash stepped forward to stand up for her. In the race that followed came her realization - she didn't just like going fast, rough, and tumble - she liked to *win*. She liked a challenge. She liked standing up to the ponies who told her who she was, and proving that she could do it her own way! This was the moment that she decided that it didn't matter if everypony was always making fun of her, if nopony believed in her, if everypony thought she should be one way or another ... she was going to do things her own way, and be herself, and win out over all the neigh-sayers! Of course, it took years before she could figure out how to say it that way - at that time, all she knew was that she liked to win. Personality Despite her realization and new determination to be herself, she wasn't immune to the mocking of her classmates. In fact, as time went on, it was only sheer stubbornness that kept her on her path, a refusal to admit she was wrong, even if everything seemed to show that being herself meant being something that sucked. She knew she was awesome, it's just that it got lost in the flood of mockery - a mockery that multiplied when she let it repeat itself to her in her own head. She knew she needed to believe in herself, so every time she heard another foal - or her own brain - tell her that she sucked, she just repeated, over and over again, "I am awesome." She makes sure to list her successes to herself, and to everyone else, to keep her spirits up and remind herself that she's worthwhile, and that she can win - because she's won so many times before, already. Even as such, every time someone challenges her to prove her words, she gets a faint bout of nervousnesses. Will she win this time? But she just keeps repeating to herself, "I am awesome," and presenting a confident front to the world - even when she can't seem to get through a month without her friends needing to show her, yet again, how she's been screwing up and needs to learn yet another lesson. The one and only thing she truly believes she's good at is flying fast - because she has incontrovertiable proof to that fact. She really *is* the best at it, and nopony better! Flaws Rainbow Dash does EVERYTHING fast. She flies fast, she reads fast, she learns fast, she heals fast, she takes quick naps ... but she has no control or reflection. She crashes a lot - but this makes her durable. She falters a lot - but this makes her stubborn. She finds it hard to focus on things that aren't a challenge - reading, studying, walking, normal exercise, all of these things are dull and repetitive and pose no challenge, so she simply can't make herself believe in them... and except for her physical speed, all the things she seems so good at are so easy to her that it is hard for her to believe that they're actually valuable, no matter how much she repeats it to herself - unless others tell her how awesome she is. Dash is especially susceptible to flattery - it makes her feel invincible for a short time. Finally, she's headstrong. Given a solution, Dash sees exactly one way through - up the center, to headbutt whatever's in the way till she either knocks herself out or breaks it down.
