She… Was crying? Was she? She was upset about something. Irrelevant. Looking around she started documenting the world around her. Green… Trees… blue sky. It was fit for life, just like she was told. Her home use to look like this in days long ago, forests use to be commonplace books say. She wondered why someone will care so much as to plant so many trees and water them. Seemed like a lot of work when you can just scrub the air faster and better than they can. Looking to the city before her she documented it as a small one, crude and on the dirt like old times. No flying transports or cargo ships can be seen, little to no industrial output can be seen. Waste of space and workers but a fine starting point for her work, leaving the smoking crater in the ground she takes to the skies. Up closer look the city was worthless. She was no city development team but the layout was bad, wasted space, useless buildings, useless intermixing of districts as ponies walked about wasting time. Ware are the overlords to keep the workers working? This world was going to be easy to take over and improve. But for now she must find more info about this world. Where to start? Scanning the streets below she spotted a pony in blue, he was enforcing some laws on some of the workers it seems. This world's Enforcers? Only one way to know. She dives down, slamming into the sidewalk it shatters under her legs as dust and concrete is kicked up. The cop did not even get time to understand what happened as she grabbed his head in her claws, forcing his muzzle shut as he flailed and did all he can to remove himself but it was too late, she already had him gravity locked to her claws. She looked over at the earth pony he was giving a ticket too. “I am Enforcer LDEL6370, I demanded to know where the ECO of this city is found.” She asked in a cold almost robotic tone as the cop let out muffled screams as dozens of small black tendrils forced their way inside his nose as as they emerged from around the base of her leg. “Unless you wish to have me remove what I want by force, it’s painful.” She added with without a hint of remorse as the cop flailed and shivered as if he was having a seizure as she started digging around his brain for useful info. He’d live, but he’d not be himself for weeks… Heroes? A wave of news, stories and everything this cop knew about them flooded in to her. This… This was fascinating. Far more than whatever the whimpering earth pony the cop was given a ticket to was saying to her. From what this cop knew they may be a danger to her and her the directive… -New directive: locate a “hero” and study for risk to directive- So she must. Dropping the cop in a heap she looked around the city and the onlookers as her wings opened up. “Thank you Officer Hot Coffee, you will be recommended for Enforcer training.” She says to the twitching and whimpering wreck of a cop as she took to the skies. She must find a hero and Skull Jack them, the risk they may give to her directive was far to great for her too not learn about them. Now… Where to find one.

Loyalty. The guiding light for all pegasus ponies in the war and after. Loyalty was everything and this fact was trained, taught and beaten in to every last pegasus. There was no other way, no other path. And yet Bravo found himself lost thanks to it. What was loyalty when the very thing you swore to die for is nonexistent. When everything you know is nonexistent. This reality shock Bravo to his core just by being itself. By being here in this shape and lacking everything that made his world, his views work. It was crushing and took him weeks… months to even go outside again. Mech was a good friend even his help did not make this more easy. Acclimatising to this world and shock it was to his beliefs, views and understand just took time. A lot of it. He was better now… Somewhat. It was still hard, confusing and confusing but he managed to do trips outside without breaking down or lashing out at some pony. Mech was the only pony to even have a hope of understanding… It. Why this was hard. But Bravo had to push on. Well he wanted to go home he knew he couldn't. It's been too long. He’s MIA or KIA and can’t go home. And this world was better in every way. Food! Water! Safety! It took weeks too learn how to sleep without jumping at every sound. Weeks trust water. Food… so on and so on. And yet he was still spinning in place. Loyalty… Loyalty. The word that haunted him like hounds on a fox and it made him feel aimless. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ With a clap of thunder Bravo looked up at the sky's pouring rain. He liked the rain. It made him feel… safe. Familiarity was the word, safe was the feeling. Rain was part of life back… There. Mud, rain and death. At least he had rain. Walking down the road gazed up at the towering buildings of white. Time to time a flash happens and he saw HIS Canterlot and its countless horrors. It made a shiver roll down his spine but he pushed onward, dry from the storm underneath his power armor. He still can’t go outside without it. Not for long. Panic attacks. When one spent months in it leaving it is terrifying. Every part of his brain screamed ‘outside is danger!’ without it. Even a friend next to him he’d start to panic. More time… maybe that is all he needed. Looking at the map in his HUD he gazed up at another big building. This was the place… Blueblood. A war hero… At least for Bravo. The mare from his first moments here was tied to Blue. Mech never did explain how very well, saying it will be easier if he ‘saw it’ for himself. Or something. Bravo just hoped the offer was still open. Mech was fun, but insane. A level head was something he needed and with luck this pony had one to offer. …. Ringing the door bill he looked up at the giant wood doors. Why on earth did a pony need doors do big? Did they have a pet sphinx or something? Well he sat at the door he removed his helmet, letting his golden orange mane flow out with a shake and lit up a cigarette. Was no dash but it helped keep his shakes down. He still hated Mech for not making him more. He knows the mad-doc can, he just did not. jerk.

6/23.1 093045.1851 It was a beautiful day in the city of Fillydelphia. Birds were singing, the sun was shining, the grass was growing, and the trees were spreading their leaf-laden boughs over the walking trails and providing shade and privacy to those within. A pair of ducks floated in the pond, diving occasionally for the sheer liquid joy of it as much as searching for morsels. A juvenile dragon hiked his way to the edge of a secluded clearing, his walking stick making a clack with each step as it's end met pavement. His costume was a hodgepodge of wool and cotton garments with cat-like ears on the brown hood and tiny wings that would never get him off the ground, mixed with welder's goggles and a ramshackle collection of bangles, talismans, amulets, chokers, armlets, and anklets. He looked like a young dragon trying to cosplay as a gremlin who'd just flown through a tacky jewellery store. He was alone, for now, but he was never comfortable outside his costume when he wasn't at home. Habit and paranoia coming to a nervous head, even here and now when he had three hours to himself. Not that it really mattered when he could slice time into paper-thin ribbons and stretch one hour into a week. But Stable Loop was waiting for his new pupil, his sister, and her friend.

Name: Castle Bravo Code Name: Conelrad Powers: Well Bravo is gifted in ways that surpasses normal ponies he is nowhere close to the powers most heros have. But he has far more endurance than a standard pony, withstanding pain and punishment that can drop most. Along with this he has larger than normal wings with such size a normal pony may not be able to use them, yet he is not hendred by the size and can move them around with significant power to take off easily or deliver a painful blow. But his real power comes with his gear from another reality and the tools that came with him. Pegasus model power armor: First built before the end of the great war by the Ministry of Wartime Technology it is light and built with mobility in mind compared to other models. Where power armor for ground pounders was built to withstand even heavy arms fire the pegasus model was built to only handle small arms fire and flack. But against opponents only packing rifle caliber weapons it made the user almost unkillable if they did not take heavy sustained fire. Using a large mana-spark battery as a power source it was almost a weeks worth of fuel under normal use as it powers the armors many sensors and tools. Assistant Flight Appendage, well Pegasus model power armor is much lighter than standard power armor from the war it is nonetheless very heavy and well the user will not feel it when walking do to the power armor holding itself up it’s very different story in the air. As such Pegasus model power armor uses AFA that holds on to the wing and helps the user fly much like how it helps a user walk or move. Well not perfect the trade of mobility to armor is well worth it. E.F.S (Eyes Forward Sparkle), built in to the HUD it colors, outlines and detects potential threats and dangers in the battlefield along with alerting the user of possible danger from behind and helps in weapons targeting. Removable respirator that can filter air, supply oxygen or deliver inhaled combat drugs. The oxygen supply is limited but allows the user to operate in an airless environment for a limited time such as underwater. Battle saddle, attached to the users back and sides it is the mounting point for weapons that rest along the side of a pony. The fire control is built into the helmet and allows a pegasus to do strafing runs much like an aircraft. This allows them to use and fire much larger weapons that can be fired safely from the muzzle. The mounting points have limited movement to help in aiming but the target must be in front of the user and not to far up or down. Tail Blade, looking like the tail of a scorpion the tail blade is used for up close combat and can deliver a number of toxins that range from deadly to pearlizing. But even if it’s not used to deliver toxins the balde is deadly and swift. The ends of the wing guards are bladed as well, but cannot deliver toxins. Equipment: Armor was not the only useful tool Bravo took with him when he was ripped out of his reality. Along for the ride was his survival gear, rifle and equipment. MP-Rifle, a magical plasma rifle that shoots magical bolts of superheated Plasma. A very high-powered weapon built at the extreme end of the war or soon after it a MP-Rifle makes a mockery of most armor and even glancing shots can inflict painful wounds and bruning. It uses a specialized mana-spark battery that along as being the power source holds the ionised gases to be converted to plasma bolts. If damaged a MP-mana-spark battery can be extremely dangerous and datanat without warning. If a MP-mana-spark battery becomes superheated or damaged the MP-Rifle will automatically eject the battery with force to safely clear it away from the user. Well built to be used from a fixed mounting on a battle saddle it can be removed and aimed/fired by hoof. But doing so is hard and only done if no other ways of engagement can be done. Magical energy grenades, a thrown timed explosive that uses a blast of raw magical energy to destroy whatever is around it. Well limited in number with no easy way to gain more thanks to him being in another world Bravo uses them sparingly. But the firestorm the unleash will send most ponies running. Holotape player/recorder and holotapes, a durable laser-readable storage device based on tape holography technology. Well often used to play audio files by the end of the war some ponies discovered how to put games on them. Bravo uses his to record a audio Journal, keep some music from his favorite radio stations or play some audio logs made by his mare friend to keep his spirits up on long hunts. Healing potions, stimulates fast tissue regeneration and is capable of restoring a wounded body to health in mere seconds. Their usage is not recommended in case of broken bones as it’s healing effects, sadly, do not include moving said bones into place. If properly tended to first and the bone is held in its proper place it can be used safely. Healing potions no not help stop pain. Magical bandages, normal bandages which are enchanted to allow faster recovery and healing. Generally less effective than healing potions but useful for less extreme wounds. M-Rad Away, An orange liquid with a rancid taste and worse aftertaste. It is designed to clear a body of harmful magical-radiation, the by product of mege-spell grade weapons and mana-spark fuel when it’s being used without proper containment. Magical-radiation is harmful to the body and in large amounts very deadly. Dash, a powerful hallucinogenic stimulant drug that slows the users perception of time, making the world slower and him much faster. Well outlawed in the GPE Bravo has had his addiction for many years and suffers crippling withdrawal. Mood swings, cramps and feeling extremely sluggish with the world seeming to move in fast forward around him. Being trapped in another world where dash has not been invented has left Bravo in an uneasy spot as his supply runs out. Weakness: Well gifted with above normal levels of endurance and powerful wings Bravo is just a normal pony in most ways. As such without his powerful gear he is incapable of handling more powerful dangers but common thugs and goons pose no real danger do to his training and years of combat experience even without the help of his gear. Another limiting factor his his need for ammo and fuel, what he needs a steady supply for. Without such the longest he can hope to keep everything running is a week at best with his rifle lasting longer or short depending on how much he must use it. Dash withdrawal is a real problem for Bravo and can leave him sluggish, moody and at a extreme disadvantage thanks to it. Alias: Bravo has no real alias, being so new to the world around him he has nothing to hide or protect other than himself, but he may make one for himself later. Background: Bravo was born on an ThunderHead class cloudship, a flying battleship built during the great war that ended 130 years before his eyes opened to the cold gray walls of the ship he grew up in. His youth was spent exploring the cloudship, the heart like beating of the enormous ship engines struggling to keep itself aloft on an inconstant stream of old and repurposed fuel and parts became as common to him as rain on a rooftop. The smell of over a century's use becoming the scent of home as the on ship school trained and educated him. Pride. Honer. Duty. The words of a true pegasus and how they are too live was drilled in to him from his earliest classes. For the world Bravo was born in to was a dead world. The war ended 130 years ago with every pony and thing losing with the only winners being the ones to lose the least. For the great war only ended in baelfire as the land was set aflame and the seas boiled as countless centuries of peace, love and friendship died in a short few decades of conflict. At its start ponies were new born foals to warfare yet they were the ones to end it by developing the most powerful weapons to ever be seen to stop the decades old conflict. End it they did. 160 years after the end of the war Bravo was a sergeant of recone team charlie, tasked with hunting down AWOL, missing, wanted or targets of use his team were some of the few pegasus to interact with the world below the clouds. Do to this and the risk of hazards he and his team often face in the world below they had too spend much of their time home in quarantine. But for a few short weeks they can relax in the the skies above and see first hoof what the keep safe. The Grand Pegasus Enclave. Something Bravo loves with all his heart even after seeing many of its darker sides he stands strong in his belief the Enclave is the only pure race of ponies left after the war and the only hope for Equestria. His years spent exploring and hunting in the dark broken lands below only enforce his belief that the mud walkers never can and never will rebuild equestria like the pegasus have in the skys. But in an old twist the mare he grew to love is found in the mud below. MIR, a bashed pegasus framed for murder. She proved she had no part in the crim and was framed to Bravo when they bumped into another in the wasteland. Soon he took to seeing her more and the two grew close. Even with her being banished she did not hate the Enclave. In fact she loved it just as much as Bravo and in time, she had twins on the way thanks to him. But fate had other plans for Bravo, on the hunt for a run away scientist he encountered a old lab the pegasus was hiding in and using. Dearing the resulting exchange of fire a portal ripped open from one of the old machines and sucked Bravo inside along with everything he had on him. Spat out face first in to another lab Bravo found himself in a very, very different place. Notable Allies: smashing face first in to another reality has left him with no help from his team, friends and the Enclave. Notable Personal Villains: He has none just yet in the world he crashed in too. General Notability: To the outside world none know of him, the only few that do know much about him are the ones that were around when he was sucked in the reality they live in.

The moon was in the middle of the sky, bathing Vanhoover in a pale glow as a group of ponies stood in an alley, stealing glances at the bank opposite them. They were speaking about something in harsh whispers, leaving it clear that they were arguing even if the topic of discussion wasn't entirely clear. The small, hovering drone which floated unnoticed above the alley, was only catching snippets of the conversation. As a general purpose unit, that it could even get a few words at this distance was a minor miracle, but it was no matter. BROODMARE, the closest thing the drone had to an operator, already knew why those ponies were there. They were here to rob the bank across the street. She was here because they were going to do that, or more specifically how. They'd found a new tool, that they were planning to use to break through the vault, and while the android didn't need the tool itself she did need the parts. Now BROODMARE was just waiting for them to make a move. She was patient, she could be here all night, but she didn't think the same could be said for them. They were bound to make a move soon, and BROODMARE wanted to be able to move when then did. She inched the hovering drone closer too them, while she herself crept from her spot one building over to the adjacent rooftop. [I'm alright with pretty much any character joining, with the caveat that I'd like to at least start things off at a lower scale. So that means none of the really powerful characters, or if they are involved have them just be observing, or for some reason or another not fighting at full strength.]

"Villain" name: Lucky Charm Powers: The ability to bring himself good luck and others bad luck, often allowing for him to escape. For example, a previously unnoticed banana peel may appear on the floor, or the fastenings of a tapestry may come loose and fall, or a window may just happen to be open right when he needs it. Also short teleportation bursts that seem to come and go, but always at a lucky moment. He can only give himself good luck 7 times, or give somepony else bad luck 13 times, before his powers reverse themselves on him. They'll only switch back if he give himself bad luck 7 times in a row or somepony else good luck 13 times in a row to balance out why he has done. Alias: Silver Bead. He lives with his older sister, Beadabell, above their small craft store. He does his best to hide his "nightly shenanigans" from her, but she knows something is up. She just lets him continue it, trusting that whatever he is doing, he is staying out of trouble. And besides, he wouldn't want someone to drag her into his business and hurt her. Backstory: Silver Bead and his sister were orphaned after a fire swept through their tiny town. He was barely out of diapers at the time, and doesn't remember anything before the flames. The pair were taken to an orphanage, where a kind unicorn cared for them. They were never adopted, but they didn't mind. The orphanage was fun and lively with a dozen other little ponies at any given time to play with, and the unicorn that looked out for them was a very kind individual. But he and Beadabell knew they couldn't stay forever, so they left once Silver had reached young stallionhood to make their own way in the world. He had found back in the orphanage that he could manipulate luck, but as he and his sister found it harder and harder to get work, he started learning to really fine-tune his ability. Carefully, subtly, he messed with things. While they were applying for a job, two of the ponies working there had "accidents" almost at the same time. Nothing life-ruining, just a couple of broken legs, but enough that they couldn't work for a while. When the siblings tried to find an apartment, one tenant happened to run out screaming about rats. Of course, none could be found, but he wasn't coming back and his lease had been paid. He told the siblings to "keep it" when they asked him. And on and on it went, with luck seeming to chase the siblings until Beadabell was finally able to open her own shop, like she had always wanted. But what Silver didn't tell her was how he got the extra bits. He had taken up petty thievery to pay for these things. Luck was getting them in the door, but luck wasn't going to pay their bills. At night, he would go out and find somewhere new to scout out, always planning and thinking for weeks at a time until he was ready. Then he would take what he needed to fence off to pay for their latest debt and go. But he came to found that he liked the rush, and started going for bigger and bigger targets. The slow build made things easier for him, and he got better and better with each run. Not to mention honing his luck ability. No longer a petty thief, but a notorious one, he stole just for kicks, then sent the money along to somepony who needed it. Not so much out of altruism, mind you. But simply because he didn't need it, nor did he need the suspicion to fall his way. Notable Allies: None. He prefers to work alone anyway Notable Personal Villains: Police Chief Amber Trap, who has been trying to track down and capture the thief for years, ever since he started to get bigger. General Notability: Heroes tend to look at him as a nuisance, someone who taunts them and runs away just as he's about to be caught. Some of them don't even bother to respond anymore, considering it a waste of their time. Villains, on the other hand, consider him a joke. They don't consider him to be serious enough to be truly considered a villain, especially not when he gives to charity so often. At best, he's neutral, only serving his own interests, and there are some villains who wouldn't mind the chance to kill the smear on the villain title once and for all. As for civilians, those he helps are grateful to him and have offered him a place to rest, should he need it. And he is quite the mare's stallion, leaving a trail of charmed ponies in his wake with broken hearts or interesting stories to tell their friends. All in all, reactions to him are a huge mixed bag, and it varies from pony to pony.

Name: Lightning Dust Corporate ID: LDEL6370 Citizen ID: IPE-PLU-3-6-56LR Powers: Lightning Dust is augmented heavily with the best magitech from her home universe that is decades more advanced than the magitech in universe TK78 (The Age of Heroes universe) in many fields. The following is what her augmented upgrades allow for. Magic shield generator: A shield that forms around her body that can withstand heavy amounts of firepower but uses all of her reactor's power. As such she can not use other weapons or powers with this up and it can be overloaded. If this happens the shock can temporarily take LD offline. Gravity locks: Bult in her legs they allow her to walk on walls, ceilings or stand on speeding objects without hindering her movement. Can not be used to pick up heavier objects as they only pull her onto a surface. They can be used to pull objects closer to her if they are within a few hoofs reach. carbon mesh bones: All of her bones were heavy reinforced with with magically reinforced carbon mesh that makes them all but unbreakable except for the the most horribly powerful of impacts. Enforcer Plate: Much of her body is protected by an integrated armor that is built for frontline combat, borderline unbreakable it can withstand forces and heat that will shatter and vaporizer steel and only lose some paint to show for it. 2x APSG mk’6 TL: Two twin barreled magitech SMGs that fire tiny magic bullets in a weathering hailstorm. What they lack for in firepower per a shot they make up for in sheer overwhelming volume of fire at a combined rate of fire reaching a horrific 12,000 rounds per minute. But this overwhelming wall of magic bullets is power hungry and she can not keep up sustained fire for long before needing to cool down and letting her LAY reactor recover. Skull Jack: Deployed from her front left leg this tools looks like many small tendrils that can invade one's skull by their ears, nose or other places to slither in to one's brain and read it or worse, force somepony to do something on her behalf. It is not deadly but can leave a pony with a crippling headache for weeks afterwards. Augmented brain: Lightning Dust's brain has been heavily augmented to work faster and handle all the feedback her augmented body feeds her. It is also what enslaves her to the Corporate will of her home universe. Only in a different universe has she found limited windows of true freedom to think for herself and struggles to hold on to it. Augmented eyes: Seeing in the dark? Infrared? She can do both and can with a limited degree zoom in to study finer details or spot things farther away. EL-class LAY reactor: Her heart and source of all her powers and life. Feeding of the magic of the world it far surprises the barbaric reactors of older times and is the most advanced piece of magitech from her home universe and is decades more advanced than what meny in universe TK78 believes is possible for it’s size. Backstory: In a far away universe the finding of LAY unleashed a new age of magitech that spiraled out of control with such speed nopony knew what to do or what was coming. Flying wagons, ships than cities took to the sky. Corporations gained power from it and pushed deeper into daily life as they replaced governments and soon the Corporate wars happened. Devastating the world with years warfair with new magitech weapons ponies were forced to live in vast flying mega cities as the world below them was changed and corrupted in to something horrific. Yet the gears of progress pushed on. In this universe A pony named Lightning Dust was born. Tenacious, cold and driven to be on top she did whatever it took to follow her dreams at whatever cost to others. In a world dominated by warring mega Corporations she found her ideas not only liked but wanted by powers far greater than the famous LAY Racing team “Thunderbolts”, she welcomed the offers after losing out to joining the Thunderbolts to a mare named “Rainbow Dash”. Joining on as a Corporate Enforcer she soon found the job much to her liking and soon started to climb ranks. It was the best day of her life when she was promoted to Lieutenant as she had grown to worship them as beacons of her dreams. Rich, powerful and feared by the working class and even nobles Enforcer Lieutenants were the voice and blade of the Corporations. But she soon found they paid a terrible price for it. She was forced to undergo cybernetic implants and upgrading. Her free will was removed, she acted like her hold self but inside she was just a slave acting free. She had no freedom to say no to her masters, she did as told without hesitation and followed orders blindly hardly remembering why. In time she stopped battling it and found joy. She loved serving the Corporations. She loved the CEOs, they knew best and all were blind that did not think so. They were the true gods of ponies. Chained to there will she proved her worth and soon was promoted to Lieutenant First Class. The leader of the Lieutenants and first hoof of the CEOs she was feared in all levels of pony life as no nobel was safe from her judgment and no homeless outlaw could outrun her forever. It was here she was given her most risky orders yet, their homeworld was dieing. The years of warfare and the use of LAY was killing the world, sucking it dry of magic and resources. So the Corporations in a complex web of dealings and proxy wars began a joint project. Gate Kicker. Some of their most trusted servants were to be teleported to other universes to find new worlds to explore, expand and exploit for the Corporations. The most promising universes was named TK78, it was overflowing with magic and raw LAY, the world was livable and populated by other ponies and looked to be lacking in comparable technology. Feeling confident this was the world they were looking for they called for Lightning Dust and briefed her on her duty. To explore the world, find a weak place in the walls of the universes and deploy the universes anchor to open a permanent gateway so the armies of the Corporations can overwhelm the world and claim it. With pride she took too her duty and using the most advanced minds of the Corporations they built a small one way gate, without an anchor just keeping a gateway open for more than just a blink of an eye was difficult so she had to go alone. Trusting her fully she was deployed. Lightning Dust teleported just outside a major city and for the first time in her life found her thoughts free. All she had done for the Corporations crushed down on her like builders.
