One day, Scarlet seen a little brown bear in a toy shop's window and when she asked her parents for it, they told her that they did not have the money for it and she was let down. She had very few toys as well growing up, which resulted in her making most of her own toys, at first her toys were not that good, but eventually she made some of the best toys even better than the toys that other Filly's had, that resulted in other Filly's asking Scarlet to make them toys. She eventually got her cutie mark after making a bear for a little zebra, when she was old enough she moved to Canterlot where she now resides and she makes toy's for Filly's, whether they pay her or not she just enjoys making toy's and knowing that she just made a Filly's day a little bit brighter. Character Personality: Scarlet Star is a very shy pony only really talking, when she is talking to Filly's or their parents to see what kind of toy that they would like, she is also almost always happy, and she is a very kind pony. Character Summary: Scarlet Star overall is just a sweet Pony to be around, and she loves a challenge when it comes to making toys, whether that meaning huge toys or as small as she can get the toys, she refuses to ever let a Filly down, just as she was let down.

She is littered with body scars, her most prominent is on her flanks where her cutie mark resides. History: She grew up in the mountains near Canterlot. Her town was small and most ponies in her town weren't big fans of her family's history. Their ancestors were supposedly cursed by the Royal Pony Sisters when they resided in the Everfree Forest. So she grew up with being ridiculed and isolated. She realized a way she could prove her hometown wrong was become a palace guard. So she signed up and worked for the princess. She started seeing many battles through her years and rose through the ranks. When she came across a group of changelings entering into the Equestrian boarder she sent a message to the princess who gave her orders to observe and see what they are doing. She did so with a small team. She found that they were planning to attack a small town further out called Ponyville. She gave the word for an attack and brought them all down... Except for the lead changeling. It attacked her from behind. Her regiment tried hard to get her back bit perished. It took her to its queen. She was put into a chrysalis. She was found a few weeks later by another group of guards. They found her in time to keep her form fully changing. The only thing that changed was her horn, once all one color was now darkened towards the top, it was curved back to a very sharp point. She remained in the palace infirmary for a while, the princess insisting on her resting. Eventually she's forced to take a leave of absence and go home for awhile. She did so begrudgingly. While staying in her hometown, the other ponies noticed the change immediately. They were even more wary than before. One evening, the summer sun celebration was going to commence. Most of the ponies were outside, waiting. When they saw the imprint on the moon dissapear and no sun show up, the elder accuses that it's her doing and she released the mare in the moon like her ancestors did so before. They attacked her she got away and saw that most of her flank was destroyed, cutie mark barely visible. When she got back to the palace, Celestia was just entering... With another alicorn? Celestia caught Anwir out of the corner of her eye and went to tell her the good news, but startled at the sight of her. The younger alicorn was hiding behind Celestia until she saw what had happened. Anwir was rushed back into the infirmary. After all of that she was introduced to Luna and became a palace night general instead of just a regular one. Character Personality: Kind but stern when she needs to be. She is not the best at social cues. She is always listening, just in case. She is actually a mother hen but doesn't show it. She does have depression, but it's hidden under the surface so most people can't see it. She's afraid of losing those around her and of making people unhappy. Third customer in Inkbrand's shop, and probably the most fun he's had so far. The color makes it a bit difficult to see in this size, but Frostlace requested delicate, spiraling grapevine patterns going from her cutie mark to her hoof. Been in a huge art slump, so I picked a character I've RPed with recently to practice some CG techniques. 'Cout an hour and a half. Tried to use an angle that I've never really tried before with a pony, hence her looking up and away from the viewer. I think it came out okay, except the mouth is really bugging me for some reason. A quick draw and color of a character I've RPed with a few times now, Scootalux's Lore Weaver. Tried to give him a somewhat studious but youthful look. Also took some artistic liberties with the mane and tail style. I couldn't really tell what his mane/tail were doing in ScootaLux's own references of this character, so I went with a "best interpretation plus unique spin" on them. Another 'thank you' gift for someone who's been dropping off 'Like's on nearly every art piece I've submitted, since the beginning. This time it features Pocket Change, a hopeless romantic at heart as he presumably pours out his heart to his marefriend. (I was going to included a disgruntled Nocturne Wisp in the background, but got lazy.) I also used this picture to practice some animation. Click on the picture and scroll a bit to get it started. I don't usually draw characters for new members or people I don't know very well because there's always that possibility of them taking the art and splitting. But when a new member takes the time to drop 'Likes' all over my art gallery, well. It's less about "have to" and more about "really really want to". This is LunarDisplay's Starshine, a recently approved Unicorn who's specialty is brightening up the lives of others around her. Hope I got the mane decent - it's described as "fiery", but a reference made it look more wavey, so this picture kind of ended up somewhere in between. Hope you like it! Part of my "draw every character that's associated with Ryuichi" initiative, with the most interesting result so far! Shiroi Boshi is the Gijutsu-sha/Tech Mage/Technomancer of the Shogunate, a genius of magitech who's in charge of an office that's responsible for magitech security, ethics, development, and pretty much anything and everything. Shiroi's a pretty interesting character, if you can't tell by picture alone...I'm looking forward to Ryuichi interacting with all these strong, independent mares that don't need no Shogun! I've been in a kind of strange art mood lately, where I want to draw but don't really know what to draw...until I stumbled across an old RP and this adorable character, where I then proceeded to realize that said character has absolutely no art of him. Which is, just...awful. So I set out to rectify that very sad fact! Chipper Demise is a Necromancer who's based off of Henry from Fire Emblem:Awakening. Needless to say, he's very...chipper, despite his profession...or maybe because of it. The outfit was also inspired by the character Chipper's based off of, though I think he usually doesn't wear robes this fine. Maybe this is one of his dress robes?... Outfit for Starlit Shimmer to wear to Duke Enjoue Souriant's celebratory feast, in The Mystery of the Starstone. I'm guessing that the feast isn't actually all that formal, considering ponies from all walks of life have been invited, but Starlit Shimmer is not the type of pony to pass up the opportunity to make an impression. Especially in front of a bunch of high social gathering that is bound to be there. Also, I think it makes a pretty good Galloping Gala outfit too.- 7 comments

Another character, what am I even doing with my life. Fabled Archives, scion of House Ea'thr of Kastrot. This Unicorn is the stallion whom Heartless likes to impersonate the most, though his disguise lacks the tattoos that the real Arc has in the present - he got the tattoos in Unyasi, which is after Heartless saw and was able to mimic him. Still, as Arc is far away in Unyasi and didn't really travel outside of his family's island before leaving, Heartless is pretty much in the clear to roam about Equestria as he pleases, kidnapping young maidens and stealing their souls erm. Frolicking through the flowers. …Yeah. Yeah, that's it. -

Last character I swear whatamIevendoing Refined Rhapsody, better known by her stage name Cherry Treble, or CT, is a singer that wants to bypass small gigs to hit the big stage as a pop star across Equestria. Because those dreams come true all the time right. I have to say, I'm really proud of this art piece, because it's the closest I've ever gotten to show design. I don't want to completely mimic show style - I like having a unique art style that differs from the show style - but I just like how this came out, in terms of level of detail and anatomy. I might have to change up her hair colors a bit though, a few of the colors are blending too much with one another.- 7 comments

In terms of bad guys, Revenent is right up there with Heartless on my roster of characters. He doesn't succeed in securing the top spot because he can actually sympathize and care about others - he just doesn't most of the time. Formally known as 'Northern Star', Revenant basically deserted the REIN after he became disillusioned with the competency of Equestrian leadership (along with some personal trauma that he blamed on incompetence). He's joined up with WRAITH's mission to dismantle and disestablish said leadership, because that's what all the bad guys do! ...At least the cool ones. *emo hair flip*- 10 comments

Remember when I said five OCs were more than enough for me, way back in my first OC compilation? Yeah...yeah, those were the good 'ol days. Another group of OCs that were approved and have gotten art for their character logs, so once again, uploading them all in one batch rather than in separate pictures. The only one who doesn't have a character log yet is Revenant, but his picture's done. I need to work on utilizing different poses and expressions...this batch is pretty vanilla, especially compared to my other two compilation pictures. Honestly though, I tend to rush through the character log art in the first place, so all in all, I'm happy with 'em! Because each banner was a different size before I merged them all into one picture, they all came out looking kind of blurry and unfocused. Larger size is best size for viewing!- 11 comments

Full view is best view!...sort of. More sketchy sketchy sketch sketches to practice drawing humans, this time using Revenant as a model. I've been wanting to draw a human!Revenant for a while now, actually - tried it before and it didn't work, and then randomly decided to try again today. About two hours of work. He actually came out looking younger than I would have liked...I think I didn't draw the musculature too well, so he looks leaner than he should be - and I also drew him at a strange sort of angle, with his body pretty much drawn from the side but his face turned to give a 3/4s shot. Still! Not too bad~ Inkbrand, Nocturne, Mei, and now Revenant...who knows. Maybe I'll be able to draw all of my OCs as humans at some point, or other OCs as well. I'd always wanted to draw a MLP-style european unicorn, because I've always liked the look of them (deer-like, lion's tail, etc). Plus, a discussion in one of the Discord's chatrooms got me wondering if I could manage to color "oil spill" hair, which is basically a color palette meant to mimic an oil spill. Those two ideas eventually led me to sketch and then color out this design. Killing two birds with one creative stone! Overall I like how she came out, especially considering I was kind of experimenting with both the bodily design and the color design. She might end up on that theoretical list of OCs for adoption that I've always meant to put up, since I have no immediate ideas or plans for her. On the other hand, I do like how she turned out, so I might end up apping herself. For...something or other, I'm sure. -

I seem to be getting a lot of inspiration from random snippets of Discord conversation, nowadays... The topic of princess manes came up in a channel (you know, flowing, magical mystical type manes that Celestia and Luna have) and I got curious about trying to design one myself. Not on a princess, just on a regular pony. Wanted to differentiate it from Celestia and Luna's style, but it was surprisingly difficult to come up with a unique design. Because, well...how many ways can you do ethereal, perpetually flowing hair that doesn't end up flowing in gentle waves? Something fiery that sticks straight upwards I suppose, but I wanted princess-y. Ended up with this design that I really like - the idea is the the top portion of her hair is sort of wrapped around towards the outside while the inside, flowing parts come forward. Not super important, but that was the idea behind it. I like how it turned out - another on the list for that theoretical adoption thing that I always mention but never get around to making, because lazy. -

PrinceBlueblood is one of those guys that consistently shows support for my artwork, liking and commenting on pretty much everything I upload. And since I was in the mood to try and practice my CGing skills, I decided to attempt and draw the one canon character he RPs that I know fairly well, because he's all over the forums. In a good way~ Prince Blueblood, also known as Bluebelle while in female form, was pretty fun to draw, though credit to his genderbent design comes from this picture, which I think is a rather elegant look. Either way, it was good practice, because I normally don't attempt this style of art very often. I still have trouble trying to solidify 'lines' to make the entire piece look more solid and less airy and smudged. "Hi, new friend! My name's Izzy!" Roleplay Type: Generation 5 Cast Name: Izzy Moonbow Gender: Female Age: Young mare Species: Unicorn Eye color: Purple Coat: Lavender Mane/Tail: Long and wavy, Blue Physique: Slightly taller than average, average strength Residence: From Bridlewood, "La Villa Izzy" Cutie Mark: A heart-shaped pincushion with a button in the middle. Ever since she was old enough to pick random objects up, Izzy has had a knack for bringing odd pieces of useless materials and making them into something special. She would often make gifts for others using discarded items no pony made use of. As she got older, she began crafting things out of previously used materials to make something beautiful, like a windchime out of broken gemstones or a torn book to make a paper mosaic. She would later trademark this her 'unicycling', making something unique out of recycled pieces. Her cutie mark represents her ability to be creative with items that don't seem to have any value. More recently, she has began take on more abstract approaches with her artistic style. But even though some ponies don't understand her sculptures or glued-on canvases as art, she is always willing to submit to them something that gives a practical use. Unique Traits: Purple hooves, wears a friendship bracelet around one hoof and around her mane which can be see from behind, keeps a positive attitude almost always, and has an infectious smile as a default display of emotion. Izzy has the ability to detect other pony's luminescence. She notices more when a pony is happy, and often describes their luminescence as a color. The practical application of a pony's luminescence isn't completely understood, even by Izzy. But she recognizes it as a positive vibe from a pony and is a feature than makes them unique. When Izzy see's another pony's luminescence clearly, she can use it to understand their personality better. History: Izzy was born and raised in Bridlewood, home to unicorns. When she was young, others around her lacked enthusiasm for most anything. Most unicorns in Bridlewood were extremely apathetic to everything around them. But Izzy found joy and wonder in almost anything she would discover. While her friends didn't share her curiosity, she would often find herself alone to experience the interesting nature of things around her. As she grew up, this contrasting trend between her and other unicorns would continue to part, and she would lack the perspective of other ponies to help solidify her insecurities and social expectancies. On a day when Izzy was still very young, a letter fell softly from the sky by way of some candlelit paper balloon that implied unicorns and pegasi had friends waiting for them in Maretime Bay. She kept this letter as encouragement that she would have friends somewhere if she traveled far enough. Because she didn't share the superstitions and level of apathy that unicorns in Bridlewood had, she decided to put matters into her own hooves, and travel outside of the safety of Bridlewood, and pay Maretime Bay a visit. When Izzy found Maretime Bay, she was met with paranoia among the earth ponies. But she met one earth pony, named Sunny, who would later become her best friend. Through the adventures that took them to Zephyr Heights and back to Bridlewood, Izzy would meet new friends that she would hold for a long time to come. Because of how much she enjoyed the thrill of going to new places, she was slightly afraid to return home, because she did not want her life to return to the dull lifestyle that had always encompassed Bridlewood. But to her enjoyment, the mission of bringing together the three pony kinds was a grand success, and she would have the ability to travel to all the pony towns to share the excitement of new things to discover, and even begin planning on adventuring beyond the known parts of Equestria. Personality: Izzy is a unicorn with a very positive outlook on life. When she is excited, she can be very hyperactive and likes to illustrate her emotions with highly animated jesters and musical numbers, many of which she hums to herself daily. She likes to sing. Even when she seems very distracted with things that amuse her, she is often aware of other pony's situations that may not be obvious to them, such as a personality flaw or their unspoken emotion. She lacks insecurities, and sometimes can be seen as a little too forward with her conversation. She might expose a secret if she doesn't feel that the secret is worth keeping. Whenever she is met with hostility, she usually responds with kindness and compliments. Summary: Izzy Moonbow is a unicorn from Bridlewood who loves making new friends and discovering new places with those friends. She prefers to always do something she hasn't done before and enjoys making something out of nothing. She loves making arts and crafts out of anything and everything, and loves sharing her creations with others. She likes to sing and dance for her own amusement. Her sense of humor is mostly for her own entertainment, but she feels even better about it when it makes others laugh. Her best friends is Sunny Starscout.
