Ponies in Changeling costumes hide in shadowy crevices, ready to pounce on anypony that passes by. After all, what would Nightmare Night be without a few heart pounding scares? Even with the recent threat to Equestria, everypony has been assured that there will be no real Changelings. But the decorations look so lifelike... lordbrony Posted November 8, 2012 Report Share Posted November 8, 2012 Costume: None, wearing her brown/gray traveling cloak with hood Telki was in a really foul mood tonight; she had seen her stash of candy grow to 2 pieces then dwindle down to 0, back to square one.Perhaps this was the best time to visit the Changeling Lair, billed as the creepiest Nightmare Night attraction of all.As Telki moved deeper into the cave, she felt a strong sense of ambivalence towards nearly everything. The odd statues in the center of the cave couldn't faze her. She even had it within herself to make a face at one of the more grotesque statues and to aim a (thankfully naturally weak) kick at a statue that she deemed particularly mocking. But as her shadowy form steps from the shadows, you see that it's actually just Princess Luna. Phew! The Princess of the Night has embraced this holiday with all of her heart, and wishes to reward those who, on the night dedicated to herself, show their courage greatly. lordbrony Posted November 18, 2012 Report Share Posted November 18, 2012 Lost in her emotions, Telki did not see a shadowy shape move amongst the statues.A shuffle and the sense of movement brought her out of her funk, and she raised her head just in time to see....Nightmare Moon!Decidedly unamused, Telki stood facing the shadow, bracing herself for whatever shenanigans was about to be pulled when...Princess LunaSomehow Telki didn't have it in her to respond, all she remembered was the Princess casting a knowing gaze her way, and when she blinked all that remained was 2 pieces of candy, beckoning her.Walking over, she picked up the candy, carefully inspected them lest they be another prank, and finding the satisfaction that it was legitimate; placed them carefully in her saddlebags, spirits lifted.
