I feel like starting a RP in CC, but im having a bit of derp luck. In CC, are the RP's based around the time the show is at now, like is oak wood gone, the elements gone ect. And if i wish to start one, do i have to do a OOC first? We have had players make characters in said organizations before.2) OOCs help with interest and gauging how it will be received, however they are not required for successful threads.
