…Well that had been enlightening.

Inkbrand stared blearily at the griffon for a long moment, doing his best to keep any incredibility off his face…and failing pretty badly. Razor apparently had no what he wanted, where he wanted it - or at the very least, he was still wrestling with "Do I really want to get a tattoo?" that most clients already had figured out before they stepped hoof inside his parlor. Although, technically speaking, Razor hadn't exactly entered with the purpose of getting marked up, which could explain his complete inability to decide anything at the moment.

…Just as well, the grey stallion thought a bit sourly as he glanced out a nearby window. The sun had ticked lower towards the horizon then he'd realized, and when he reflected on the day, Inkbrand supposed he shouldn't be too surprised. He'd had…what. Five? Six? Clients today, which was a whole lot of bucking work. Good place as any to wrap up.

"Right," the tattoo-clad stallion stated decisively, unfolding his forelegs to push himself up from his stool, "you're clearly not ready to get some ink, and if you jump in now you're going to resent whatever tat you get. No matter how much of a badflank I'd make you look," Inkbrand added succinctly, voice matter-of-fact as he swiveled around on his stool to address the rest of the room.

"Alright, that's all folks," he called out cheerfully, giving a quick nod to the departing red stallion as he snagged the bag of bits from the tabletop. "Inkbrand's Tattoo Parlor is closing up shop for today. Make an appointment or come back tomorrow - or stay the night," he added, with a leer aimed at Zelda. "But 'ya can't stay here, etc. etc."

Whether or not customers complained about the waiting period, Inkbrand could only shrug in response. Aside from appointments, the tattooing chair was first come first serve, and there was no telling how long a particular client or tattoo would take. Still, most ponies seemed pretty at ease with showing up whenever, like they didn't really have anything much to do with their day, and that served Inkbrand's purposes just fine.

Among…well. Other things.

With a wink and toothy grin for the last of his customers, Inkbrand closed and locked up the front door behind the retreating tails, before taking a moment to simply sight and stretch his forelegs over his head. Buck his back was sore. Maybe he'd visit a spa sooner than expected, get a professional to work out the aches and soreness.

Mmm, yeah, a professional. Preferably a white-coated one, at that.

[[ OOC : The Tattoo Parlor is temporarily closed, thanks to all who participated! Whenever it opens back up, the RP will start on a new day after an unspecified time skip, so if you've been wanting to get a tattoo for your character, keep an eye out! ]]
