DerpRavener
So, I've been doing a bit of thread planning for Canterlot Chronicles and I've run into this situation: I want to have a character cast a powerful illusion spell, which will create a number of illusory ponies. I'm not actually intending for them to be characters, but for the illusion to function they would likely need names and surface-level personalities, determined by the caster. What I'm wondering is, is that acceptable in CC, is that too much development such that I would need apps? How far can I push apparent characters that don't actually exist in universe?
Bellosh
You're allowed to use NPCs of any sort, especially to create adversaries for player characters, just as long as you don't intend to use them heavily in other threads.
DerpRavener
Alright, cool. I'm still deciding between a few different ways to run the thread, and I might go with an alternative. All the same, thank you for the information.
