Her special talent would be face painting/ make up , but due to having a bit of an ego, thinking she's too good for school to improve and what not, she instead goes around conning ponies out of their bits, claiming she can change their cutie marks and destiny's! Ofcourse it's just a bit of a stage show, a bit of sparks,makeup, and razzle dazzle, then she skips town before her fraud is found out.I know it's a bit similar to Starlight, but since there's no actual magic and she's more flim-flam scam scam I was THINKING it wouldn't be a problem, especially if I fleshed it out, but wanted to double check.
