Spearmint is the friendly neighbourhood dentist of Ponyville, if a little obsessive complusive with her ideals on clenliness. But despite her fear of insects and her want to make sure everything is neat and tidy, she keeps her personal life and proffesional life as distant as possible. Greeting ponies that come to her practice with a smile. As of recently she's become the carer of a pair of old friend's foal, Starlight and maintains a healthy business lifestyle whilst being a carer to the little pegasi.
