TheColtofPersonality
hi hiAs Dessa pointed out, this is actually an example of good anatomy. A horse's brain takes up a small percentage of their skull in real life.yes but I still wont take the image in the series at face value as i have seen small brains in humans in cartoons before when an anatomy chart is in the BG
Ginger Mint
hi hiI don't see why I shouldn't take it at face value. Its an image of a pony, and they really do have small brains. Its not like they're trying to trick us into thinking ponies have large brains through some kind of reverse psychology.
DoctorWilliam
Though the anatomy chart could be considered accurate in one way or another, in reality, the Pony's anatomy in the show is HEAVILY different from their anatomy in real life, especially their heads. On a side note, LUNA that xray of that horse's head is creepy is hell!

Ginger Mint
hi hiI can be different in this case because its actually accurate for ponies, which are uncommon in other cartoons. The artists for on the show portray a lot of things accurately, especially the shapes and coloration of all the little animals.
DoctorWilliam
^True, but I'm pretty sure the ponies wouldn't sell as well if the pony's anatomy were 100% accurate.
