Physique: Strong, lean, muscular Cutie Mark: An airship! Origin/Residence: Was born and raised in Appleoosa, but has had dreams beyond her hometown. Mostly a wanderer, but her house is in Solstice Heights,. Occupation: Airship captain Motivation: Dreams of flight! Character Summary:Ever since her years as a filly, Dusk Sky was amazed by flight, and was always dreaming of growing wings! But this, of course, never happened. But one day, a rare sight in her hometown appeared! It was a airship, floating over the town! Amazed, Sky chased after it, her mother Raspberry Pluck, a rodeo hostess, and her father Alloy Black, the local blacksmith, both trying to get her back. She chased the airship to a nearby landing platform. So tired she was stumbling, Dusk Sky only found the ship by bumping into its captain, Cosmos Wing. He found about her admiration of his ship, and took her in as apprentice captain, bringing her to Canterlot. But as the days went by, though Sky was happy, she sent a letter to her parents, who replied and said they were so happy for her, but just hoped she could visit. She did, in fact, visit them after a journey that got her her cutie mark.The captain was very old by this time. He had plans to pass his captain title onto her, but to win this title she would have to get an airship from Canterlot and on a path to every city and town in Equestria. The pegasus Cosmos Wing had become a father to Dusk Sky, and she was sad to leave his side, but he was her captain and she would follow his command until her own death. So Sky went out, and his death left her traumatized. But an inner self pushed her on, and when she returned after a huge storm that almost ripped the ship in half, her cutie mark appeared as she gained the title of captain! Then she moved out to Solstice Heights, because now that her mentor was gone, she just wanted to live a nice life, though she has a lot of jobs concerning Canterlot. She is a smart mare, with years of experience at her side. Though she can seem bossy at times, it is usually for your own safety and you have to trust her when she says to trust her instincts. and do what she says. Being without her family has made her rough and tough, but still the wonders of flight are always a driving force for whatever she does! She chased the airship all the way to Canterlot, up the foothills into the huge city, still chasing it.Extremely unlikely, especially for a filly. If you'll look at the handy-dandy maps we have available in our lore section:She would've had to keep up with an airship for 243 miles, and that's a straight shot to Canterlot. There's still considering that straight shot included cutting through the Everfree Forest.Like I said, an interesting idea with the character becoming an apprentice to the Captain as a filly, however the means of how she gets there according the the summary simply cannot work.
