Sun and moon gardens

I guess I didn't have a whole lot of time this month to work on the drawfriend again, so I tried to whip up something quick. This was supposed to be a quick speed paint but I ended up spending three and a half hours on it. Never did get the daytime plants to turn out right, but I think it does what it needs to do. The premise is that Celestia has a whole garden full of beautiful flowers in bloom, but she goes and takes care of one flower that she'll never see in bloom herself. But when night falls, her sister misses out on the garden full of vibrant flowers... except for one.
