Well, for now I only show my brony side to selected people. Some people understand why I'm a fan since they themselves are fans of "similar" interests. But others will just blatantly harass and make fun of me if they found out I was a brony.

Honestly, I don't know if there are any bronies in my area. I've tried searching the local websites and communities and so far haven't confirmed a single brony out there. So I'm kinda lonely here.

Pacman on the PC. When I was a kid, my dad was really addicted to it.

This sounds like something fun to do. What do we need to get started?

29 year old male here, work for a big software company, IT helpdesk support.

I found out about MLP one day when I was sick and couldn't go to work. So I was just resting, and I visited one of the regular gaming forums that I usually go to and noticed some guys posting Pony Memes. At first, I knew that it probably is a remake of MLP from back in the 80's. I got curious and eventually stumbled on a video on youtube, which was "What Pinkie's song actually sounded like". I thought it was hilarious and I couldn't stop watching it over and over. Eventually, I got curious enough that I wanted to watch the original video. I found the Season 1 batch torrent, downloaded, watched and the rest is history...

Discord at the moment. I was really excited when I found out that John De Lancie, same actor who was Q on Star Trek, The Next Generation was gonna be his voice. Also flipped out to see that he really is still Q! Got to hand it to the creators of MLP for making Discord really like Q.

Hi all! (Wall of text warning you can TL;DR if you want to >_<)

Just signed up for this forum. Took me a while to look for a forum like this until I stumbled upon a link from Bronyville while listening to the podcast.

First of all, some basic introductory stuff from me. I'm from the Philippines, and I dunno but I may be one of the few Bronies in this country. I haven't met another Brony here ever since I started.

Speaking of starting, I only got into the fandom at the beginning of this month (September). The story is quite interesting. I called in sick for 2 days at work so I ended up playing an MMORPG (Dragon Nest). So I posted in the forums of the game and I noticed some people posting "Pony Memes". It caught my attention and that's where I found out about Bronies. Eventually, I was watching Pony parodies on YouTube, and the "what Pinkie's song actually sounds like" video caught my attention. I couldn't stop watching it! I ripped it and put it on my phone and showed it to everyone I knew and in turn they found it hilarious. So, anyway I got curious about the video and I wanted to watch the original one. To cut things short I ended up downloading the Season 1 batch torrent. The rest is history...

My favorite manestream Pony is Rarity, but the coolest one for me so far is DJ Pon3, as evident of my forum picture (Sorry Rainbow Dash). Another reason why I like DJ Pon3 is because I loved the techno/dance remixes made by other Bronies.

I'm here mainly for the good company and maybe roleplay if I do have some time away from work.
