    I actually have a request...and considering my current state, I'd love it if you could fulfill it.

    It's my birthday this week, and I figured to treat myself to art in one form or another. I'd love it if you could do the following:

    A collective shot of Doctor Whooves, Rainbow Dash, and my OC, pictured here:

    The details?

    For my OC and Rainbow, I'd like some sort of book in front of them. I do love Daring-Do, so perhaps something Daring-Do would be good. I'd like them to look...well, like fangirls/fanboys! Excited, geeking-out, almost as if they're reading the book and come across something amazing. That sort of expression, like the kind you'd make at something in FiM!

    As for Doctor Whooves, an absolutely confused expression, almost like an expression speaking "What is this?". Just a completely lost expression on his face, as if he's reading right along and not understanding the two's excitement one bit.

    In terms of anything else...you can do whatever! It's an honor enough that someone would go out of their way to listen to a request of mine...

    Sombra got it the worst...pretty much hes the first casualty in FIM. They killed him, theres no dancing around that.

    See, that's what I thought as soon as I saw him disappear. They KILLED him. There's no doubt.

    My mum (who full-well knows I watch this show):

    "They actually teach kids about...self-sacrifice!? This is my kinda show!"

    I'll give them this, that lesson IS quite a good one. Learning to commit to self-sacrifice is an integral lesson to learn.

    Phew...let's see...

    The plot itself was an excellent way to get everyone back into pony. It was perhaps one of the more intricate plots we've seen, but simple enough that it was fun to follow.

    The songs were, like always, FUN! I didn't listen to any of the songs beforehand, especially with those clips available, and I DID NOT regret it! The songs are catchy, full of emotion when used, and the last two are especially collective in the cast sense.

    King Sombra as a villain was...I hate to say it...ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING. Coming off a villain that had a sort of presence like Chrysalis or Discord, Sombra just seemed to be a big shadow that stood over the plot the entire time. There was no menace to it, no real danger until it finally came down to the last few minutes. There's nothing BAD about dramatic tension, but it didn't amount to much. Sombra just arrived and was defeated in a matter of a minute.

    The characters, like always, were entertaining as always. They're still loveable, still entertaining, and still as heartwarming as we like them.

    And I'll tell you this....SPIKE saving the Empire was something I never expected! It certainly helped in developing Twilight Sparkle's character in those terms, and helped in giving the characters new ground to break. After all, they CAN'T skip around the plot element that Spike SAVED AN ENTIRE EMPIRE throughout this season! They just can't!

    In general...not as satisfying as Return of Harmony, but it certainly kickstarts our love for ponies back into gear! I'M READY FOR MORE PONY!

    By the way, if you caught the commercial for Season 3, there looks to be A LOT of interesting episodes coming...including one pony apparently discovering their destiny...

    DIS GON B A GUD SEASON!

    I have a..."different" request this time around, xD

    Essentially, I'll start by saying I'm a huge fan of Doctor Who. This being the case, it'd only figure I'd want something Whooves-related. However, I'd like something like this:

    I'd like Doctor Whooves and Rainbow Dash, in some sort of dramatic pose against a backdrop of stars, perhaps. Not an extravagant background, but something elegant and vast in nature.

    However, I don't exactly want the Doctor Whooves you're thinking of. Instead of the normal Tenth Doctor depiction of Whooves, I'd like the Eleventh Doctor interpretation in the image below:

    I just love the design of the 11th Doctor Whooves here, and would love this kind of artwork with him in it. If you're unable to mimic the appearance, however, you can go ahead and just include the normal appearance of Doctor Whooves.

    I bought that tee not paying attention. Ended up returning it. Most of the colors are right, except for Sweetie Belle.

    Not only Sweetie Belle, but Twilight Sparkle is an aqua blue colour and Spike's coloring is severely mis-colored as well.

    It's a shame, because the design of the shirt itself is excellent. I would've gotten it if not for the awful mis-coloring on it...

    That's not jumping the shark at all.

    Also, a fandom is what people make of it, and you're always going to have jerks, catty people, people who make it too much of their identify, etc. but pony fandom will never die. After all, even if there is not FiM related content coming out, Netflix/DVD/YouTube etc. exists. Sure there'll be a lull for a few years when the show is over but then people will rediscover it.

    Don't forget the comics. If those continue to sell, the characters' stories could extend PAST the show...

    How good the interaction with the characters is subjective, but in some cases the pony you're talking to will recognize your race and it will affect how long you speak with the character. RD comes to mind.

    However, who you get to speak with is COMPLETELY linear: every encounter is preset, and you basically get a maximum of 3 dialogue options when asked a question, most of which barely alters anything.

    The worst part though is the gender reactions: specifically, the game was clearly made in mind that you were a straight male, because some of the characters act as if you're one regardless of your actual chosen gender.

    Scootaloo at one point jokes that you're acting as Rarity's coltfriend if you're playing as a male. If you're playing as a female? SHE JOKES THAT YOU'RE HER GIRLFRIEND!

    The worst though is Vinyl Scratch. She tries to flirt with you regardless of your gender, but her dialogue has her claim that she is a "helpless mare" of sorts, which makes absolutely no sense for her to do against ANOTHER MARE. It's these moments where they should have the character act differently depending on your gender, yet the lines remaining unchanged means that you're completely driven out of the atmosphere.

    It makes me wonder why they gave us the choice to choose genders in the first place.

    Hmm...reading that spoiler-tagged bit, it makes me think they might have been attempting to cater to all parts of the fandom in the worst way possible; by not changing much.

    To be fair, most of the fandom is male, so they were kinda bent at a whim there. However, it still is a shame that there's preset text. I was hoping for a unique experience compared to other games...but, I may just try this if I have some free time.
