Actually, it's OhInternet that used to be Encyclopedia Dramatica. The owner of the site was so dissapointed about how fast the quality of the site dropped by 2011 that she deleted the site and restarted it as OhInternet. ED was never bought by CIHC.

Funniest part is that the new version of encyclopediadramatica has a higher traffic rank than ohinternet.
