  1. Thunder snorted and snickered as the pizza pony went around the back door. This was gonna be a great prank! As the prank unfolded, he felt like he had seen it somewhere else before. However, the hilarity was too much, as he doubled over from laughter. The pizza pony took off, and Thunder was smacking a hoof off the fluffy white ground. "Ahahahaha! That was AMAZING!" he cried out. "I think my sides are gonna burst! Gahaha!" When Thunder finally managed to stop laughing, he stood up again and breathed. "Hoo....man, that was great. Who knew fireworks could work as pranks so amazingly? I'm gonna hafta pick up some fireworks before I go!" he said as he started calming down. "Oh! OH! I gotta great idea! Do you have any of those little pop-rocks?" he asked, the inner cogs turning in his brain.

  2. Thunder listened as the smoke detector went off, and soon the sounds of Pinkie desprately trying to put out the 'fire' were heard. He peeked to watch the party pony scramble to put it out, and could tell the prank worked as planned. Thunder's snickers started to slowly escape him, until he was on the ground. He rolled around on his sides, laughing at the sight. "Pffff-Aahaha! THat was proceless!" he said between laughs. His wings flapped a bit as he stood back up, wiping a tear from his face. "Oh man, that was priceless. Hey hey, we should totally get someone else! Who else can we prank?" he asked, hoping that the fun wouldn't end yet.

  3. Thunderflash was flying feebily overhead, shivering. He really didn't like the cold, and was much more fond of the sunshine than the snow. His teeth chattered a bit, and finally Thunder was forced to land. He came within a few feet of the other ponies that were about, but hadn't taken notice of them just yet. ""G-Geez! It's f-f-freezing..." he mumbled, folding his wings close to try and warm himself up. He'd get used to the weather eventually, but for now it was hard to cope. With another shiver, he turned to the other ponies without really noticing he was speakign to them. "Man, i-it sure is a cold o-one today, isn't it? I thought I'd n-never get done with my shift! I s-suppose the snow is kinda pretty, and th-" Thunder stopped short, realizing that he was rambling to complete strangers. He gave a few awkward laughs, but nervous ones at that. "Um, sorry. I get a bit c-carried away sometimes...I hope I wasn't intruding on anything."

  4. Thunder followed closely behind Storm, moving silently as Pinkie Pie was busy. It was brilliant he had to admit, putting the smoke bombs in the oven. He figured that as soon as Pinkie would open the oven, smoke would go everywehere! He snickered to himself at the thought, and followed Storm along. The bell went off, and he kept close to watch the action unfold. The only thing that concerned Thunder was that this was Pinkie Pie they were pranking. They were likely to be pranked back one day, but that bridge would be crossed when they got there.

  5. Thunder looked around a bit, unsure of what was so funny. He gave a few nervous laughs, so as to not sound out of place. However Storm started naming the various different types of fireworks, and only really recognized a few. Flares and sparklers were the ones he knew, but the rest seemed sort of...dangerous. "W-well...which would you recommend?" he asked, letting it fall to Storm's decision. Thunder's brow rose a bit when Storm said he hoof-crafted them all. "Wow, all by yourself? That's pretty cool. Is that your special talent or something?" he asked, still pretty impressed.

  6. "Storm chasing, eh?" he mused, slightly intrigued. However he was distracted from that thought when the other mentioned making friends. Thunder was always up for that. "Well you found the right pony! I love makin' friends." he assured. At the offer of fireworks, he rubbed his chin with a hoof, thinking over it. "Well, what kind of fireworks d'you got?" he asked. Thunder wasn't the most well versed in terms of firework types.

  7. Thunder nodded. "Pretty good. Just got done with my shift, so I'm taking a short trip to Ponyville." he answered. Thunder listened to the other pegasus pony, and nodded in agreement. "I see what ya mean." Thunder held out a hoof to shake. "Name's Thunderflash. Nice to meet'cha. So you're the one in charge of the Fireworks Shoppe? That's gotta be pretty fun atleast, what with all the fireworks. I can't remember the last time I saw some." he said with a sort of distant look, remembering the times he'd seen fireworks explode in the sky. After he snapped out of that, he looked back to the other pegasus. "So you're not a weather pony? I don't think I've met any pegasai that aren't in a long time."

  8. Thunderflash had had a busy a day that day. It seemed that there was more to do than the weather pony had expected. His shift was finally over though, and that's what mattered. Any longer, and Thunder might have just gone nuts. He came for a speedy landing in Ponyville, since he was due for a vacation anyways. He tried to mix things up, rather than stay cooped up in Canterlot all the time. Of course, he had a few other reasons that he wanted to visit, but those were for him to know only. He wasn't entirely sure what to do though, since he had only been to Ponyville a few times. His eyes went from the various places, his mind working out on which places to go. The Library? No, to boring. Sugarcube Corner? Nah, he was there his last visit. He sighed, almost deciding that perhaps a stop in the Sugarcube Corner wasn't so bad, when he noticed something he hadn't seen during his last few trips. The Firework Shoppe. It looked like it could be neat to look around in. After all, how many times do you get to check out fireworks?

Thunder trotted over to the store, stopping short at the door. It must be closed at this hour of the night. That brought his mood down a bit, but he would make sure to check it out when it was open. Before Thunder could turn to leave, he felt another bump into him. He gave a small, "Oof" as he was shoved back a bit. Thunder quickly turned to the other, noticing right away that it he was a pegasus. "Woah, hey, sorry 'bout that. I was spaced out and didn't see you coming. You all right?" he asked, turning to the pegasus that had bumped into him.

  9. Roleplay Type: Equestria Mane Roleplay

    Name: Snippet

    Sex: Male

    Age: Stallion

    Species: Unicorn

    Eye Color: Light Blue

    Coat Color: Grey

Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Black mane and tail, both slick and shiny

Physique: Slender, and rather frail looking. However, he is stronger then he lets on to be.

Cutie Mark: A pair of scissors

    Origin/Residence: Canterlot

    Occupation: Mane/tail stylist

Motivation: To one day work on the mane and tail of Princess Celestia herself!

Likes: Reading, working, seeing a pony happy with his work

Dislikes: Bad hair days, rude behavior, loud and obnoxiouness

Character Summary: Snippet is a pony who has always thought that one's mane and tail gave the first impression. They were what mattered, or what should matter most to a pony. At a young age, he was always practicing stylizing his mane and tail, though the other students would often tease him for his interests. They said he was too girly, and should do something cooler. He became discouraged, and thought he should perhaps just give up. Sometime later, he and his parents went to a parade featuring Princess Celestia. As soon as she went by, her beautiful mane and gorgeous tail inspired him to forge on. Without him, nopony would be able to look stunning! They needed a pony like him! It was that realization that granted him his cutie mark, and has proudly worn it.

After some hard work, he managed to open his own hairstyling shop. It took a few days to decide a name, but he eventually settled on 'The Mane Attraction'. His mother and father both help out around the place, doing what they can to support their son. They were the ones who originally pushed him to keep following what he loved best, and so he holds them very dear to his heart. His shop doesn't exactly have very many regulars, but he makes enough business to get by. The second floor of the building doubles as a small apartment, which is where he lives. He dreams of becoming the best stylist in all of Equestria, and becoming Princess Celestia's personal stylist, and doesn't let anything get in the way of that ambition. He has several other heroes that he wishes to colaborate with someday, most of them being upper-class ponies who know how to style a mane, or be the pony who'll get him his big break.

Snippet is often times a calm, collected pony. He tends to act in a slightly regal manner, trying to be impressive and stand-out. He dissaproves of those that don't do much to their mane and tail, and inists that he tend to them right away. This makes him come off as a bit pushy, though he is completely oblivous to it. Of course he means well by it all, though it simply gets out of hand. Snippet tends to talk rapidly when he either is nervous, or excited. He tends to fuss over his appearance, though only with his mane and tail. Clothing-wise, he isn't exactly savvy. He doesn't really get into clothing fashion, so often he'll be fairly clueless as to what is 'in'.

I had this idea a while ago, but a number of things made me hesitate to put it up. I decided to go for it anyway. If anypony has any suggestions/critiques for me, then I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks~!

  10. Thunder listened to Apis's long explination, suddenly finding his visit to Itaily something of a snore. He scratched the back of his head a bit awkwardly. "It certainly sounds...um...fancy." he said with a bit of uncertainy. Thunder wasn't the fanciest pony around, so he'd probably be a bit out of place. The way Apis explained it, Itaily seemed a bit too high-class for him. But perhaps he'd try a visit anyway. Inwardly shrugging, Thunder hadn't realized that Apis was still going off. The squeal earned a strange look from Thunder, unsure what to make of what just happened.

The subject was quickly changed to the oranges again it seemed. Thunder made no hesitation to talk about something he could work with, since fancy clothes and atmosphere wasn't. "Well, I'm glad that ya did! They were really good," Thunder said with a nod. He secretly wondered if he could have more, but since Apis was handing them out, there was probably a limit. This saddened him slightly, but the feeling soon left him. This was no time to be sad! This was a parade! "I'm glad I got the day off to come down here. If I knew I was gonna miss sugared oranges, I don't think my day would have been nearly as good!"

  11. Having gobbled up the orange treat, he had taken a moment to let it settle while the others talked amongst themselves. He looked to Dazzle, who seemed to have also been interested in the same orange food he had chosen. "I bet setting up for the parade was fun, huh? Maybe next year, I'll see if I can help too." he said, finding that the choice seemed like a good one. He was sure they might need a pegasus to help with things only a pegasus could do. Thunder would have volenteered, but other plans had kept him busy. "Well, I'll say you've done your part spectacularly Dazzle." he assured her.

When Dazzle said she have one too, he smiled. It seemed Apis did good, handing out treats for the occasion. "You outta come around when we have events all the time. These snacks you brought along are great!" Thunder gave a little bounce as he spoke.

  12. The pegasus nodded in hello to the other pony who had introduced herself as Dazzle. "Good to meet'cha Dazzle. And wow, you helped set up? It looks fantastic!" he said with a small smile. Apis had gone on to say that Itaily wasn't as far away as one might expect, making Thunder get the urge to someday take a trip there. "It sounds like a pretty cool place! I'll hafta take a trip there someday." It made him wonder just what Itaily was like. Thunder himself had never strayed too far away from Canterlot, with the exception of Cloudsdale and Ponyville.

Another pony soon happened by. She wore a scarf with a snowflake pattern, and had a very pretty turquoise coat. He blinked as she approached, but regained what little of his composure he had lost. "Hello there, nice to meet you!" Thunder said cheerfully. It must have been his lucky day to meet so many new ponies. Apis handed him the orange he requested, and almost dug right into the tasty treat. He stopped short when Apis gave him the warning that it could be messy, and Thunder nodded. Instead of chowing down, he carefully began eating it without letting the syrup get everywhere. To his surprise, it was a lot tasty than he thought it might be! "Wow, that was delicious!" he exclaimed, regretting that there wasn't anything left of the snack. He'd definitely have to try and find that snack somewhere else again.
