    For the smell of burning wood, what I was trying to go for was for the smell of a camp fire, something that is controlled and used as a source of warmth rather than a blazing inferno. Also, yeah, I suck at making up cutie marks so meh! I tried and given his name is Comet, I rather like it . . .

    Strong Red with Brilliant Red streaks, his mane is cut incredibly short with his tail is docked because of his work.

    Luminous Vivid Orange Red

    Cutie Mark:

    A orange shooting star with a long blue tail coming out from behind it.

    Physique:

    Tall, thin and lanky but surprisingly strong wings.

    Residence:

    Born and Raised in Ponyville.

    Occupation:

    Fire Fighter.

    Motivation:

    Comet wanted nothing more than to take after his father and mother, who were Bakers by the way. Although it wasn't until his family's shop caught fire and he saw the distruction that a fire could cause. His sister was caught up in the burning building but by the time that the fire fighters arrived it would be way too late. So he mustered up all his courage and dived into the flames at full speed. Thankfully, he saved his sister and came out alright. It was then that he realized that his gift was to save lives.

    Likes:

    The Smell of a Camp Fire, Taking Leisurely Evening Flights and Reading by Candle Light.

    Dislikes:

    Seeing others being picked on, Bullies and Overly-Sweet foods.

    Character Summary:

    Since he was a foal, Comet loved to make others happy and help out whenever he could. Often at times he would go out of his way to assist someone even if it hurt him but he would never mind. Just as well, he idolized his parents how were very well known in Ponyville because of their gifts as bakers. When he was born it was sort of assumed that he would take after his parents and become a baker as well but time and time again he failed to help his parents. Often at times he would make a mess more than anything like for example, all of his cakes never turned out properly and it was obvious to everypony when Comet tried to bake as a large cloud of black smoke would rise out of the chimney whenever he used the oven.

    Disappointed by this, his parents would often push him away at times when he tried to help them. Sad and depressed, Comet would often spend time in the market place until one day. While he was away from the bakery, it caught fire! The worst part was that his little sister was stuck on the second floor. Stunned and terrified, Comet was quick to shake his fears and saved his little sister from the roaring fire. It was then that he was called a hero but most importantly, it was then that Comet found his calling in life and since forth strived to become the best fire fighter around.

    After realizing his life calling, he began to practice his flying daily. Performing tight turns and strengthening his wings so that he became faster but more controlled in flight. He kept practicing his flying because the better and faster he was, the more lives he could save more people and hopefully more things from the wrath of the fire. It was then that one of the local pegasus fire fighters took notice in him and began to train him. After that it wasn't long before he joined the ranks under the watchful eye of his mentor, who is currently retired.

    Masquerade, The Unicorn of Mystery

    The pale cream unicorn sighed slightly as she donned one of her masks. She was feeling alright today but not all that happy, so she wore her favorite purple, black and red mask as it always seemed to cheer her up. Bating her beautiful pink eyes back at her reflection, she began to hum happily as she pushed away from the mirror and ventured down to the ground level of her store.

    On the outside it wasn't really all that flashy but on the inside beautiful costumes lined the inner walls of the store, each one differing from the others in a wide array of colours and fashions. Masquerade smiled to herself as she trotted down the stairs and towards the door. Normally she would be open by now but today was the exception. After twisted the doorknob and pushing it open, she exited out into the streets of Canterlot. Since she was a little foal, she always loved Canterlot. The aire of nobility and fun always made her giddy deep down inside.

    Her hooves echoed throughout the streets as she eyed the many stores and their mechandise before setting off down the streets. "Hmm, now lets see where do I have to go first?" wondered the filly as she went about her business.

    Mane/Tail Color & Style: Bright Gold, Mane is short and slicked back while her tail is very long and flowy

    Eye Color: Neon Pink

    Cutie Mark: A deep purple half mask with black and red feathers attached to the left side of the mask

    Physique: Normal Filly Physique, no markings to note

    Residence: On the upper floor of her costume shop called 'Curious Carnival,' in Canterlot.

    Occupation: Costume Maker/Business Owner

    Motivation: Since a young age, Masquerade loved to dress up in different and shocking costumes. She was always good at putting sewing and making things but average dresses bored her to no end. It was when her mother got her first mask that she realized that she loved to make costumes and masks for almost any occasion.

    Likes: Flashy Costumes, Her Masks, Parties, Sweets, Being Dramatic and a Good Conversation.

    Dislikes: Gawdy Costumes, Having unwanted ponies in her workshop, and having the spotlight stolen from her.

    Character Summary: As a foal, Masquerade was raised under the watchful eyes of her two loving but overprotective parents. She lived in Ponyville and was notoriously shy around others, often trying to hid her face from other foals her age. As the days went by her parents began to get worried because she hasn't made many friends. It wasn't until another foal invited her to a party that Masquerade began to come out of her little shell. The party was a costume party and the other foals were dressed up in their favorite costumes. It was here that Masquerade found her calling as a costume artist. After the party, Masquerade took to wearing a half mask almost all the time and was incredibly shy when she isn't wearing a mask.

    When she became a young filly, she payed a visit to Canterlot , where she fell in love with the elegance of the city right off the bat. It was also the moment were she decided to make her living in the capital of Equestria as a costume maker.

    More and more she went to parties to showcase her talent as a seamstress and because of this she grew to love the spotlight. As her costumes went from shy and somewhat bland they quickly became something to marvel at causing more attention to be drawn to her. Sadly this resulted her in becoming some what of an attention seeker and she becomes childishly selfish when the spotlight is taken away from here.

    When they are accepting profiles for the ocs again, I'll be putting up a male pony(or kirin if they are accepted) called Wayfinder and if someone is interested I'd be willing to pair him up with somepony.

    Hah! You kidding me! I would so get a cutie mark tatoo! My family and friends would think that I'm weird but I don't care. If it makes you happy then you shouldn't worry about what others think because there will always be someone who disagrees with you. So, if you want it, Hun then get it! Once I have enough money, I'm contemplating getting one.

    Hahaha! I love Pinkie's outfit! Well, thats the outfit that a saloon gal wore back then so it should be acceptable. Although, of course, there are some people out there who are gonna nit-pick at it but whatever, right?

    But I do have to admit, that was one of the worst Pinkie songs ever. It goes into the same barrel with the Zecora one, but that one only sounded cool when Flutter'guy' sang it.
