I'm very happy to say that no, we haven't thusfar. We've had accounts registered by spammers, but thusfar only two or maybe three actual posts made, that were quickly dealt with.

The other thing to keep in mind is, a lot of people registered with a board and then never, ever talk. They just lurk. And it seems silly that people would do that. Some folks just don't know where to jump in, I guess, so we made it so you not only pretty much HAVE to introduce yourself, but also give you the opportunity to welcome OTHERS.

Oh, we were mentioned during a stream? That's wild.

I think people who cry foul over race need to remember this is -a cartoon with anthropomorphic characters-. They played American Bison (aka Buffalo) as American Indians, in the great plains/'old west'. This makes sense. You didn't see casinos or smoke pipes or, like, scalped ponies. Yes you saw 'war paint', but the sort you see at a BASEBALL game.

You have a neat idea, I agree with Brian. This could be revised to fit very well into normal Equestrian standards.

Are electric guitars acceptable?

The idea of it is fine... I'm just trying to think if we would have electricty or not.... I'm really not sure. It certainly could work because maybe the guitar is hand crafted piece from Rockwington? Since they're very rustic and artsy compared to the industrious Talonopolis.

Moved to General OOC Chatter; this doesn't really fit in 'Creativity'.

Cartoon Network in America has, by large, completely different content than "Cartoon Network" does in other countries. For instance a show I watched, Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, was broadcast in America on 4kids. Overseas it was shown on Cartoon Network.

It's funny how in the country the property was developed for, KRDK died a death so miserable the last couple of episodes weren't even AIRED on TV; but overseas in the CN markets (and in Japan where it was broadcast on Toei's satellite-only channel) the program not only thrived but also saw DVD releases.

I suspect that's exactly the case here. Just because Seth Green likes the show doesn't mean he'll magically get it moved between networks -- especially when MLP:FiM is The Hub's #1 show. The companies involved in running that channel would be insane to strike a deal to profit-share with Cartoon Network of America.

Following what they said this profile is still just a little to bare-bones to be approved. Try to fatten it up with information about your pony. Where is his candy shop located? Why does he travel between Ponyville and Fillydelphia? Maybe more about his history or experiences with family? So far all in the character summary I just see personality info when you could boost it a bit more. C:

More or less just make everything look more descriptive, bigger than it actually is even.
