  1. ( OOC: I'm sorry for the late post. I got a little busy with other things in real life. Back now! )

Entranced with his own music, Walzting Serenade did not take notice to the new pony in front of him, he contiued to play his merry song blissfully unaware of the world around him. His song sounded like magic itself, it was flawless, happy, and full of energy. Waltzing really did know how to play after all, he had praticed all his life.

  2. "It seems so" Amaranth hovered Gerty, a smile on his face. "You should be more careful, Misses Gerty" Turning to Golden Heart, he thought for a moment then realzed something. "My wife, Chrysanthemum, she could make something to give your daughter her energy back. I know the exact herbs I have to collect, maybe you can help me Gerty!"

Amaranth's smile started to grow. He knew he could help this family, some how.

  3. It had been forever since Waltzing Serenade came home to Canterlot, he'd been away, traveling for years now. Walking down the cobblestone streets with a 'Clop, clop, clop' Waltzing sighed. Looking around, he didn't reconize any of the buildings, Waltzing had no idea how close he was to his parent's home. He had to admit it, he was completely lost.

"Oh, sure, I can navagate all through this land but I go home and suddenly I forget all my skills!" Annoyed, Waltzing Serenade shook his head with a snort. Being this lost brought back memories from his childhood, memories of himself as a Foal, running about Canterlot trying to get home as night fell. "Ugh!" Not liking these thoughts, Waltzing smacked himself in the head with his hoof to shake them loose. "I am an upstanding Stallion now, I can do this! .....Maybe if I start playing I can jog my memory"

Walking over to a little corner, Waltzing Serenade used the magic in his horn to open the bags on his back. Standing upright, he leaned against the wall behind him, and started playing his lute.

  4. Going down stairs Chrysanthemum trotted over to her husband. Amaranth was still working on the vase when the two apporached him. "Oh, hello" He smiled. "How can I help you?"

"My client has some questions about a few plants, mind helping me, darling?" Chrysanthemum batted her eyes as she spoke to him.

"H-heeh" Amaranth gave a goofy little laugh. "Gosh...I'm flattered....I'll see what I can do!"

  5. "Right, well, that's good at least" Amaranth looked between the two parents for a moment. Something had been bothering him since he met this family and figured it was time to say something. "You should both make time for your child or children." His voice turned stirn as he began. "This shouldn't have happened in the first place, you're parents, her guardians who are supposed to watch her to prevent this kind of thing. I realize that I am calling your skills into question but it bothers me..."

Amaranth paused to take a breath. "...I should take my leave now, good day" Walking towards the door, he opened it, then stepped out.

    Age: Mare.

    Species: Pegasus.

    Eye Color: Dark Green.

    Coat Color: Dark Red.

Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Chrysanthemum's mane is long & straight but she prefers to wear it in a bun with a braid hanging down out of it. Her tail is long & feathered. Both are snow white in color.

Physique: Tall, slender, & well built.

Origin/Residence: Born in Canterlot, she later moved to Cloudsdale.

    Occupation: Herbalist.

Motivation: To take care of & heal all sick ponies everywhere.

    Character Summary:

History: Chrysanthemum grew up with her parents & several siblings in Canterlot. As a Foal she loved to go out exploring late into the evening & bringing home odd objects. Usually they were junk items but to her young mind, they were treasure. Though her wild antics would say otherwise, Chrysanthemum was quite good in School; home-work always done, good in most subjects, & had a lot of friends. Later on, after finishing School & getting permission from her parents, Chrysanthemum headed for Cloudsdale with Amaranth.

Family: Has been married to Amaranth for several years. They have one son, Firework.

Cutie Mark Story: Knowing she would soon become a Filly, Chrysanthemum had been tasked with watching her younger siblings. Of course, during this time she'd been trying to discover her mark & wasn't exactly thrilled with the idea. She felt it was wasting another day when she could be out trying to get her mark. Things had been going smoothly until one of her siblings started coming down with a bad stomach ache after they got into the candy by accident. Panicked, Chrysanthemum thought if she got her parents they'd never trust her again & if she got a doctor they would tell on her! It was then she remembered something. Because Amaranth had recently got his mark she'd been reading up on flowers & eventually herbalism. Pulling out one of her books, Chrysanthemum looked up a treatment for stomach aches, then went to Amaranth & asked him to bring over the ingredients. He was fairly useless beyond that point other than watching Chrysanthemum make the concoction. When she'd finished she fed it to her sibling then waited, it took a short while for it to take effect but when it did Chrysanthemum felt deep joy, satisfaction, & pride. She had helped another pony feel better! When the idea of doing this for a living filled her mind Chrysanthemum got her mark.

Personality: Chrysanthemum is a sweet, down to earth, loving mare & mother who will do anything for anypony. Though she may seem quiet, especially when working, Chrysanthemum can be very loud & while she is against violence like her husband she often resorts to yelling to get her point across when she's angry.

Faults: Chrysanthemum has matured over the years but she has moments of hyperactivity & forgetfulness when distracted by something. So, dinner often burns. Despite her forgetfulness she always manages to do her job.
