While I do not in any way advocate swearing, I couldn't pass up the timing on this one

    Snivy's badassery kills Charizard >:3

  3. I know how you feel, sweetheart. I felt that way all my life, and yet I don't have any good friends around. Believe it or not, some of my best friends are on the internet, chatting with me. My boyfriend is my best friend, and he was the one who helped me being more cheerful.

But I know the feeling of giving everything you have to make others happy and then just get rear kicks. Don't worry, we're all here for you ^^ *pony hug*

-Modern Ponies: Petal hates the snobby ponies that come from a very modern land, like Ponyville or similar. She likes her things rustic

-Fainting: That's the only thing she doesn't like about being a goat. That's why she hates being scared

    Character Summary:

Petal was born in a farm that lived from what it produced. It was a rainy day, and so the first sound she heard before her mother's soft voice was the touch of the rain against the barn's window. Unlike all of the other baby fainting goats, she didn't struggle to get up. Instead, she jumped right away to the closest wooden box and stood in there for a second, wobbling in her new pair of legs. But a smile had grown wild on her face as soon as she managed to catch up her balance, doing the same on the closest boxes. She lived her first months happily, causing trouble everywhere she went and learning with her own mistakes. Nobody could catch that little jumpy goat, that could only stop at night time when it was time to go to sleep. And still, she could barely hold herself.

But she was about to discover what her species brought along. In one of those exploration days, when Petal first found out about the other paths outside Appleloosa, she felt quite curious. She didn't want to go back, neither stay quiet until someone would pick her up. Instead, she moved along and explored what she had already found. She sniffed all over, and soon enough she wasn't afraid anymore. Trotting happily, she ate berries, rolled on the fresh grass, and even had a drink by the closeby river. However, she was not alone. Right in the moment she was getting ready to take a nap by the river, when the sun was setting, she started to hear strange noises. They seemed to call her name, as if taunting her. In the exact second she got up to follow the voice into the woods, a whole group of crows crossed her path, touching her with their wings and scaring the young doe to death. She tried to run, but her legs went stiff right away and she didn't take too long to fall down. Those were terrifying moments for Petal, and as soon as she managed to get up, she ran right back to the barn.

From that day on, she started to pay way more attention to her surroundings, and the scents she caught all around made her want to keep them and garden those flowers with the help of her mother, who taught her about them.

    Personality:

Petal is extremely hyper, and talks non-stop when she feels like she has discovered something or somepony new. She just adores her life, even though she is a goat that faints out of nervousism. She is currently learning to control that, but she still can't avoid it. She is true to her heart, never lying to anypony or other animal in the farm. As sweet as she can look, she can be a little cocky at times just because she is as brave as she looks. One of the things that makes her tremendously happy is a washed up carrot when she is feeling down or even angry.

She might look very brave and adult, but truth is this little doe is still a baby and gets easily frightened when she is not with somepony else by her side. She thinks a lot about her words, mainly because she is a perfeccionist and doesn't like to say anything that is wrong. According to her, of course. She is not selfish at all, and is actually pretty sweet to the ones that surround her. She's not a tomboy, and enjoys being cuddled and smooched by the ones that like her.

This is one of the bow ties she wears most of the times, wrapped around her neck:

  5. Candy Cotton's face lightened up even more when the stallion told her he could teach her how to sketch. Well she didn't need to be a professional like him, but just the fact to know how to throw a few lines into a piece of paper made her feel happier. Within her heart, she was throwing a huge party and screaming inside her lungs. Her eyes were now sparkling like Princess Celestia's crown, and she had a huge silly smile on her face. "Reeeeeeally?", she squeaked, not realizing the stallion was already talking to the other pony that went by the name of Mudbug. "That would be AWESOME!", she then squeaked some more.

Leaving her spot, she started jumping happily around and circling them, trying not to get too far away. "Yay! Candy Cotton will learn how to draw! I will draw plushies! Plushies for everyone. Yaaaaay!"

  6. The young stallion's hammer hitting the metal could be heard all over the place, while he worked hard on a single horseshoe. It was no easy work, specially for a stallion who wasn't sturdy enough to hold the weight of metal for long periods of time. But he still had faith and determination in his young heart, a thing that forbid him from stopping. He had to help his father with the business. He was just too old to keep running it, and his son's cutie mark that kept hitting the horseshoe showed his talent was aimed towards the metals, and to work them. And that was what he truly liked and loved, making him work more and more everyday. All of his customers, who were usually knights, loved the results that came out for their armours, horseshoes, or even helmets. Too bad they didn't treat him the way he deserved... Those were the only few moments that made the somewhat fragile stallion frown and perk hi ears down against his head. Nevertheless, he had always dreamed of being a knight just like them. The first nice knight, he always said. He knew not much ponies knew about that secret dream of his, but that was simply because he didn't want to be made a fool of.

That young stallion was Silver Anvil. A stallion full of dreams, passions and good will inside of his heart. As soon as he was done with the horseshoe, he tossed his long cream mane back and sighed, looking over at the training fields and dozing off for a moment, only having good thoughts to himself. How he would be brave, wear the objects he wa able to work with himself, and so on. But right now, he had another passion to saciate: exploring what was new in his hometown, Canterlot. He had heard something about a new manager running the bookshop, and he wanted to have a closer look. Hanging all of his tools and complete pieces, he headed to the outside, locking the wooden door after him and happily prancing through the path that lead to the village itself. He caught sight of several new things, but the sign announcing "New Management" really caught his attention. He took a few steps forward, and only then he saw a mare standing by the door, which made him go slightly speechless. But he shok his head and tried to shyly smile, walking towards the mare.

"Why, hello there... Are you, heh, the new manager of the book shop?", he asked, his voice trembling a little bit.

  7. The little baby colored filly smiled at everypony else, loving to hear them talk so happily. She then caught one of them sketching, and she hopped happily to his side. "Oh, oh oh! And I am Candy Cotton, plushie crafter sir.", she said, proudly raising a hoof and taking it to her chest while she stood on her back legs. That was something she was truly proud of. She was that young, but she had a grown-up job, just like she kept telling herself. And her smile grew even wider everytime she presented herself, even if she wanted to look serious.

After her proud presentation, she took a sneak peek at the drawing, giggling a bit in her filly-ish way. "You draw very well, sir! I wish I had your talent so that I could be able to come up with some new ideas for my plushies!", she said, almost wanting to ask him to teach her. Of course she wasn't brave enough to do such a thing, but oh well. She was happy just for watching the shapes and facial expressions he had been drawing.

((Sorry about the long time I took to reply everypony... I wanna make her cutie mark appear on this roleplay, if that wouldn't mind you :P ))

  8. Oh and BTW everypony... Tomorrow I'm gonna leave for 4 days and won't have Internet access, so I won't be able to post at all. Didna want to rush y'all, but just wanted to know if I can go on vacation planning more about Anvil or if I can already start sketching him on my free time there ^^ (I'm going to the country xP)

  9. The young filly took a closer look at the other foal's body. So he was a pegasus! She had always been jealous of the ones that had wings, and that could wander around the clouds. See rainbows up closely, watch how everypony down there seemed to be so small, just as small as an ant! What a life. Candy Cotton had never lifted her tiny hooves out of firm soil, and even though she loved the opportunities she had down in Ponyville, but with a sight of the skies... she could possibly craft even more plushies of everything that habited in there. That could be such an amazing experience!

She shook those thoughts away and smiled widely. "Wow, you have wings! That must be so amazing!", she said, "I bet that when you manage to fly you'll be the best flier around!", she then added. She was that happy for meeting a true pegasus, even more for being a pegasus that met her age.

    Character Summary:

Anvil was born in Canterlot, growing surrounded by medieval defenses, strategies coming from the knights, and gossips about battles and the need for a better defense. His father, who was a blacksmith as well, didn't really feel the need to improve his working way in order to increase the knights' defenses, either in training sessions or in actual battles. Young Anvil kept on learning how to work with anvils and metal, always fascinated about what that material could be turned into with such easiness. It was a tough job, but he didn't get tired of watching his father crafting armors, helmets, horse shoes, and much more.

But the idea that the knights needed more protection didn't leave the young foal's head at the time. He spent his free time either with his dad, or heading to the training fields to watch the knights. They were just amazing, but he had to help them with getting more protection from their armours. Finding his father's workspace empty, he worked hard on an armour for a noble knight that would ask for it the next day, and it seemed to be better than ever. In the duel of that day, the knight came out victorious with a shiny armour. From that day on, Anvil helped his father with the armours and all the other metallic items for Canterlot, being well-known around for his skills.

Anvil is a very sweet and generous colt, that loves to help others and make friends. Deep inside his heart, he hopes to be the assistant of a brave knight or be a knight himself. However, he knows that's a far away dream that he can't reach in a close future, since his father is now too old to work.
