1. Big McIntosh:

The dark blue Pegasus seemed to be the first to react to Big McIntosh giving him a large grin. The friendliness of this new pony was bit surprising to Big McIntosh making him blink a moment at how easily the pony started up a conversation with other ponies. However, Big McIntosh wasn't sure where to go with the conversation making his nerves get the better of him a bit until he noticed that the new addition to the town was smoking like it was on fire.

"Uh....'cuse mah rudeness fer budden on yer conversation bud ah think we might want ta call the fire department seein' that this thingamajig is smokin'."

Big McIntosh said as he motioned his head over to the local town square bell that could alarm the fire fighting ponies that a fire had broken out in square town. It would be bad if this new addition burned down before any pony got to see it.

2. Big McIntosh:

The large red earth stallion continued to watch the small group of ponies talking and walking on and around the new addition to the town when both the smaller earth pony and the unicorn noticed him. It seemed that maybe the unicorn knew who Big McIntosh was since she waved at him. The stallion raised a hoof back replying to the wave not exactly sure who she was or what she was doing. Still it seemed that it would be rude if he didn't at least go over and see if the group wanted him to do something. He slowly walked over to the three adjusting his yoke a bit so that it wasn't so that it wasn't crooked. As he got closer he heard the Pegasus question what the unicorn considered the most important date in history. Even though the question wasn't exactly directed towards the stallion he couldn't help but at least ponder the question a bit as he rolled a piece of spring wheat from one side of his mouth to the other. Still, Big McIntosh knew he couldn't just walk up and say nothing.

"Well howdy. ah'm not sure ah know ya'll but ah'm Big McIntosh."

He said his drawl emphasizing on his low toned voice.

3. Big McIntosh:

It had been somewhat of a slow day on the farm since it was the middle of summer and the summer harvest wouldn't be in for a few more weeks making it so that the large red Stallion on the Sweet Apple Acres filled his time with fixing thing around the farm. His current task at hoof was to fix the club house that his youngest sister and her friends used to plan out ideas on trying to figure out what made them special in the world of Equestria. It had seemed that there last adventure was in being potion mixers which had resulted in them blowing a hole in the roof of the old club house off in the east part of the orchard. Still Big McIntosh didn't seem to mind. Ashe nailed in a few more boards to the roof, the Large Stallion reached for his bucket of nails only to find that it had run bone dry. He looked at the bucket with a bit of annoyed look before he carefully walked towards the edge of the club house roof and made his way down to the balcony then out of the tree. He slowly walked back to the farm going over to the stable area where all the tools were to see if he could find any others. When he opened the door of the stable the smell of hay and dust filled the stallions lungs making him let out a small sigh. As he walked in the muggy heat of summer could be felt throughout the building making Big McIntosh pull on his large yolk to try to get some air through the large thing. It didn't help much making the large red stallion move a little faster than he normal would in the building to try to escape the muggy heat. as he got where the tools were at the stallion looked about to see if he could find the box of nails that usually were on hoof. When he found and opened up the the small container again he didn't find a single making him let out an annoyed sigh. He put the container back onto the shelf and headed out of the barn. The stallion then went inside the old house next to the barn to grab a few bits so that he could get a few nails from the blacksmith in town. He stood there for a moment realizing that the house was fairly quiet. More than likely everyone in the apple house hold was doing something. Granny Smith was probably out her knitting club, AppleJack was probably with her friends, and Applebloom was in school. The Large couldn't help but feel a little sad that he didn't have anypony to talk to. Sure he was a bit quiet but that didn't mean he didn't like other ponies around him. Still Big McIntosh swept the thought away as he grabbed a few bits from the family piggy bank before scratching down a note for the family before heading out into the market.

It seemed like all of Pony ville was quiet today as the large red earth stallion walked into town. The only noise that the Stallion could really hear was that of the birds chirping trying to find its other friends. It was a bit unnerving. Still, the earth pony kept focused on what he was doing until he noticed a large blue box near the center of town. Big McIntosh tried to think back if he had remembered it before but nothing came to mind making the red stallion raise an eyebrow at the new addition. As he got a bit closer he noticed two things. The first was that there seemed to be some smoke coming from the new object and two that in front of it was three ponies. The first one was a brown earth pony like himself though a bit smaller in size. The second one was a Pegasus with a dark blue coat. Finally, the third one was a unicorn mare with a fairly long mane.

4. Well I have tried these before but usually they fall apart but why not I'll give it another shot.

Personality: soft-spoken and laconic, and often replies with a simple "eeyup" or "nnope"

Crush/mate: none/available

History: Big McIntosh along with his sisters and grandmother have worked together to keep up the Sweet Apple Acres by planting and harvesting apples for the ponies of Ponyville and other cites across Equestria. From an early age Big McIntosh did most of the manual labor on the farm from plowing, doing repairs, and harvesting while his sisters did most of the selling and promoting of the goods the farm produces. During the off season when the trees are resting so that the soil may be rested, Big McIntosh will do any sort of odd job he can find. This can be from doing house repairs which lead to his skill in craftsmanship, to making delivers all across Equestria His signature yolk was given to him by his parents when he was younger and he has worn since the last time he saw them when he was just a small colt. (Of course he has had it adjusted to fix his now large stallion body)

5. Oh yeah I remember hearing about this. I've been so busy with school the past 4 years that I have barely had any time to play the latest gen system. ( I think the last game I picked up for Xbox 360 was Portal 1 and I think Bioshock though I do know about Portal 2 and a couple others) Still DRM does sound like a bad idea because even though I get fairly good internet at home I have to split it with 3 other people one being my father who needs it for work since his office is at home so a gaming system eating up bandwidth all the time seems like a bad idea. Also I play single player exclusively because the few times I tried online playing I couldn't stand the community so I figured I would rather play by myself than others. So being forced to go online just to play a single player game seems kinda dumb. (But I also think DLC is kinda dumb too if all it gives you is an extra weapon or character that should already be on the game.)

6. Princess Mi Amore Cadenza:

Though the skies over the crystal empire were an endless blue that any pony would considered a perfect day, Princess Cadenza stood on her balcony looking down at her empire with a nervous look. Rumors had circulated around the empire that the dark ruler had been resurrected and that he was coming to try to reclaim the crystal empire and in slave the crystal ponies once again. She did not want to believe it, she had hoped that her husband’s sister and the holders of the elements along with the citizens of her empire had defeated him. Still, logic told her that there were dark creatures out in the world that would follow him without a second thought if given the opportunity. To be safe she had put up a weak barrier as an alarm.

"Your majesty please come inside the chief has just finished preparing a meal for you."

A guard said in a kind tone as he gently bowed to her and pointed to a meal that had been shuffled in on a cart made of fine gold and crystal.

"Thank you I-"

Was as far as Princess Cadenza got before she felt something, a sharp pulse that made her head throb and send a chill down her spine. She quickly spun and looked to the horizon to see that the barrier she had created began to crack making her feel like a stone was in the pit of her stomach.

"Dear Princess Celestia, the rumors are true."

She whispered to herself as took a step backwards before she quickly turned and went inside walking past the steaming food and out of the throne room.

"Inform the troops to be ready and to begin heading towards the southern front! Also, make sure that citizens are evacuated to the safety bunkers in the city! Are number one priority is to keep them safe!"

Princess Cadenza said as she continued to quickly walk through the halls. The guards that followed her nodded and began to disperse to follow the orders that their princess had just given. The princess quickly turned and headed up a long set of stairs that eventually reached the top of the castle. As she opened the door inside laid the Crystal heart that had helped defeated the evil king before. However, instead of grabbing it right away, the Princess went to another balcony and looked through a crystal telescope that had been built to view all parts of the kingdom. She quickly turned the machine to see the southern front. There she saw the hoard of figures running into the villages.

"I don't have much time"

She thought as she took a deep breath and began to cast a spell. Her cotton candy pink horn began to glow a shimmering blue until she released a large spell that quickly covered the city of the empire protecting where the crystal ponies lived and the castle itself. She had never enjoyed using such a spell since it made her dizzy but Cadence knew she had to protect her ponies even if it meant using ever last drop of strength in her body to do it. She then quickly turned to the crystal heart that sat floating on the alter that had been moved to the top of the tower. She walked over to it and again lit up her horn to cast a spell, this time touching the alter instead of letting the magic come freely from her horn. As she did the alter started to move down like an elevator taking the crystal heart and the princess down to the city streets where the crystal heart could be felt by all of her citizens.

"Please be alright everpony. Especially you Shining."

Princess Cadence said to herself as she tried to keep herself calm as she rode the elevator down to where the crystal heart was to be placed.

Promontory:

To most ponies going up north to the Crystal Empire was something of fun and mystery, but to Promontory it was just another day on the job. Along with his fellow train ponies, the run up to the north was a difficult but necessary job. The cold from the arctic winds always seemed to go deep into the stallion’s bones making it so that each step felt a hundred times heavier when he pulled the train along the frozen tracks. Still, Promontory didn’t say a word he continued to pull, day in and day out to not lose his job. After all who would hire a blank flank for anything more than pony labor?

As he ran along, a flash snow storm had started to form along the tracks making the burnt toast coloured stallion put up his red bandana around his mouth an nostrils and lower his cap so that chunks of snow would not blind him.

”Just a little more.”

Promontory thought to himself as he quickened his pace as if trying to outrun the cold. After what felt like hours to the Earth pony, he saw the small green utopia that was surrounded by snow. He began to slow himself along with the train down as he got closer and closer until he felt the hard frozen earth between his hooves become soft with mud as the air became warmer and warmer. Promontory had no idea how the ponies here in the north were able to keep the Crystal Empire so warm; but he wasn’t complaining nor was his cold coat that greedily took in as much warmth as it could making his muscles begin to warm up again. After a few minutes Promontory pulled up the train into the Crystal Empire Station making it come to somewhat sluggish halt. The wheels on the engine gave out a loud sigh as they came to rest and the whistle gave out a whistle saying that the train from Appleloosa to the Crystal Empire had just completed it week long trip.

Promontory unhooked himself from the behemoth of a machine as he let out a bit of a sigh of relaxation. Though he had been to Empire before, he usually would turn right around and begin back to Appleloosa or Canterlot without even a moments rest. However, the storm just outside the realm of the Empire would cause problems for any pony even one as experienced as Promontor.

”Looks like I’m stuck here for a bit.”

Promontory thought to himself as he lifted himself onto the station platform and clicked the mud off of his charcoal black hooves. He began to walk through town when he noticed a few crystal ponies staring at him. He tried to ignore the stares but he knew why they were looking at him. Or more his flank. Among the ponies from Canterlot or the Crystal Empire he was the odd one out, the black sheep, the redheaded step foal. All because his flank was bare. No matter where Promontory went with his fellow train ponies they were usually the odd ones out because no train pony had a cutie mark. In other words they were the outcasts of society. Still Promontory forced himself to walk through the city since he had learned the hard way that calling out another pony for staring would end up with a night in jail and a good tongue lashing from his boss. As he walked through the streets a small crystal colt came up to him looking at him in an odd manner.

”Hey mister where is your cutie mark?”

The young colt asked. Promontory let out an annoyed sigh before he looked down at the colt.

”I ain’t got one. So beat it.”

He said in a harsh western drawl as he moved passed the young pony and continued into the city. He looked to see that a few ponies gave him the stink eye for talking harshly to a child but Promontory did care to much he had never been good with kids. He quickly forgot about the colt when his stomach gurgled for some form of food.

”Alright, alright I guess we can see what grub they got round these parts.”

Promontory said as he looked down to his stomach then back up to the stores around him. He quickly spotted a small restaurant that didn’t look to busy making him walk over and take a seat. As the waiter came over he put a menu in front of Promontory. However, Promontory didn’t need one he always got the same thing when he went to a restaurant.

”How are you sir? Would you like something to drink? Would you like me to tell you are soup of the day?”

The waiter pony asked as he pulled out a pad and paper to begin scratching down the order.

”No need partner. I already know what I want, just a daisy sandwich with red Habaneros if you got them with a glass of water.”

Promontory replied as he handed the menu back to the waiter. The waiter pony gave a bit of a surprised look before scribbling the order and walking away taking the menu with him. As Promontory waited on his order he looked up at the empty blue sky of the Crystal Empire.

”I wonder if all days in this city are this clear? Bet it has something to do with all the magic in the area. Probably what’s her name princess casts a spell too.”

Promontory thought to himself when suddenly he noticed a crack in the sky. At first Promontory rubbed his eyes thinking that maybe he was seeing something when another and then another appeared until suddenly it looked as though the sky was beginning to fall.

”What the heck?”

Promontory said aloud when suddenly he saw hundreds of Crystal ponies fleeing towards the main part of the capital. Promontory couldn’t figure out what the panic was about when he saw a large group of creatures starting to move up the city streets trying to take any pony captive. Promontory began to move back a bit but was quickly caught by a group. He started to kick out with hind-legs wildly getting in a few good swings in before being overwhelmed.

”Get off a me!”

He shouted angrily as he flailed and squirmed trying to get out of the creatures grip. He felt them starting to move him back towards the station where he violently tossed in with a group of other ponies. Most were sitting on the ground crying or looking for others that they knew. However, Promontory quickly got up and started to try to escape from the group. Still the guards tackled him to the ground and held him even when Promontory kicked a one square in the face with his strong back hooves.

”Ya’ll think you can hold me?! Ya’ll get another thing coming!”

Promontory yelled as he again began to kick out with hind-legs, kick, and push his way through the soldiers trying to get back to the main part of the town.

7. Well I would be willing to do Princess Cadence if that is cool. (I've never rp'ed an alicorn so it might be an interesting idea)

Also I will be doing a background character (He is from the show but has no lines)

Name:Promontory

Age: 24~25ish

Gender: Male

Race: Earth Pony

Allegiance: Neutral for the moment

Appearance:

tumblr_lpjv8r94H71qjr62mo1_500.png

Personality:

Promontory is a tough and gruff hot blooded pony. He usually has a hard time with being sensitive and kind but can show it when no pony is looking. Though if somepony were to call him out for being kind, he would probably try to start a fight with them.

History/Background:

Promontory grew up on the open roads of Equestria. His parents were migrant workers who would go from the north to south every year looking for work by the season. He never had much of an education other than the basics so that he could help with the work but is surprisingly good with engineering and is currently the lead engineer pony for the rail road of Equestria. However since he was always on the go, Promontory never able to find what made him special so he is still a blank flank even at an adult age. Being a blank flank has made Promontory realize that some ponies can be cruel and quick to judge making it difficult to get jobs because "he isn't an adult" yet in other ponies eyes.*

*If you want me to change this than let me know. Promontory doesn't have a cutie mark in the official show so I decided to leave him as a blank flank in this too.

Random Fact: His favorite food is red habañeros

8. So, it turns out this book featuring my favorite pony was released a few days ago will be released on April 2 (silly advance copies). Do any of you plan on getting this book?

1g4y1d.jpg

Since this baby has a few worldbuilding details in it, I'll list them as spoilers:

• Don't let the cover fool you: this story takes place after the Coronation, and thus the plot revolves around Princess Twi figuring out what exactly it means to be a princess. On that note, alicorns are mentioned as having the attributes of all three pony races, so yay earth ponies?
• Daring Do secretly suffers from ichthyophobia (a fear of fish), and in Daring Do and the Trek to the Terrifying Tower asks several ex-adventurers like Professor A.B. Ravenhoof (based on Indiana Jones's mentor, Abner Ravenwood) on how to conquer her phobia for good.
• A muffin-eating pegasus makes a brief appearence and has a line of dialogue, but her name goes unmentioned.
• It's official: Cadance is Twi's Pegasister-in-law. You're reading that right, folks.

And now we have the most official backstory for Princess Mi Amore Cadenza yet. She was not born an alicorn, but as a pegasus instead. The infant Cadance was found in a forest one day by earth ponies who took her to live in their village. Then one day, a grumpy outcast enchantress resident named Prismia became so jealous of the love that everypony else in the village showed for one another that her special necklace took hold, and it made her drain the love away from the residents. Luckicly, Cadance was able to use her natural love and compassion for everypony to rehabiliate Prismia, and Cadance earned a trip to Princess Celestia's Magical Mystery Dimension in the process.

Adopted by Celestia to be raised as her royal niece, Princess Cadance didn't do too much at first other than attending Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, spreading love everywhere, and merely listen to suggestions and orders from other ponies. At first not confident that she could become a great leader, Cadance eventually figured out to listen to her heart and start making decisions for herself, which made the Crystal Heart Spell materialize. Utering the spell, Cadance realized that she'd be able to lead by showing Ture Love and Tolerance (you've read that right too) to all.

Enjoy your backstory dump of the day, ladies and gentlemen! :D

This is just further pushed my head cannon of Princess Cadance being Sombra daughter who escaped from the crystal empire before it vanished and her father went mad with power. Though sadly I won't be able to pick it up at thhe moment since I have to write a 30 page paper on social politics with the trans Mexican border.

9. Well, the really weird thing is that KH hasn't been on a current console in any form. I find that to be quite odd. It isn't that they aren't still making games, but they are all on portables. I guess Square-Enix has decided that the series should be portable? Then again, maybe only KH3 will be placed on a home console, but who knows when that is going to be...

Or they could just be milking it for all its got before moving onto the 3rd installment of the series and more then likely the end of the series.

10. eh I can't say I blame her. After all ya gotta make money so you can eat. But seeing that I have never been to a Pony Con since they are so far away It doesn't bother me to much. (Heck I didn't even hear about the Unicon thing until after it had all finished and I still don't even know the full story other then they broke their budget and had to close early)

11. meh I thought it was okay nothing amazing but nothing terrible. But yes I would of thought this would of been the series finale not a season finale. Kinda makes me wonder what exactly they will do for a series finale? (Twilight taking over the throne completely from Celestia and taking on her own apprentice? Twilight getting married? Traveling back in time and teaching Princess Celestia everything she taught her?)

12. Fluttershy:

Fluttershy felt her nerves finally relax just a bit when the stallion agreed to help move the blue box that the Stallion called a TARDIS. As she flapped her wings again she flew up near the top of the box and again readied herself to push against the large object that was crushing her furry little friends home. When she heard the stallions feet did into the Earth, the mare Flapped her wings a few times then began to push with what little strength she had in her body. As the two pushed a low dragging sound could be heard as the TARDIS began to move off of the mouse holes and over to normal patch of earth where none of the mice lived.

"I-Its Working!"

She softly said with glee as she continued to push on the object until finally the small creatures squeaked with joy that there homes were saved.

Fluttershy could feel herself breathing hard from trying to use so much strength from pushing the large box not once but twice. As she Flutterred down to catch her breath on the earth she saw the Stallion had gotten bored of moving the object since what had been needed to be done had been finished and had noticed Spike which he was currently obsessing over. She watched as the Stallion squished the baby dragons cheeks and started asking him questions.

"A bit...of an odd pony. Still he did help me....guess he can't be bad."

She thought as she took one last breath to recover as she walked over to him trying to work up some courage to speak.

"Uh.....Um....er d-doctor was it?....I wouldn't.....I mean if you don't want to get um...well burned....."

Fluttershy started but again her nerves got the best of her as she started to fall quiet and watch as the pony play with spike even though Fluttershy had learned the hard way that if you play to much with a dragon you might get burned.

13. Fluttershy:

The canary yellow Pegasus pushed her hind hooves into the ground with all her might while putting her fore whooves on the blue box and again tried to push on it off the homes of the field mice. She started to flap her wings hoping it might give her some form of leverage but it was to no avail as the box continued to slowly sink into the earth.

"Ooooohhh please please move!"

She puffed out in a mixed tone of worry and frustration only to feel her hooves slowly sliding down the box as they lost their grip on the box. When she felt her fore hooves connect to the dirt of the earth, she felt tears starting to well up in her eyes until she heard a familiar voice from behind her. When she turned she noticed that the blue stallion from before was standing there calling the box a Tardis and that he could move it.

" Y-you can?! Oh! Oh please help! Please move this thing it is crushing their home."

Fluttershy said as she came right up to the Stallion and grabbing his head to force him to look at all the field mice that were staring at the two ponies with a pleading look that their homes were being destroyed.

14. Fluttershy:

When the Stallion came up to Fluttershy wanting to know more about her, the mare felt a lump form in her throat that block nearly all the sounds from her mouth. She wanted to run away or go hide behind something but she was to scared to move making her only look down at the ground trying to cover her head as much as she could with her wings and mane.

"F-f-f-f-f-f-f-flutter Sh-sh-shy."

The canary yellow Pegasus replied in almost a nearly inaudible whisper when the Stallion asked what her name was.

As the two ponies stood in the road the field mice from before came running up to Fluttershy squeaking violently and pulling at her tail indicating to her to follow. The sound of her furry friends made Fluttershy snap from her shy induced state to concern as she picked up one of the mice and brought it close to her ear ignoring what the stallion might of thought seeing a fully grown mare talking to field mice.

" What? Oh No! It's starting to cave in your homes?! I- I guess I don't have time to get either Applejack or Rainboe Dash; I gotta try again myself!"

She said with a bit of panic as she flapped her wings and started to fly back towards the blue box from before without even giving a proper good bye to the blue stallion. When she arrived she noticed that many more field mice had appeared and were squeaking in panic as they futilely tried to push the box off their home.

"Oh dear oh my!"

She said in a worried voice as she flew up to the box from before and started to push on the large seemingly unmovable object with all of her might.

15. Fluttershy:

When the blue stallion asked if everything was alright Fluttershy simply didn't anwser and just pawed at the ground with a nervous hoof. It seemed that the Stallion had quickly figured out that Fluttershy didn't exactly have the best courage when he mentioned that she seemed to be fairly shy. Again she didn't respond and only repeated her reaction before against the dirt road that the two awkwardly stood on.

"O-oh the more time I spend here the more that blue box is going to crush the field mice homes. Please just move.

Fluttershy thought to herself letting one of her turquoise eyes peak out from her wings at the stallion.

He seemed like an average stallion with a normal build and height. However; his mane, accent, and jacket were not from around ponyville or the surrounding area.

"M-Maybe he is just a tourist f-from Marechester or S-sadlearabia and he will go away soon."

She continued to her self as she felt her legs lock up from her shyness.
