No it was not very official looking, it was just a plastic bag with the two and a Sweet Apple Acres background to stick in the cake.

Yeah they probably are the same ones, although they were sold in a different packaging at the cakery.

I found these pretty cool cake toppers at a Janet's Cakery in Corpus Christi, Texas. they appear to be like the blind bags, however they are slightly larger than the mc donalds ponies.
