  1. Midnight looked around the fog, she smiled as Val flew down to her feeling more safer. "There's something down here too...I think it's better we stick together now, we should be getting nearer to the exit..." She said trotting forwards keeping close to Val, Midnight continued to look everywhere she suddenly saw a shadow move in the fog. She stopped trying to get a closer look at the shadow.
  2. Midnight smiled as Val tripped over his words, "I'll be fine don't worry," She said as she teleported the bow and arrows she got from the games, "I'll have this with me at all times and if anything come I'll run," She said assuring him, She smiled as he agreed to the plan, she watched him fly up. She waited for a couple of minutes for him to get out of the cloud, "Do you see anything?" She asked him, Midnight began to gallop in the direction Val told her to go, she stopped as she heard something in the fog, she began to trot forwards looking around more carefully now.
  3. Midnight nodded, she looked around trying to think of a way to get out of this mess. She looked up at the sky getting an idea. "I think I have an idea, what if...you fly up and look around for a area which isn't completely covered in fog, therefore we can find a way out without getting killed and you can fly above the fog every so often to see if we are going the right way or if there are any monsters about? Is that okay?" She asked not sure if this was even going to work, Midnight opened her book and turned to the page where the characters were in the same situation, "There are no creatures that can fly so you'll be safer up there than down here so you don't need to worry about that," She said looking back up at him wondering if he agreed to the plan,
  4. Midnight continued to look into the darkness, sniffing the air every so often. As time went on her eyes were beginning to feel heavier and she suddenly found her self closing her eyes and snuggling next to Val and falling asleep. Midnight opened her eyes and saw the fog. She stood up turning her head in every direction trying to find some escape from the fog. She began to walk foward. The bushes that were hiding Val and her came into view. Midnight sighed and went back to were Val was standing. "I think I know what the gamemakers are up to," Midnight sighed, "It happend in the book, they placed a a type of gas in the area which turns into fog, then they release monsers like they did in the games and I know it sounds impossble but we need to get away from the area in which the fog is in and get away from the monsters," Midnight put her head in her hooves, "Why did I fall asleep?! We could be far away from this mess if I didn't fall asleep!" She said to herself,
  5. Seeing Val close his eyes to go to sleep Midnight did the same feeling safe as she snuggled next to him. Midnight opened her eyes again sniffing the air. She looked around, looking for any sign of smoke but found nothing. She stood up carefully trying not disturb Val. Midnight continued to sniff the air as she looked around for any sign of burning but yet again found nothing. Midnight returned to her book flicking through the pages to see if anything like this happened to the characters. She came across a chapter where a strange sort of gas turned the air into fog and then released some monsters into the jungle making it impossible to see and to get away from the monsters but this was something different. Midnight put the book away and sat down next to Val keeping her eyes opened for any signs of trouble and ready to run away from there hide-a-way with Val if the time comes.
  6. Midnight smiled, "Iv'e always wanted to go on adventures, ever since I read the Daring Do books I dreamed about leaving Canterlot and seeing what amazing places Equestria holds," She said blushing, "And hopefully there will be less ponies chasing us," She said, Midnight looked back up at Val, "I can't wait to get out of this book to see what adventures await us then," She said grinning,
  7. Midnight blushed she looked back up at the sky to hide it. She looked back up at Val, "Ponies that can breathe and swim underwater? I have only read about them in books and I thought they were just a rumor," She said, Midnight smiled as Val continued his story, she grinned, "Your adventures are just like the books I read," She said smiling up at him,
  8. Midnight blushed, "I love the night sky, I always look up at the stars while reading, it helps me imagine I'm in the book with the characters having adventures with them," She said, "It's always nice to take a break from running away from the gamemakers," She said looking back at him, Midnight looked down at the ground, "There's not much more about me, I've lived in Canterlot all my life, I've read books nearly all my life meaning I don't really know a lot of ponies because I always have my head stuck in a book. The closest place out of Canterlot I have gone is in a book," She said still looking at the ground, "What about you!,? Any adventures you haven't told me about?" She asked smiling up at him,
  9. Midnight watched curiously as Val trotted towards some of the trees. She followed him into the clearing, and looked around. Wondering what he was doing she continued watching him to see what he was up to. Midnight looked around the clearing as he lifted the bushes from the ground, the sun was beginning to set and it was getting darker, Midnight continued to look around the clearing for any signs of trouble. Seeing Val was done she trotted over to makeshift. She sat down and grinned, "This is brilliant, none of the creatures won't know we are here, leaving us one less problem to worry about," She said smiling, Midnight took out her book and flicked through the pages reading her favorite parts of the story. She blushed as she sensed Val cuddle up next to her, she blushed a deeper shade of red when he kissed her cheek. She looked up at Val not knowing what to say still blushing madly.
  10. Midnight nodded, "All I know is that anything can be hiding in the bushes to jump out at us," She said while looking around for a place to set up their camp for the night, "I just hope that there are not any more wolves out here like there was in the games," Midnight sighed, "I don't think we are going to find a hollow tree anywhere here so I think we are going to have to camp here, is that okay?" She said wondering how they were actualy going to find somewhere to catch some sleep. (Its okay:) I know that feeling:P)
  11. Midnight blushed as Val suddenly hugged her. She smiled up at him, "Thank me? Did you think I was going to say no." She said giggling, Midnight looked up at the sky when Val let go and saw it was sunset. Midnight opened the book again and looked at the map, "I think it's better we travel in the day rather than in the night," She said, "I have no idea what could be out here so it would be safer just to camp out until morning just in case something jumps out at us while walking through the darkness," She continued to look at the map, "We should get to the Capitol any time tomorrow and that's where it gets difficult..." Midnight sighed, "But getting back to the point, does that plan sound okay with you?" She asked looking away from the book to look up at Val,
  12. Midnight smiled up at Val as he nodded excitedly. She looked down at her hooves thinking about her answer. "Why am I thinking about what to say? There is only one answer I could possibly give" Midnight thought to herself, Midnight looked back up at Val, "Okay," Midnight said, "I'll come with you." She said now smiling up at him, "But one adventure at a time first." She said trotting beside him to continue their journey to the Capitol,
  13. Midnight looked down at the ground again blushing. Thinking about how her life could change into just living in simple Canterlot to living a adventure every day. She looked up at Val, still thinking, she could live like the characters in her book everyday and stay with Val or just stay in Canterlot and go back to having her nose stuck in book. She didn't know what to say. "So your asking me t-to come on adventures with you?" She asked blushing,
  14. Midnight looked down at her hooves feeling stupid for not even thinking about what was going to happen after they got back into the real world. Midnight was unsure what to say.Midnight thought about her life in Canterlot. She didn't have many friends, she always kept to herself most of the time. She would have a book in her saddle bag all the time so even when she went out she had quick read. Sometimes she would meet other ponies while she was not reading on one of those rare occasions and Val was the pony who she had the confidence to carry a conversation. She looked up at Val hearing him say the last sentence, "Come with you?" She asked unsure if he was joking or not,
  15. Midnight continued to look at the map, she looked away from the map at Val and smiled, "Well, I can't wait to get out of this book then," She said blushing, Midnight looked back at the book, "Getting into the Capitol shouldn't be too hard. I'm right then ponies should be in the Capitol rebelling which should keep the gamemakers busy while we sneak through the streets to the main part of the Capitol." Midnight grinned, "I wonder if we will see any of the characters from the books," She said while flicking through the pages, Midnight looked up at Val again seeing him deep in thought, "Hey, you okay?" She asked him,
  16. Midnight blushed as Val nuzzled her cheek. She smiled up at him as they pulled away and listened to him about worrying about her. "Don't worry about me Val," She said while opening her book again to the map, and walking in the direction of the capitol with Val. Midnight blushed, "That sounds amazing," She said while smiling, "You don't have to make a fuss over me though," She assured him while looking up at Val,
  17. Midnight blushed as she was hugged by Val but smiled happily knowing he felt the same way about her as she felt about him. "Same here. I've always had my nose stuck in a book to meet anypony special," She admitted, "But I always wanted to have a special somepony like the characters in my books." Midnight watched as Val got onto his knee, she blushed again at what he was saying. Midnight blushed at his question, "Your M-marefriend?" Midnight asked looking down at the ground feeling even more shy now, she looked back at Val again and smiled, "Yes, of course I will." She said feeling more confident. She grinned at him and suddenly hugged him without thinking.
  18. Midnight blushed at what Val was saying while looking down at the ground. She looked up at him again when she heard the last three words. Midnight sat down, "I-I have something to admit as well...Re-remember in the games before the wolf attacked a-and I was about to say something, well I was about to say the same t-thing," Midnight looked at the ground, "I-I love you. I also thought the same thing, I wanted to come out with it before, I couldn't bring myself to say it because I was scared, but the thing is, I'm not scared of saying it anymore, I love you Val." She said looking away from the ground back at him,
  19. Midnight continued walking with Val, "We'll have to sneak in somehow without raising an alarm, easier said than done though..." Midnight said "And I think us escaping the games is the least of their problems," She continued, "As soon as we escaped we showed everypony that the 'powerful' Capitol and it's gamemakers aren't as powerful as they think and that shows everypony that things can change, and the Pony Games can disappear forever, and as soon as a thought like that ignites all of the Districts starts thinking like that, and then they create a rebellion which hopefully the gamemakers won't be able to survive." Midnight looked at Val, "Don't worry about me..." Midnight stopped walking at the last part of what he said blushing, "Wh-what did y-you say?" She asked him, blushing even more,
  20. Midnight smiled, "I think I got that," She said laughing, Midnight looked back at the map, "If we are going to sneak in we will just simply have to lay low and make our way to central part of the Capitol and break into the building where the leader of the gamemakers works and as you said, find out their plans and checkmate." She said shutting the book. Midnight started walking again, "If we are going to make it to the Capitol then we better keep on walking, it will be wiser to travel during the day than by night, even though we are out of the games it doesn't mean that there aren't animals out here that even the gamemakers can't control."
  21. Midnight looked up at Val and nodded. "Okay, but it won't be easy getting there." Midnight looked in her saddlebag and pulled out a book. She opened the book onto the first page showing a map. "This is aam map of where the Pony Games are set. Midnight pointed her hoof at the map, "If we have come out of the games then we are here," She said pointing her hoof to a patch of wilderness near some buildings. "And to get to the gamemakers we will have to go to here," She said pointing her hoof to a big a city like place called 'The Capitol"
  22. Midnight nodded, "It went on for years, it was until the main character's little sister got entered into the Pony Games that something changed and they created the rebellion." Midnight said, She looked up at Val, "Really?" Midnight asked, "Are you sure? Because these ponies, they're not like the ponies in the games, there are more of them and they're stronger..." Midnight said looking down at the floor,
  23. Midnight blushed, 'What did he say?' She shook her head telling herself she was hearing things, Midnight nodded, "Yeah, but I know where we are going, as I said before while explaining the games there are 13 districts and we need to head to the Capitol if we are going to defeat the gamemakers, this is where the games are planned and the people who take part in the games are trained." Midnight said,
  24. Midnight laughed, "That's the second time you have been in your own world." She teleported down into the forest then started walking deeper into the forest. "We'll have to keep quiet here, the gamemakers are going to be pretty mad at us for ruining their games, and I think their going to be more mad at the speech you gave to them after we ruined their games." Midnight said, laughing at the memory of Val taunting the gamemakers, Midnight looked around at the forest while walking, "You know, I'm happy to be out of that jungle." She said smiling up at the trees,
  25. Midnight grinned as they galloped through the jungle, she only stopped for a second to teleport across the large gap but after she had made it across she continued galloping through the jungle with Val. Suddenly the trees were replaced with rocks and Midnight and Val was faced on the edge of as cliff, Midnight could see more jungle across the cliff.. "Wait!" Midnight shouted to Val as he was about to try and fly across, Without speaking Midnight picked up a rock on and threw it down the cliff, but instead of it falling to the bottom it bounced back up. Midnight grinned, she teleported the bow and arrows she had left in the trunk and shot the arrow to where the rock had bounced back. Suddenly instead of more jungle across the cliff there was forest, Midnight pointed her hoof to the forest. "There's the exit." She said smiling triumphantly,
