Why would they want to add to the mane 6 when they have so many secondary characters to work with? Spike, Zecora, the CMC, the Cakes, Shining Armor and Princess Cadence. They could even do an episode of Big Macintosh and Cheerilie getting together, for real, this time

Somehow being poor and homeless doesn't mean the same thing if you can eat grass and don't need clothes.

First, nowhere in ine show were the princesses called Alicorns. The trem Alicorn refers to the substance that makes up a unicorn's horn in myth (not pony myth, general myth). Alicorns are really the name the fandom gave to the princesses.

True but I thought the term alicorn came from the Latin word alatum meaning winged, and unicorn.

Well, I'm saying that I subscribe to the theory that "alicorns" embody all three of the pony types, like some kind of super pony. A "winged pegasus" doesn't really seem to acknowledge the earth pony third in my opinion.

Well, unicorns of myth are suppose to have cloven hoofs and a beard like a goat. Not very horse-like if you ask me. And aren't earth ponies are suppose to be stronger than the other two (Rainbow Dash being an exception).

If alicorns has earth pony heritage, then wouldn't unicorns and pegasuses have it as well?

I think they are ridiculous. In the show and out. Or, at least I did. They might be growing on me. I typed one myself for the first time within the last week.

It has been shown that people pick up the speak habits of those they associate with. Hang around with other ponies enough and you'll start saying things the same way they do.

And that bit where he said that African Americans can only do 'zebras' is utter nonsense.

Wow, talk about type casting...

Ugh. That's one of these things I always hated about Dreamworks animation. They pick the voice actors with the biggest NAMES they could splash on their posters. Not the actors best suited for the roles. And the names tend to look down on animation and pro voice actors. I caught a remark from Tara Strong during an interview where she and many other voice actors weren't too keen on a comment made by Chris Rock, where he pretty much belittled their art.

Hay, did I mention Chris Rock? I think the voice actors from Shrek have interesting voices. I really don't care how important they think they are .

The 4 main voices of Shrek: Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, and John Lithgow. Any one of them would be awesome.

Kelsey Grammer (Cheers, Fraiser, Sideshow Bob of The Simpsons) because I like his voice. If they get him, I hope they let him do a song; he has an amazing singing voice.

I wanted to have a really cool username for this forum but I couldn't think of anything. So I choose Y.A. Brony (Yet Another Brony).

I don't know. Whenever I see "doo", I think of doo-doo. Probably not what the author intended.
