Echo sighed. "You ever think there's gonna be a day that we get to say no, we never has to go out again?" He asks solumnly.

Echo smiles and looks at his watch. "4pm..... It's 4pm and I already feel like I'm gonna pass out." He says with a laugh. "We heading out tomorrow?"

Echo raises an eyebrow. "You kidding? You did more than help." He says happily.

Echo laughs as he unwinds. "You don't know the half of it." He says. He looks back down at Mandaline. "Say, thanks for the patchwork by the way."

Echo let out a sarcastic laugh. "Maybe I'll tell ya later." He says as the two walk into the hangar and to their bunks. "Dibs on top tonight!" He says before hopping onto the top bunk.

Echo grabbed his rifle and walked with Mandaline to a hangar. "Dohoho! Then what did it sound like?" He asks with a laugh.

Echo lazily opens his eyes. He smiles warmly to see Mandaline. "Thanks. I was having a dream about.... dancing marshmallows." He says as he hops from the chopper and stretches his wings. He hadn't flown since the war started, no pegasi had.

After an hour or so, the chopper enters friendly airspace and circles above a large tarmac before setting down

Echo smiles and doses off. He's not exactly a quiet sleeper, talking frequently throughout the rest of the trip home. Mostly about Mandaline or the war.

Echo smiles and reclines in the seat. "Definitely." He says. He closes his eyes and leans his head on his pack. "Wake me when we're on the deck?" He asks Mandaline with a yawn.

Echo smiles and pulls a bottle of water from his pack. "Keep it. I could go for some Red Stag." He says with a slight sigh. He offers a sip of water to Mandaline.

Echo laughs. "Good luck finding a corona. Last one I saw, guy wanted a whole Mossberg 500 for it!" He says, gripping his side. Echo wouldn't admit it, but a cold drink of any alcohol would be good enough for him right about now.

Echo laughs a bit. "Hey, even I have simple pleasures." He says happily. He smiles at Mandaline for a moment. "You did a fine job, doubt I'll be hurting much from this bad boy again. I'm glad that when I'm out eating bullets, I got the right partner for the feast." He says as he rubs Mandaline's head.

Echo winces and grunts. "No..... Pizza. Like a big thick greasy slice of pizza!" He says with a laugh. He takes the bullet from Mandaline and puts it in his pocket.

Echo smiles and lets Mandaline work on him properly. He laughs a bit as the A-10s blast the area to rubble. "You know what I miss, Mandaline?" He asks with a smile.

Echo hops in and hangs his feet over the edge, firing the rest of his mag into a terminator. The chopper lifts off and Echo sits in a seat, laughing. "Well....... That was fun." He says happily Echo was panting heavily and gripping his gut. He held his fist out to Mandaline. "Brofist?" He asked calmly, still panting.

The chopper landed behind them. Echo smiled and made his way to the chopper. He walked in front of Mandaline to get her on the chopper first. "Just can't make up your mind can ya?" Echo says jokingly at Mandaline's weapon swapping.

Echo turns and opens fire as the chopper flies overhead. "Aww c'mon. Nothin' like a hot exfil to get the blood pumpin'! He says happily as he continues firing. His rifle clicks and he drops the spent mag. "Reloading! Cover me!" He yells as he loads in a fresh mag. He hits the bolt release which emits the ever so satisfying metallic click that he loved dearly.

Echo laughs some more and lets off a 15 round burst. "Awwwww. But I wanna stay for the fireworks." He says happily as he runs with Mandaline to the LZ. He sees the A-10s streak back for the JDAM strike. "This is gonna be close!" He says with a laughs as he runs with Mandalne.

Echo laughs through painful grunts. "You're a lifesaver Mandaline." He says happily. He looks at the carnage already caused by the A-10s gun run and awaits the JDAM strike. He looks at the bandages Mandaline already put on him. "That'll do for now. I'll live." He says as he picks his rifle up and fires downrange.

Echo sighs. "Perfect. Watch my six. I'll get you a clear shot with that thing." He says before running out into the street in front of the HK. "Hey buddy boy! Over here ya moron!" He shouts to get the HK's attention. He takes a round to the gut but keeps taunting the flyer as two A-10s streaked in with their GAU-8 cannons roaring. "Take the shot Mandaline!" Echo yells, holding his gut with one hand and pointing to the HK with the other.

Echo smiles widely and grabs the radio again. "He-hey! As much as I LOVE the taste of lead and all, would you guys mind blowing these tin cans back to hell for us? Thanks good buddy. Lazing the target now." He says sarcastically as he grabs the SOFLAM again and looks through it, lazing the area up the street. "Mandaline! Get out of there! JDAMs in 15 seconds!" He shouts.

Echo laughed and let off a 5 round burst from his weapon. "Now you're speakin' my language!" He says as he pulls out a SOFLAM designator system. "Keep me covered and I'll laze the targets for A-10's!" He shouts as loud as he could. He picks up his radio and attempts to contact his air support. "Something's jamming it! I can't get through!" He yells as a terminator turns the corner next to him.

Echo tucked himself behind a concrete barrier and gripped his assault rifle, waiting for the sound of Mandaline's grenade to go off before popping out to squeeze off a few rounds. His sunglasses fell down his face, causing him some annoyance. He rips them off and tosses them aside. He looks over to Mandaline and hunkers down a bit. "How much further!?" He shouts to her as several rounds impact around him.

Nova and Dopple could end up fighting!?
