She tried to stand up only to far back on the floor, not fully recovered from being unconscious.

"Ohhh, and why do I feel so woozy?"

This episode has gotten me thinking about various shenanigans involving Discord and Celestia back in canterlot. It just makes me giggle.

I'm not sure what to think about this episode. It could have easily been a two-parter, as I think it resolved way too quickly. It was a great episode, though, as Discord was fully hamming it up and it was entertaining to watch. The focus was on him and Fluttershy, and the other girls didn't really add much to it besides acting aggravated and defensive. I think how we look back on this episode in the future will depend on what is done with all the subplot in episodes to come.

There's definitely something big coming up. Maybe all of this will relate to that mysterious pony movie that may be in production?

Yeah, it did seem like the story moved a little too fast didn't it?

Saying this isn't original, but it's how I feel.

That, my friend, is a kind of Arachnid called a Whip Scorpion. They're named as such because of their long tails protruding from their abdomens and claw like forearms, giving them the appereance of a scorpion. Not all of them possess a tail though, such as the one you showed. They're nocturnal predators who feed on many insects and pests harmful to human life, as many arachnids do. If you ever see one, be sure to give him/her your thanks.

Did a little cleaning.

Ruth disappeared into a door labeled "employees only" just to the side of the bar which led to a hallway. After finding the control room, he sized up the huge panel of buttons, switches, and dials before him. [colour=#696969]"This might take just a bit longer then I thought" [/colour]He said to himself. He skimmed the panel for any sign of what switches did what, before coming across a section of switches labeled lights. [colour=#696969]"Or maybe not" [/colour]​He flipped the left most switch. Back in the main room, strobe lights attached to the ceiling began flashing a bright white light. Ruth waited for an indication from Boxy and Ale that he found the dance floor lights.

Ruth didn't need a PHD to see that Pale Ale had a thing with bugs. [colour=#696969]'[/colour][colour=#696969]Ah great' [/colour]He thought, [colour=#696969]'I should of known something like this would happen...'[/colour]

He walked over to Ale and nudged his side. [colour=#696969]"You gonna be okay kid? If your scared of the bugs, don't worry. Soon as the club opens and the customers come in, the bugs will clear out and hide in the walls. Lots of ponies mean lots of hooves, and they aren't gonna stick around to be stepped on"[/colour]

He paused for a bit trying to remember.

[colour=#696969]"Oh yeah, and they wont bite you or anything. Probably should of said that first"[/colour]

[colour=#696969]"A mantis as a green insect about yay big"[/colour]

He held up is hoof to indicate size.

[colour=#696969]"If your still curious, look to your left. You got one sitting on your shoulder"[/colour]

Ha ha ha. Sorry Rosie, but I can only center so much of my life around arthropods. I did manage to sneak a little bit of attention on spiders in one chapter though. Keep an eye out for it if you decide to read.

Alright then. Before I do though, do you have this uploaded to a Youtube account? I could link the video so that it would all be there in the intro. It's fine if you don't though, and you certainly don't need to go out of your way to make one for this.
