    621 Rule applies.

    At a convention, per day, you MUST have the minimum of;

    6 hours of sleep

    2 meals

    1 shower

    I'm going to put the shower as the most important thing.

    Those who have been to conventions will know what I'm talking about (if you don't know why I'm emphasising showers, you might need one most).

    Urg, there are so many disgustingly smelly people at cons. Harsh reality. :(

    Problem is... you can't smell yourself. You're used to your own odour. So regardless if you you think you're 'okay', first thing you need to do, before you go out and meet people, when you wake up is go take a shower. Please... for the love of Yahweh, wash that stank off you! XD

  6. Can't add a Profile Background?

    Your Internet Browser stores webpages or parts of webpages in order to speed up your browsing experience. This is the 'Cache',

    When you change your profile's background image or your Avatar your and you see the old one still, your browser has stored the old one and is using it thinking it's the same content.

    To force your browser to refresh without using previously cached content you can try the following key combinations:

    Windows: ctrl + F5

    Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R

    Linux: F5

    You may only request a change in the relevant thread in the donator's forum.

    The change will stick after your perk-period runs out... you'll be stuck with whatever you have unless you donate again to gain access to the donator's forum again.

    If you post other people's art with no way to prove you have full rights to as your own, (Artists will normally credit the person who commissioned them, for example)...

    Copying other people's artwork (tracing and/or re-colouring etc) is also NOT your own original work and not welcome in the gallery.

    Take inspiration from other sources.

    Use other people's work to help you learn how to draw.

    But copying or just tracing a "vector" from stills from the show is lame as heck and you're not learning ANYTHING. (for a start you're looking foolish by calling it a 'vector' when you're submitting a rasterised .jpg)

    I know we can't all practice drawing from still-life etc, but go find a photograph.

    Just don't trace it! You'll learn nothing and won't develop any skill. Any primate can trace and colour inside some lines.

    Give actual art a try! After a few months of sketching and drawing, you might find a topic or style that really fits you, rather than a copy/paste imitating still-frames from the show style.

  15. Google Ads Appearing Within Threads

    To go with what frostfauna has said,

    We only use Google Adsense, which means there won't be any popups or nasty things that gather information etc.

    If you experience popups or crashes etc there is only one problem: Your Browser/setup.

    To fix:

    Try a different (better?) browser, eg; stop using FailFox. Firefox isn't the 'amazing future browser' it used to be 5 years ago. Today it SUCKS compared to Internet Explorer 10 and Chrome. (IE 10 is the ONLY 64bit browser that isn't an unstable beta right now!)

    Remove and stop installing plugins/extensions you don't need.

    Re-install flash. Most people install it and then never look back but there's probably a newer version with bug fixes.

    Don't be stupid - Don't give out contactable information publicly on the internet where search engines and others can collect and store the info.

  21. Official Season 1 DVD.

    Finally got my copy from Amazon. UGH. -1 for the cover. Lazy art. Same ol' vectors. With all the artists both in the community and Hasbro, could we have had a cool cover with original art? Ugh. Also no Lauren Faust? Really?

    Beyond those two mehs, it's a fun DVD. We get all the episodes! The commentaries are a ton of fun...Would have liked more, but one on each DVD was pretty good. Would have been nice to have different songs/music on each DVD in the menus..instead of a rather loud MY LITTLE PONYYYYYYYYYYYYY. Still, we get all the episodes! Woot! Not two episodes..All of them. Buy this DVD so we'll get a season 2 DVD...With hopefully more goodies.

    You're more miffed about more than / over who they put on Disc 3? ;)
