  1. Personally, I'm still having a small bit of trouble with this episode, mainly on it's ending. Don't get me wrong, Discord as a (kinda) good guy is awesome and hopefully a promise of more hilarious antics to come, but (as everyone's already said) that ending was rushed. This really should have been two episodes, and when I first heard about it I thought it was going to be just because I couldn't see any way they could transform the worst villain on the show into a good guy in 20 minutes. And guess what? I was right.

Fortunately, Discord was so great I don't even mind that the episode felt rushed.

Also, the dinner party scene has to be one of the best scenes in the whole show. The Gravy Boat spilling gravy on RD's lap. The candles beating up RD after she blew them out. Discord as a butler. It was all so perfect.

Finally, Celestia's face when she saw Fluttershy and Discord holding hands. I bet that brought back some memories.

  2. Here's what I have to say about transformers: Buck Micheal Bay.

I loved transformers when I was a kid, then he got hold of them. The first movie wasn't actually all that bad (or wouldn't have been if he hadn't kept trying to be funny) but the second one was just rank, and I can't even remember a single thing about the third. Also, after the first film came out I couldn't find any of the classic transformers in stores anymore. There were only the ones based off of the movies, which were inferior. They tried looking realistic instead of keeping that slightly cartoony anime look they'd had and they couldn't transform all that well. I've heard that there are better ones out now based on the TV show on the hub, but I haven't bought any in quite a while.

Still, I have a lot of them and the ones from the Armada era are sweet!

  3. Hi there! For those of you who remember me, (which probably isn't a lot since I've been off the forums for a month or two) might also remember that a while ago I started work on a pony based music game. Well recently I started working on that again (which is partially the reason I haven't been on lately).

Since I can't find the original thread, let me summarize here:

Pony music game. Brony music for songs. Need artists to create background images and the like. If no artists want to help with this, this game is dead in the water, which is essentially what happened last time. That's why I'm calling on all of you to help me create it! So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out with this! It'll be really really awesome, but I don't want to get too deep into working on this until I know it's actually possible.

Also, I'm really really sorry about that RP I was working on before I left. My life went kinda crazy and I got busy.

(Also, I'll probably flesh this post out a bit later. I just want to let people know I'm working on it for now.)

    EDIT:

    Here's the original thread.

  4. While I'm still on, I won't be able to RP for around a week while I attempt to convince a company that I'm going to sue them so they'll give me the money they owe me. I hope I don't actually have to sue them, since while they're legally in the wrong (the violated around five clauses of the agreement we signed) going to court is a HUUUUGE timesink.

  5. Megaman Battlenetworks 2 & 3, getting the full 100%, including all the chips, beating all the secret bosses, and in 3 even defeating Serenade's time trials. (For those of you who never played the game/got that far, you had to beat all the bosses in the whole game, normally in less than twenty seconds, using only folders full of weak battlechips that you were given by people hidden throughout the game. Then you had to refight a boss who was pretty much immune to all damage. I was so sad/elated when I finally finished them, then I left my game cartridge in my pocket with a Crunch bar and got chocolate in it.)

  6. I got the whole ponibooru archive stored localy and set on a 15 min. rotation. Right now it shows the Faustcorn looking at a bouquet of flowers... Nice...

Out of that, I use XP, but with a windows 95 look

    Dayum. The whole thing?

Also, post a screencap! It's the cool thing to do!

  7. Im like the opposite

    Everything important: Konrads treasure chest.

    Everything else: My chill day

    Fallout Equestria: FoE

Thats all the folders I have

    MacLean:

    Games:

    Saved Games

    SDKs

    Games

    Manuals

    Related Stuff

    Libraries:

    Pictures

    Documents

    Music

    ...

    You get the idea.

  8. i dont know why it got that name. It just stuck O_o

I could never keep a folder like that around.^_^'

I'm super OCD about computer organization. All the games on my desktop are sorted by Genre, and before that by Studio. in fact, I almost have more folders in my documents than actual documents (hyperbole, but not too far from the truth).

  9. So anyways, this thread came into being after I stumbled onto Artax's desktop thread, then realized I couldn't post there because I don't own an actual desk. I've got a pretty nice laptop, so I just keep all the computer stuff I own next to my couch and plug it in whenever I want to,..

ANYWAYS, back to the topic at hand, post pictures of your desktop AS IT APPEARS at the moment you read this thread. No cleaning up unnecessary shortcuts or changing the wallpaper. (DO, however, change your wallpaper if it's not appropriate and also make sure to remove any personal info from the screen.)

    Here's mine:

    post-3801-0-57038700-1352084949_thumb.pn

(sorry for the low quality, but that was the best I could do and still use the upload feature on this site)

Also, that thing in the middle is actually part of my desktop. Its called the WinPet, and essentially it's a storage system for all my shortcuts and an awesome homage to the megaman battlenetwork series!

(and yes, I did forget to remove my name from the screen, but I don't really care)
