  1. This IS the internet, chances are if you find such and such pony attractive there's always going to be a few other people who'll agree with you and show you aren't alone.

I..... think I'll just leave this here.... it.... feels a bit awkward for me to be admitting I....... like ponies "that way" and not be a guy....you guys don't mind, right? Maybe I should just stop now and.... *squeaks*

  2. things I liked: tv, drawing, getting dirty, reading Zoobooks (I loved reading EVERYTHING animals)

things I disliked: candy (what kind of kid didn't like candy? Me apparently lol)

what I looked like: Had very long dark brown hair that it reached my waist. Always had my hair either in braids or pigtails. Loved wearing a pink shirt with white overalls with my sketchers light up shoes.

personality: very quiet and deeply absorbed in books like Twilight, but also loud and energetic like Pinkie Pie

As a kid, I would have made THE perfect Cutie Mark Crusader. I loved to drive adults crazy by running around in the house chasing after my friends screaming while the dog would bark and chase after us. I loved doing dangerous stunts as a kid, one of them was after I watched Home Alone, my friends and I thought it would be the GREATEST IDEA EVER to take the mattress, leave the front door to the house open, all three of us hop on the mattress, and go sliding down the stairs. We'd do that over and over and over till one of our parents had to yell at us to stop or we'd get hurt from doing that.

One of my most favorite things to do was visit my friend's house and help care for the chickens, horses, and other animals. I'd also help pick apples, vegetables, whatever chores there were. Sometimes my friends would invite other friends or relatives and we'd all hang out in our treehouse playing boardgames, play with whatever toys we brought with us, read books, or talk about recent events that happened at school.

Another favorite thing of mine to do was explore the woods in my friend's backyard and go down to the river either catching fish with our bare hands turning it into a contest of who can catch the most (we'd never catch any lol), or splosh in the mud having a mud fight throwing mud at each other, or mud wrestling, leaving our parents angry for getting our new clothes dirty lol.

Dammit, I'm 19 and already miss my fun childhood, now I want it back :c

  3. On nights when you can't sleep at all, what do you do? I either lay down in bed and watch tv, I pick up a book to read, or I drink warm milk (usually warm milk knocks me out when nothing else works).

  4. I don't have anxiety that much, but for me I get overwhelmed by sadness for no reason, think lowly of myself, dwell constantly on things that went wrong that's not really a big deal, so no, you're not alone in this. *hugs Chromodoris*

  5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzwkWvAnRbU

Normally I HATED girly girl stuff (except the MLP toys and Strawberry Shortcake) but this game was so fun to play! lol, it ended up becoming a tradition to bring that board game over to a friend's place so we'd sit inside her tree house playing a bunch of board games together. We were all devastated when we lost the magic wand and then the part of the game where it'd talk no longer worked and busted so we had no choice but to throw the game out.

  6. I'm not talking MMORPG's, but classic RPG's. So everypony, whats your favorite RPG(s)? I like Seiken Densetsu 3, Chrono Trigger, Chocobo's Dungeon 2, Lufia And The Fortress of Doom and of course, Pokemon

EDIT: Forgot to say the MOTHER series. *facehoof*

  7. ":1mzyq9be]And stuff like this doesn't help.

Personally? I see stuff like this as a racist joke of sorts. Yeah, it's funny, its a huge stereotype and most bronies will get a laugh out of it, but it has a shard of true hate in it, and people take that shard and use it. /minirant

I thought the video was funny, but

the face at the end, JESUS CHRIST HOW HORRIFYING

  8. Is anyone else tired of the way the media has been doing reports of bronies? Sure, I think its great they're making the fandom more well-known, but what REALLY bugs me is how they almost always exclusively leave out women and children and keep referring to brony as "men who like ponies". There's nothing wrong with men liking ponies, and it shouldn't matter if men like barbies and girls like toy cars, but aren't women and children who really enjoy FiM bronies too? I think its extremely unfair how the media keeps crediting only the male part of the fandom for the series being a success, act like the viewers and fans of FiM who are female and children that also helped the ratings soar aren't of any importance at all and then just push them aside. Sorry if I'm BAAAAAAAAW'ing, and I know its silly to get angry/upset at some stupid news media tackling the brony fandom, but it really annoys me.

  9. I'd like to give'em a shot. Not sure how to install them though, I read the readme file but I see about 3 things that say teamfortress and their a gcf format thingy.

If anypony can clarify, that would be super.

Go to my computer, then hard drive, then program files. Look for Steam, then steamapps. Look for a folder that has your username, click on that and find Team Fortress 2 and just move the folder with the mods to the tf folder thats in the Team Fortress 2 folder.

After finally getting the game to run on my Windows 7 laptop I installed the mod without any problems and its pretty awesome so far. Go team Luna!

  10. I've already had this short ponyfic written awhile ago, but was too nervous to post it and I'm WAY too hard on myself sometimes. After seeing some reviews on my Deviantart and other Brony sites, I figured why not post it here too? And so I did. Hope you guys enjoy and leave some feedback! Here's the link to it on Fanfiction.net :geek:http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7218996/1/My_Little_Pony_Story_of_The_Blanks_Alt_Ending

Friendship is Magic: Story of the Blanks alternate ending

    By: AppleDash

"There was no other way.....no other way she was going to spoil the party."

Applebloom heard voices drifting from far away. All she wanted to do was get out of here and go back home. Oh, why oh why didn't she listen to Twilight? Why didn't she just stay put where she was like a good little filly? Why? Applebloom looked around for a way out of this nightmare, but all she saw was darkness surrounding her, what was once a lovely town when she arrived now lay in shambles, and death was coming for her. This was just a dream, a horrible, horrible dream, a nightmare. And she wanted to wake up.

Applebloom galloped at full speed, her heart pounding with fear, her mind yelling, screaming at her to just run, run as far away from this hell as she could. She stopped when she saw it. The frightening scene that lay in front of her her. The civilians who were once nice and friendly....rose from the dirt, their flesh falling off from their bones, their ribs sticking out, their bodies grotesque and decaying. The vile stench of rotting flesh made her want to gag, but she stood still, frozen with fear, fear and torment and agony, seeing things no filly should ever see.

"The curse had befallen her this very night.... She had the mark, she had to go!"

Applebloom whimpered, tears flowing down her cheeks as she choked on them, then let out a loud sob knowing she was done for, that there was no escape, and she had to accept whatever fate had in store for her. The zombie pony moved closer to Applebloom. She was surrounded, and there was no where to go, no where to hide, and no escape.

"Don't worry, you will never become like her..." The zombified pony grabbed hold of Applebloom with an iron grip, refusing to let her go. Its voice sounded like leaves crackling in the wind. Three Leaf forced Applebloom to look directly into her eyes, like a cat eyeing its prey hungrily.

"Don't be afraid, we will protect you, and then you'll never be like her. We will protect you....forever"

Shadows moved in on Applebloom, moving in closer and closer. Soon, the fear would be gone. Soon, the crying would stop. Soon, the transformation would be complete. And soon, she would become one with the darkness, a vile and horrifying disgusting creature of the night....one of them. In a few minutes, it'd all be over and she wouldn't have to worry anymore...

Applebloom loved Sunny Town. Here, nobody ever made fun of her for being a blank flank. Everyone treated her nice. Treated her like she was one of their own in fact. Here, Applebloom felt acceptance. Suddenly, she didn't care if she stayed a blank flank her whole life. She had made some new friends, she had everything she could have ever wanted, and she wanted it to stay that way. Applebloom never wanted to leave.

"Applebloom, oh Applebloom thank Celestia I found you!" A voice called. It was Twilight, she ran towards Applebloom and hugged her, she was very relieved to find the young filly safe and sound. Applebloom felt relieved too and hugged her back. "Twi!" she shouted, she had never missed anypony so much in all her life. Something wasn't right. Everything seemed a little....too happy. It was really creeping Twilight out. "Let's get out of this creepy place, who knows what lurks in here." Twilight told Applebloom, wanting her to follow her back home.

"I'm sorry Twi....but I can't let you do that. My new friends wouldn't like that very much."

Applebloom's innocent face slowly became a sneer.

  11. About two months ago we had a week solid of torrential downpours here in Missouri. Everything was muddy, the horses were sinking to their knees in some spots, it was nasty. Well, one morning I get woken up at about 4 am or so by my husband, saying something about the horses being loose. I'm thinking okay, we have another fence surrounding the paddock so they won't go far. Our horses are a 16hh appy mare, a 14hh QH cross, a shetland pony and her half full-sized yearling colt, just to give you an idea. He then proceeds to tell me to get up because the horses are in the house.

    ..............

    What?

Apparently, the neighbor's mare was lonely and knocked down a fence panel separating our paddock from hers. Then the shetland, in her infinite genius, unlocked the gate, led the now small herd of 5 horses to the front porch, and let herself into the house. We had a muddy shetland slipping around in the kitchen on the linoleum with my German Shepherd huddled in the hall confused out of his gourd, the appy and QH on the porch destroying our storm door trying to decide who was going to go in next, and the colt and neighbor's mare dancing about in the mud in front of the porch.

Moral of the story? Child proof lock the gates because the pony will figure them out.

Oh god, I used to go visit my friend's house all the time and help feed and care for her horses. Somebody (I can't remember if it was me or my friend that dun goofed) had forgotten to lock the gate and eyup, horses were loose. Thankfully it wasn't as crazy as the horses being loose in the house, but it wasn't fun seeing my friend's mom's angry face when we told her what happened after my friend had to herd every single one back. It was WORSE THEN FLUTTERSHY'S STARE.

  12. Just ordered a ton of new parts for my PC. £600 worth to be precise. Might as well go for a huge upgrade rather than just replacing stuff that's obsolete anyway, eh? Hoping to have everything up and running by Tuesday evening. Wish me luck!

Hope things go well Diego! :)
