I LOVE fairy tales, cryptids, mythology, all sorts of stuff like that. I about died of happiness when they put Tartarus in the show since Greek mythology is my favourite.

As far as fantastical beasts go, some of my favourites are the Thunderbird and Jersey Devil.

I love your designs. Conquest looks awesome! Your use of line is very striking and resembles a character

design for an animation short. Just curious, but where do you work where you're able to draw like this? That's awesome. : )

Funny enough, I work closing shifts at a sandwich shop. It's so dead after a certain point at night that I finish everything and then have a couple of hours to kill before I have to shut it down.

I'm partial to digital art myself, but I've been trying to expand out into other crafts (pendants and small stuffed animals, things like that.)

I have not been around here in ages and have decided to pop back in and try to get into the pony drawing groove once more!

So yeah, I'm going to use this thread to post mostly pony related art that I do (with the occasional side of random cryptids or other things that I draw).

Man. I haven't watched too much anime since high school, but my all time favourite is FLCL. Following that, Cowboy Bebop and Ouran Host Club.

Erk. Didn't realize it was Elements. Full Photoshop has the pen tool, but Elements doesn't. D: (I also did a quick Google search just to be extra sure, and it seems to be the same across the board. )

Definitely seconding Skink on the pen tool; I do pretty much what she suggested a post ago.

You should be able to find the pen tool when you load up PS and just press the 'p' key on your keyboard. That's the shortcut for it and easiest way to get to it.

I know with CS3 it's located to the right on the tab that houses the brush, pencil, etc. It's right above the text tool.

UPDATE Just got the word, Mudbug no longer has that pick of Starflower.

I'd be willing to give it a go if you still need a pic. Just shoot me a PM with a ref of the star flower that you want on there (just so I know we're on the same page at what we're looking at, herp a derp) and anything else you want added. I should be able to have it done later tonight/tomorrow.

Oh man. I'm going to have to go with Winter Wrap Up on that one too just because it's so catchy and is the one that gets stuck in my head the most. Second to that would be the Equestrian Girls parody song used on one of the commercials. XD
