      i suppose the way i make apple pies is a bit different from any cookbook i've seen. atleast how i prepare the apples. most of the time they peel the skin off but i keep it. and i dice it. comes out really really apple-y

      that actually sounds pretty good. Dice it, sprinkle with some cinnamon, and then cook that in. :)

      i also dont just use cinnamon i also add just a pinch of lime juice
