What do you do when you can't get to sleep?

Like now? I sit in Canterchat, browse through youtube, chill on facebook, all sorts of things. Very nice avatar, by the way.

Oh sweet! thanks for the acceptance, and as a Mane Character, no less! As for my opinions on the subjects you brought up...

1. Summer Sun Celebration sounds like a good idea. However, which one would it be? An alternate version of the one nightmare moon came back on? the one after that? (Which would be my suggestion.) Or way in the future?

2. I'm cool with longer posts. I just think we should give enough material for the other characters to reply to. That seems to be a big problem I've had here. And Canterlot sounds like a great place to start the RP.

3. Violence and Death is cool with me, and there are some characters I'd rather not see go, but if it's needed to push the story onward, such as Celestia or Luna dying, I can see how that fits into the story.

4. As for the original Mane Six, I could see some of them being reoccurring characters, such as Twilight giving insight into the Eight, or perhaps some of them coming into combat with the heroes.

As for my own questions...

1. Would our characters already know each other? I can see how they wouldn't know each other, seeing as how some characters my character has never met in other RP's, but is this a universe where we know each other? Or it is just coincidence that we're all there together?

2. Is there going to be a posting order, or posting frequency that we shouldn't go past? Perhaps one post a day by each character, or have an order in which the characters post?

3. Pushing the story in the right direction. Where do we want it to go? Will we have talks in this thread about what areas look like, what's going on, who's where, and for errors in posts and things like that? I don't think we want too much OOC in the posts in the mane thread.

4. (This one's more for the other characters, since It's usually the biggest problem I've ever had.) Please guys, try not to have one sentence posts... It really kills the story. Some threads I've been in have derailed because of one sentence posts. Also, capitalization and grammar are a plus.

5. What if someone has to/does quit? Will a side character take their place as one of the Mane 4?

Hope i'm not being too much of a bother, just want to make sure we have everything on track before we start going anywhere.

[colour=#282828]Physical Appearance: A lean, muscular, indigo body, Two-Toned dark blue and purple mane and tail, and deep teal eyes.[/colour]

Personality: A friendly mare, she is very likable and kind, once you get to know her. She can come off as somewhat too straightforward, and she's a flirt. She is intrigued by history, and collects strange objects that she finds uses for. She loves the nighttime and can often be found gazing at the stars. It almost seems like she never sleeps, but she's always pretty energetic.

Cutie Mark: Five stars surrounding a central star, covering another upside down star. She got it when she found she could read stars and had a knack for finding out the truth in many situations.

Background: Raised south of the badlands, she was adopted and lived in the snowy area, typically dealing with dragons, because her adoptive father fetched gems for them in return for protection. When she found she was adopted, she set off to find her real parents. She found she had a knack for direction during the nighttime, and reads the stars to guide her to where she wants to go. Typically she performs her service as a nighttime guide for free, and is often sent out on explorations to search for lost ponies, so she knows Equestria like the back of her hoof. Now she lives in Cloudsdale, lending her aid to ponies in need all over Equestria.

Okay so apparently we lost a character. What are we going to do about this?

Age of Empires, Starcraft, Warcraft 3. The games take hours but they are so much fun

*Dies* *Twitch, twitch* *Defibrillator floating in the air, zapping my chest* WHOA! *Pant, pant* Dang... I literally died from the awesomeness of your app! Not to mention the fact that the way my character started out is so similar to yours! The only difference? Well, not only is he male, but he was also a sci-fi bad-boy. Though they are very alike when it comes to reasons for being angry...

Aside from that, I am merrily impressed! You are over nine thousand percent accepted, and you will be granted with wing blades... I shall state my reasoning. A slingshot can run out of ammunition, which will render it useless, and a boomerang is blunt, and there is a possibility of losing it... at least I think there is. >.> Wing blades can definitely do a good kill shot, though. As a blade in the shadows rather than the crowd, she should do just fine!

Totally made this character up on the fly too. xD well thank you. I came up with the wing blade idea from another rp i'm in. I'm assuming you're running this similarly to how ThunderHorse was/is running his bioshock and his amnesia ones? or i presume you have your own style? She likes other ponies, most of the time, and often becomes friends with them. However, she feels wary of unicorns, because of her past with them. When she was small, a group of unicorn raiders burned her house down. Her father was killed in the fire and her mother disappeared altogether. Flame (at that point called Starlight), survived the fire, seemingly unharmed. That day, she changed her name and left her burnt down home, searching to find the raiders and make them pay for what they did. She got her cutie mark that day as well. The red half signifying her determination to find revenge and her fiery temper, and the blue half signifying her strong spirit[/colour].

Starcraft is not a Korean RTS. It is a game developed in the United States by an American company that is highly popular in Korea. Calling it a Korean RTS is like calling Sailor Moon an American anime.XD

Oh jeez. one for each. XD um.... i think more input before i decide, that is, if i don't decide to do all of them.

So... I had some ideas for RP's and thought i may as well check and see if anyone was interested in them.

Number 1: A World at War.

The popular game Starcraft, but ponified. (4 players maximum). Equestria has taken to the stars, establishing life on many different worlds, each having their own rulers, but Equestria itself still functions as a central hub to the other worlds. Ships are seen flying in and out of it, transporting goods and ponies back and forth between the worlds. However, dark day have descended, with one planet, bustling with life, suddenly disappeared from the radars, and every ship sent there somehow disappears. Princess Celestia herself sends the heroes to investigate the cause of the disappearance, only to find two warring alien species' warring on the once peaceful planet. They had known there was life out there, but none could predict the ferocity and destruction that the species would spread. On one side, the Zerg: An alien species that converts the very ground it steps on into an organic, purplish, slimy mess, devoiding it of all life. A corrupt species, corrupting worlds and spreading like wildfire. On the other side, the Protoss: An elite species, technologically advanced beyond anything that Equestrians have ever seen. However, their species is being worn thin by the massive amounts of Zerg funneling into the world, seemingly from nowhere. The heroes arrive on this planet, along with a small group of explorers and attempt to build their own military to stop the spread of the Zerg forces.

Number 2: Not What we Expected

A group of ponies sitting around playing Dungeons and Dragons, Which their characters are humanized. (6 ponies maximum). Over time, they find themselves sucked into the game, putting themselves in the game. They find that their heroes are not what they expected. Seeing their characters go corrupt over time, they must find a way to stop their heroes from bringing doom upon the world and joining with their originally predicted nemesis. Filled with dungeons, monsters, various mythological beasts, and surprising twists and turns.

Number 3: The Other-world

Based off of nothing in particular (That I know of, that is.), A small group of ponies is sucked through a portal into a world where everything LOOKS normal, but when they try to touch something, they simply pass through it. (3-4 Ponies) They find that they are all in a coma, but somehow live in a connected, ethereal world, where they can see the present, and the past of themselves or others. They must find how they were put in a coma, and WHY, and their only contact is a small filly by the name of Scootaloo. Amnesia affects all of them right before their accident, and they want to find out how to get out of it. (This one definitely needs some work still.)

Those are just a few ideas. Any thoughts from anyone would be appreciated.

Dear Santa Hooves,

I would love a picture of my OC, Starbuster, and her close friend Star Storm (Who I was okay'd to add in here). I wish that Starbuster could be sitting inside, opening presents, and the present she just opened, Star Storm pops out of, surprising Starbuster. The background would be a small Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a few more presents sitting underneath it. The present would be red, with yellow ribbons, to contrast Star Storm's and Starbuster's dark blue colours. A window in the background would show it being nighttime, with snow falling lightly outside. (rest is optional) Pictures of a younger Starbuster would adorn the walls and Starbuster would have a scarf wrapped around her neck loosely. I hope this isn't too much detail for you. Thank you
