In the end, its still compromise- and both parties still benefit from the compromise, essentially delivering the core message that working together can lead to a win/win situation.
Oh, if only My Little Pony:FiM was around during the days of our founding fathers. There would be no trail of tears.

God, I put this up as a joke, but you guys are making it sound all fun and stuff now.

My pony Gallant Quill x Brayburn
I figured Brayburn was going to get a few fans after that episode.
Fans are starved for male ponies. Big Macintosh has like 5 lines in the whole series but a rabid fanbase. I guess it helps that he's really cool looking, but still.

[ Creature Related Character ]
Name:Bloomberg Bloomburg
Gender: Male
Age: Adolescent
Species:Bloomburg Apple Tree
Apple Color: Ranging from deep crimson to an autumnal orange.
Physique & Colors: Young and flexible, with a medium brown trunk and sunny green foliage
Residence: Appleloosa
Occupation: Growing Apples. Accounting.
Likes: Ponies that quiety read and play beneath his bough. Warm, sunny summers. Mild, wet springs.
Dislikes: Early harvests, inexperienced apple buckers, buffaloes.
Character Summary: Bloomberg has been around longer than any of you. He's seen many seasons pass, and has learned the value of patience. As such, he is quiet, and takes his actions very deliberately, often taking years or even decades to accomplish his goals. Why, he remembers when Granny Smith was young and hot. Her initials are still carved in Bloomberg's trunk, along with Apple Computer, Apple Jack's grandfather (he invented the abacus). His proudest accomplishment was 28 years ago at the Ponyville county fair, when he produced "best apple" and won the blue ribbon. Good times. More recently, he was moved to Appleloosa, which was difficult. He misses all his old friends at AJ's orchard, but it hasn't taken him long to get acquainted with the new gang. He's quite popular with the ladies. He's recently sent pollen off to both Red Delicious (that little vixen!) AND Pink Lady (so pure and gentle), and he hopes to someday produce a whole new strain of apple, and thousands of trees.

yay i did it! at first i was all like, waht am i supposed to be doing? then i was all WHOA IT'S 3D! =D nice job! if somepony doesnt understand how it works is, when you cross your eyes eather the normal way or looking towards your nose that the images cross and form a type of 3D effect. The images cross and become the same image, thanks for making this dessa!
That first time finally getting it to work is a great feeling. Could you do advanced mode and super-advanced mode?

Or perhaps

Yet another episode, I might add, where Pinkie Pie knows how to solve the conflict way ahead of everyone else. Notice that when she's singing she points out that they're both herbivores and stuffs an apple into their mouths? In the end, those tasty apples are what brought everypony together.
I also noticed that when the group is reunited, Fluttershy reacted the most, and tackled Pinky. She didn't even mention Rainbow Dash. Maybe a little something there, hmm???
Mmm, sexy burlesque Pinkie Pie :q

I want Part 2!
This episode is very well written (though I didn't catch the "everybody"), and I applaud those involved with it for actually creating an episode on such a sociocultural topic.
You must mean the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. See apple trees are like centuries old olive groves on the Gaza strip and...

I have a feeling this episode will provoke controversy over race.
This episode probably shades toward the bottom of my list. I liked it enough, I guess. Pinkie Pie was great in it, as usual. "Friendship requires compromises" is a half-assed moral though, don't you think? There's a big ol' conflict, and it gets solved because the apples are tasty? Clearly, they needed to talk it over, and refused to. That's a better moral, I think.

Good stuff. I wish I could add or argue, but you said it all right up there.
Oh! I can say: You remember that part where they were talking about Fluttershy exploding, and Pinkie wondered if she could explode twice? That was funny.

So, as you might have guessed, I'm a fan of the original My Little Pony. Draggle truly was more like me than any other fictional character in '86 and admittedly, the original series will always be my favorite. That said, Friendship is Magic is the best thing to happen to the pony franchise since its beginnings, and I love how popular it has gotten. I found this forum by accident by finding the IRC chat by accident, and I hope to stick around.
In real life business, besides being Draggle twenty-five years after riding the smooze on a boob ship and dirtying up Flutter Valley, I'm a married mother of five and a teaching assistant. I don't act my age, by the way. There is nothing intimidating about me, no matter my old fart status and no matter how much I type (which can be a lot).
Welcome!

A: This is awesome
B: Why is Fluttershy just a palette swap of Dash?

I whistle or hum "Winter Wrap-Up." Also, if I'm happy I shout at the top of my lungs: "yay!"

i envy you!
You envy me!? You're the best artist on this board, IMO. All I did was copy and translate. You've got a sense of anatomy and design, and come up with great ideas. I wish I was half as good as you.

Colorwise it worked. It just seemed flashy for a character who prefers to be invisible. Which is kinda the whole episode in a nutshell.
Rainbow Dash would have been a better model.

I'll hit you up, Pop!
( Calf-psychotic, sick hoofnotic, got my pixels electronic! )

I'll add a background if you like it, so you can use it like a proper avatar (although your current avvies are better). Maybe the little circles and triangles that would normally go by her cutie mark?

For Liberace, perhaps. Or Elvis.

Winter wrap up without instrumentals (mostly):

And without vocals:

For happy fun times, try manually synching them.

Notice any bloopers? I just found this one:
Right after 4:00 (the forum doesn't like timestamps in the youtube link, I guess)

Notice it? Pinkie Pie's head disappears!
A picture of it:

I needn't animation, if you're looking to go quick and easy when you get to mine.
Also, if you want, I can do up a pony of yours in pixel art, and we can make it a trade.
Given that Silver is just a head, currently, I should note that she's a pegasus foal, if you intend to draw a body. Don't worry about the cutie mark (or just make something up, w/e).

Of course, someone had to post it.
It's on my FB wall.

And not only new background ponies (a lot of them!) but all kinds of crazy outfits on them as well. Along with new locations, new backgrounds, and a TON of crowd shots. They put plenty of work into this. Most cartoons don't even animate crowd shots, and if they do, it's usually just a few people in the front. If these guys have a low budget, Faust is the George Lucas of cartoons and this is her Star Wars.

Every episode is my new favorite episode.

Wait, 5?
You tryin' ta trick me with your fancy mathematics?
Since you would dare be so impertinent as to question the mighty Celestia's will, you must now choose one pony to exclude.
