1. Background: Rumor spreads like an infection throughout Equestria. A scholar looking for a team to seek out a long lost land? Could you just imagine the types of forgotten history and relics that would be hidden in such a place? Huscarl breeds an undying passion to search out such a person and take part in such. He definitely is well versed in what an explorer would want in their party.

  2. Ahh, seeing your guidelines being similar to WoE. I might as well throw in my accepted dragon into the mix.

I believe this answers all your required fields other than the last appropriately. :)

Goals/Objectives: To horde the available information in his cave in order to recapture and preserve a forgotten past what might otherwise be lost to time for the rest of eternity.

  3. Foalfellow smirked slightly. regaining his composure himself from the harassment from Blue and the recent replies from most of the ponies in the shop. He initially looked agitated and offended as Elderflower, Copper and Peace had all saw it fit to impart their wisdom onto him, but quickly shifted back and forth between a wide variety of emotions, such as anger, sadness and even happiness. In fact, his expression was changing faster than the weather was when Discord had his fun in Ponyvile.

"As much as I appreciate the kind enlightening words from all three of you, I have yet to make a single decoration about 'Change'". Foalfellow continued, ever persistent in his approach to the situation.

"You see, success is a very interpretive term...." Foalfellow exclaimed, looking in the eyes of Elderflower, with a noticeably lower tone of voice. Now more soothing and soft in comparison to his load bellowing voice from the start of his speech. "I can tell, you have painted me with a brush of malice and discontent" Foalfellow moved around, looking specifically in the eyes of each pony in the shop to give the impression of sincerity and genuine compassion into his current words.

"You all, most likely are viewing me as a money grabbing fiend, bent on milking this lovely tea house for every bit it has.... But I assure you Elderflower, you are more like me than you realize" He continued. "I've heard about this Tea house, we all have... Hence the reason there are 4 stallions inside this wonderful place this late in the evening. What I am suggesting Elderflower... Is not for as you would of interpreted as 'Change' but rather of 'Expansion'".

"How many customers does this tea house receive in one standard day? Simply put, the answer is, not enough. Now I know what you are thinking right now" taking a step back, and imitating another ponies voice "Oh, he only wants the money! He doesn't care about the tranquility of this tea house!" Taking a step forward, he continued in his raspy, and distinct tone of voice "I want people all over Equestria to feel the same way ponies in Canterlot do when they enter this place! I want to spread the love and kindness to places such as Trottingham, or Stalliongrad! Not destroy this unique, genuine place with change..." He lowered his head In despair "And this is what I get for trying to spread the joy across Equestria....".

"I don't want this place to change, I simply want more ponies to... as you say 'enter a place of healing, and not of profit'" still with his head lowered, as if he was deeply offended and disappointed. shedding a small, single tear. It fell, as if by slow motion to the floor of the Teahouse.

  4. "Hmmm? Oh my dear! Do not misinterpret my conjecture in such a way!" Said a lone voice in the corner, in an offended, though sarcastic tone. All of a sudden, the stallion jumped up lively from his seat "I am speaking of course, of investment!" his voice echoing throughout the tea-house. The formerly silent pony was of a stark contrast to his former self. Now, he was full of energy, and absolutely unforgivably enthusiastic about his approach to the current situation.

"Why madam, this Lychee Juice might just be the finest, most refreshingly, refilling liquid substance there is!" Foalfellow added, grabbing the the cup of Lychee juice and promptly drinking the rest of it in front of everypony in the Tea-house, he sure did bask in the attention."And with a face like yours? Well, there is where my favorite word comes into play...." He quickly dashed across the Tea-House, and placed a hoof across Elderflower's shoulder in a friendly manner (making sure to touch Blue in any way), "Opportunity!" he shouted, ensuring that his voice was heard loud and clear throughout the tea-house "And where there is opportunity! There is success! Something, that I indeed, know a thing or two about!"

"While that may be true. Mail delivery is very essential."

"My good friend, I was not mocking you in the slightest. In fact, you play a role in society that provides the very 'bread and butter' for our very civilization!" He replied, turning to Care Package "I was just making the point that with an appropriate amount of investment, EVERYTHING can be improved upon!" he replied in vigorous determination. Everything seemed to be going incredibly smoothly so far.

  5. Compliments. It seemed as if everybody in the shop was due to owe Elderflower compliments. Out of all of them, Copper seemed to be spewing them left, right and center. This irked Foalfellow slightly.

"Well..I'm just saying...ponies all over Equestria need to taste these drinks. And mail delivery...is right up my alley."

"There is more that this place could benefit from than just a mail delivery service..." Foalfellow added, breaking his silence from his corner, still with his eyes seemingly glued onto his book. He spoke with a refined, gentlepony manner. He smiled slightly, knowing that his words would surely cause some sort of a stir in the Teahouse.

  6. Foalfellow waved his right fore-hoove slowly, with a smirk on his face as Elderflower's eyes darted over to him. He most definitely was not concentrating entirely on his book.

Sitting in the corner allowed him to gain a new perspective. He could now observe everypony in the shop, and determine their characteristics by silently sizing them up in a refined, educated manner. There was the smiling stallion in the worn jumpsuit, seeing that he was in a jumpsuit (and a grimy one, nevertheless) was a sign that he was working in some type of labor job. One of those more 'hooves-on' jobs. You could always find some type of work for ponies like that.

There was the one who had introduced himself as 'Care-Package' who seemed friendly enough in his inquisitive nature. He also seemed willing and able to help out with deliveries. Once again, another useful trait that you could always find work for.

There was the pony who had just entered, 'Peace Keeper'. an Intriguing name, though difficult to determine what he is good, or bad at. One could easily imagine what line of work he would be doing though.

and then, there was Elderflower. Foalfellow thought, while looking around the tea-house. Dropping his book to the table and taking a modest sip of his Lychee Juice. It was nice, refreshing after a hard, honest days work...... If only he would of known what such a thing is. Before picking up his book again, and cunningly leaning back. It wasn't the end of the day yet...

  7. Foalfellow found the mare's craftsmanship and positive attitude refreshing. A pony who continues to smile when doing such a meaningless task must be living life by their own accord, as he took note of her every movement while poring his drink.

“You may leave your bits on the table when you leave,” she said kindly, tilting her head to one side as she smiled, “If you need anything else, please let me know!”

He nodded in acknowledgement of her kind words, taking another short polite bow and extending his fore-hooves out to his sides, just as a showman would do, as intended as a display of respect. He left the other ponies to their own meaningless adventures in the Teahouse. Now, Within earshot of conversations, perhaps he could finally learn something about the place... He left the drink on the table, as he pulled out a book from one of the suits many pockets to encase himself in a charade to make himself look busy. The books name was 'Living in Hope', perhaps somebody in the Tea House would notice it.
