I believe I started watching the show after the article was published but it was really only after Dragonshy that I really got into it. Yay for adventure episodes! And slice of life. Slice of life is okay too

I personally recommend waiting till the middle or close to the end of the sale in case any additional bonus games are revealed for the bundle. It's risky knowing how the average price fluctuates but it's so worth it if only for Metro 2033 (First game I got all achievements for. I ... have a problem )

Also only 6 potion effects at the moment - Speed, Haste, Jump Boost, Resistance, Regeneration and Strength - and even then you need a really big beacon to get most of the effects like so:

I was also wondering how many of you use the Tekkit, Technic or other mod compilations? My lady and I personally use Tekkit to play with a friend and I've dabbled somewhat into Mo' Creatures and Thaumcraft on Technic. I enjoy the machines you're able to build in Industrialcraft and it always warms my heart to see the Buildcraft engine pumping away. Yay industry! ... and agriculture (I'm addicted to cross-breeding. Such pretty plants )

I believe my first video game was King's Quest. Came with this amazing handbook too that you needed to translate the runic language used in the game or browse for clues. It's sad to know you no longer get any of those fancy handbooks any more, much less adventure games

How I became a fan of MLP:FiM: I believe it was an article on io9 that drew my attention to the fiasco around the now infamous (and wrong) article about the first episode and out of curiosity I decided to take a look. It didn’t look like something I would like to watch at the time but I thought I’d stick around for a couple more episodes and I’m glad I did
