I wasn't sure if I should share this since it's a centaur but I've been doodling the man 6 as "My Little Centaurs" and thought I would share this haha! Just a little doodle of Pinkie Pie centaur!

Oh my word.. I haven't been here in about a year... But since I've finally been able to catch up with MLP FIM, ponies have taken over my life again and it's all I draw now! It only made sense to just make a thread and give myself a place to post all my pony spam.

Most of what I post will probably be just silly little doodles like this though ahahh!

Holy sweaters, I just noticed that I said Evergree forest instead of EverFREE oh lordy, I was not thinking.. I'm from the Evergreen state so my mind just automatically registered that.. wahhhh good job Chelsea

@GingerMint: Thank you! You know, I didn't think of that but that's a cool concept! Haha giant chickens I imagined sky herding would be like directing traffic in the seasons, guiding birds and flying creatures in the direction of south and whatnot haha!

Haha I've wondered that myself! My conclusion is that she probably flies south with the birds to somewhere warmer to pull their weeds... or she just ends up sitting in the window waiting for spring

Alright I just had to say that I love this concept of Rarity and Braeburn's filly! And Golden Apple is a really clever name for such a mish mash too! She's sooo lovely and the high hooves is so clever and appropriate too haha! Very cool!

I want something to do in between working on my commissions and since I'm in a pony drawing mood, I'd like to take requests! I'm only taking 1 at a time so watch the thread carefully if you want one. This means my title may frequently alternate between closed and open, depending on how quickly I finish these. So yea!

Please provide the name and an image of your pony and if something is unclear of your pony, like the cutie mark is covered up, please tell me.. I don't like to guess

Oh my gosh she's sooo cute! I love her turquoise eyes and the little physical connection of how her mane varies in shades like Rainbow Dash's but in shades that were in Twilight Sparkle's mane!

I also thought a foal of the Wonderbolts Spitfire and Soarin would be a cute combination and I just love the Wonderbolts so I started messing around with ideas for what their foal could possibly look like and thought I would enter her!

Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Royal blue with cyan around the base/hair line mimicking a blue flame.

Eye Color: Burnt Sienna like her mama Spitfire

Cutie Mark: A orange and goldenrod sun with a cyan lightning bolt over the top of it.

Motivation: Solar Flare wants to some day be on the Wonderbolt squad like her parents Spitfire and Soarin. More specifically, she wants to be the leader of the barrel-rollers.

Likes: Sarcasm, The Thunderbolts, clearing clouds, practicing sky bound tricks, winning, Nachos with Jalapenos

Dislikes: Having her thunder stolen, mumbling, being forced to walk, the sound that hooves make on tile

Character Summary:

From the very first moment that Soarin and Spitfire laid eyes on Solar Flare, they knew that she had a fierce personality full of gusto! It became a task keeping a close watch on the curious foal, so full of energy. She could spend hours exploring and wandering off to the Evergreen Forest. Solar Flare's personality, so full of gusto, made it a little challenging for the two Wonderbolts when it came to monitoring their little fireball of a daughter so they quickly came to the decisions that it was time to enroll her in Junior Speedster Flight School.

Just like they had assumed, Solar Flare quickly picked up the skill of flying and made it her own! It wasn't long until she was racing the birds as they left for the winter and returned in the spring. She tumbled, nosedived and created mini dust devils on leaf covered dirt paths in the fall. Learning to fly for Solar Flare brought a whole new level of fun and adventure!

Solar Flare was a natural flier. The skill came easy to her and because of it, she rarely walked unless it was completely necessary or she had to be polite. One morning, Solar Flare was helping to clear the clouds near the mountains (but was doing more of poking wholes in the clouds then actual clearing) when she spotted a bird nest on the steep edge of the mountain. The side of the nest looked a little weak, like it was starting to sag but the mama bird didn't seem to notice this like Solar Flare did. She watched as one of the bird eggs slowly rolled down the weak side of the nest and tumbled down the edge of the mountain. Alarmed and struck with determination to save the egg from smashing at the base of the mountain, Solar Flare put the move that she had been struggling to perfect, into play to save the egg! A barrel roll boost. She maneuvered around and hadn't even realized that she had achieved the barrel roll boost, as she desperately charged towards the falling egg! Solar Flare reached it just in time and was able to safely return it to the mama bird and help to fix the malfunction of the nest.

After Solar Flare's heroic act, she returned home since it was getting late. She was so excited that she had made a perfect barrel roll boost and she couldn't wait to tell her mother and father about it! It wasn't until Soarin pointed out her new cutie mark that she even knew she had gotten it! Solar Flare was so excited and proud of herself for getting her cutie mark. All her hard work had finally paid off and she knew that this was only the beginning for her! She would some day, not only be apart of the Wonderbolts, but she would perform her talents to help ponies in need.

I hope that I'm writing enough? Writing isn't my strong suit so I had to make an honest effort here

Also, once I have some free time, I may open up some pony requests then. Drawing ponies has become an addiction and I have seen SO MANY fun and unique ponies already and I've only been here under a day!

HELLO! I just joined today so that I could participate in the foal contest, but this place is so pleasant and everyone seems so nice so I wanted to introduce myself and slowly become a regular hopefully!

Now to introduce myself. My name is Chelsea and I'm a very new fan of My Little Pony FIM! I started to watch it a couple of weeks ago and within days, I was hooked and already done with season one! The only thing that I regret is not watching it sooner... Anyways, I like to think of myself as a fairly friendly person and my favorite thing to do is draw(currently lots of ponies ehehh)! I hope to make alot of new pallies while I'm here and Viva la ponies!!

Eeee I'm so excited for this! I'm a very new pony lover as I just started(and finished) watching My Little Pony FIM just a couple of weeks ago and I've been struck with the pony fever.. and I'm loving it....

I found this through My Little Pony news and thought that it looked like alot of fun and thought I would try my hand at designing a character concept based on a cross between Applejack and Derpy eheheh~

Name: Dandelion

Species: Pegasus

Pelt Color: Warm, medium grey

Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Light blond with slightly lighter blond streaks throughout the mane and tail. Man and tail is loosely braided and many small pieces are sticking out, giving it a thick but sloppy appearance. Braided tail and mane are tied with dark blue ties. Has three off-white freckles on each cheek.

Eye Color: Green

Cutie Mark: A dandelion that appears to be blowing apart by a light breeze.

Motivation: Dandelion's favorite pass-time is, believe it or not, weeding! She loves freshening up a garden patch so that more lovely flowers can be planted in it's place.

Likes: Spring and Summer when it's gardening season and the weeds need pulling, weeding, Apple Turnovers, Flying low through a big weed patch and making all the little parachute seeds float away~

Dislikes: The winter

Character Summary: Dandelion is a very high spirited little filly even when she's not always the most coordinated. She isn't very competitive but she sure gets a rush out of making an honest effort and working hard. She earned the name "Dandelion" from her thick and wild mane of blond hair and her habit of saying the strangest things at odd moments. Dandelion was basically an odd ball as a foal, but because she was so optimistic most of the time, it never really got her down.

Dandelion also developed another nickname that late-bloomers got and that was "Blank Flank." She was teased for not having her cutie mark but she refused to let it get to her and would escape to her safe-haven that was a large patch of wild flowers. She would spend hours here just letting her mind wander and would even share a few solid statements that she had with the flowers. Then one day, she noticed something new about her wild flower patch. There was a patch dandelions there and this excited Dandelion. She was also told that one must pick dandelions but she didn't understand why. They were so pretty. Too pretty to be a weed. So she let them stay in her wild flower patch until one day, they had lost their lovely yellow color which was replaced with this odd, puffy, white flower that was unlike anything that Dandelion had ever seen. A breeze rushed through the flowers and caused the delicate puffy dandelion to fall apart and be carried away with the wind! Dandelion's eyes grew wide with awe. She didn't know that was what Dandelions did! They flew just like she could!

And then it all came together. Dandelions must be picked so that more can appear! We all know that this is not why people weed, but to Dandelion, that was the point of weeding and she was alright with that! Whenever someone needed their garden weeded in the spring time, Dandelion was there to do the job with a big smile on her face and nothing gave her more happiness! She had found her passion in life and that was, believe it or not, weeding gardens. So as the pattern goes, this is the story of how Dandelion received her cutie of a dandelion blowing in the wind!

Dandelion also enjoyed helping at the apple farm, but with her it was just never more than a chore(but a fun one at that) and she just never felt the passion other Apple relatives did for the task. And although it was a shock to the rest, they all quickly came to the realization that she was still the same quirky Dandelion that they adored. And her motivation to pull weeds turned out to be a very useful and important asset to the farm after all, when Applebuck season approached. I guess it just goes to show... When life gives you dandelions... make a wish!
