May I ask why the limit is 6? The server doesn't lag a whole bunch, and I don't think our connection is

exactly international enough to cause any problems.

Also, I own a boathouse near the lake as of present.

I change the server as necessary to be able to get all the ponies on there. I'll go ahead and raise it up to 8 again now.

Alright, I've managed to get the 1.1 snapshot working. So everyone should be able to update to 1.1 for now.

Nope, I get the "took too long to log in" The server has been patched to disallow 1.0.0 it appears...

Hmm.. It's also an issue I seem to be having. Let me see if I can get this thing working...

Anyway, I have a bit of a clarifying question. When I try to log onto the server, it gives me an error message of: "Disconnected by server. Took too long to log in." IS that something that can be solved by updating to 1.1 (as BrainBlackberry was discussing), or it is something else entirely?

That's the message it gives you? Sounds like its just taking a long time for you to log in so its disconnecting you. Try upgrading to 1.1 then using the patch to downgrade back down to 1.0.

When will the server update?

It normally takes about a week or two for the next version of bukkit to come out.

Welp, I dont know who did it, but somone reailly ticked off the admin... flying's been dissabled... *glares at the two-or-so-others who had fly mods installed* (was it me? are you *that* mad about the ship? if it'll get you to re-enable flying I'll deliberately stage an incinerator malfunction and burn it to the ground!)

I guess on the bright side this means no worries about how to build cloudsdale...

...and in-game I guess Dash fell and broke her wings too now... I forsee a lot of accidents happening to Pegasai... or a lot of players choosing other characters now... *muses* maybe I'll switch to a unicorn... I'll have to see which skins are available...

I took a look at the server yesterday and I saw the exact same thing. I logged in ok but on the list, it just said "Communication Error".

Its a common bug for people using version 1.0.1 when there's a new version available for download. Just ignore it until I can get the server running on 1.1.0

I'm not sure how good your computers are but one way I like to deal with insanely huge maps is getting a little minimap mod. It's pretty easy to install and it's extremely useful to be able to pin waypoints so you can know where you are going and how far you are. The nice part is, you can save as many waypoints as you want and turn each of them on individually (making it show on an arrow on the map) or off if you don't need to see them. But sometimes, this can be a little tough on your computer as it's rendering the map and the minimap up on the corner. Though, with enough tweaking, I'm sure you can get it to work.

Oh that's a relief. Glad we'll soon have enough on-going wool to start cloudsdale!

We already have enough wool. I gave Bramble about 50 stacks of white wool, and a stack or more of each colored wool.

Once the 1.1 version of CraftBukkit comes out I'll be updating the server. Until then I'd recommend not updating your client if you want to play on the server.

Okay this is probably stupidest question ever asked but ive seen alot of those moving profile pics and I think they are pretty cool so Im just askin how can I get those?

Or you could create one of your own.

Sorry, the server was down for just a little bit, Just had to get it back up and running via a restart. Everything should be set to go here in just a few.

Main post has been updated with current donation status. Anypony is free to get on the server at anytime. Since Its gotten a bit.. empty, I've emptied out the whitelist. No reserved slots for anypony.

After cleaning the shop, Starburst grabs a basket full of coupons and trots outside, using them to lure unsuspecting customers to their fates.

We won't see this until 1.1. Bukkit doesn't do snapshots for a very good reason.

I updated to 1.0 Bukkit.. But that's a real pity. I guess I'll just give anyone who needs the wool for cloudsdale the wool.

I've allocated wool for the building of cloudsdale into the chest outside of Canterlot. You'll know it when you see it.

Has that update actually happened? I haven't seen any client side patching to indicate it has come out yet.
