Hey great job on it! I figure your using digital art, Im a traditional artist and i find that the best way to draw water for me is to first overlay most of the paper with blues, purples and violets. Then you blend them together, For waves and such just Erase little Jagged lines for the choppyness then you got water! Reflections are kinda just redrawing the reflected item but add Chinks and such to it to symbolify Light distortion. Hope that helps.
