Ok, the changes have been made. How's that look?

K, I went through and made the suggested changes. How's it look now?

Hmmm... Okay, the basic idea is solid and it can be tweaked.

For the record vaults are called stables

1) 4 Special points too many. You can have special training x3 and only have to remove two points.

2) I've no idea how vats will work here, so feel free to replace you perk for ap points. Same deal for your xp perk.

3) your history. Unit was a little off. Yes, the Steel Rangers are the Remenants of the Equestrian armed forces, but so are the Grand Pegasus Enclave. Problem is, these don't recruit. You're born into it or adopted in, otherwise you're just trash to them. Basically it destroy's your story.

But there is another option! The NCA (New Caledonian Alliance) is the pony version of the NCR. You're character can hale from Caledonia been a vault dweller there, joined the NCA after leaving the stable and figuring he can do good work there. The elite forward recon for the NCA are the rangers and the desert rangers(the guy that fires the sniper from new vegas's gate during the start screen demo movie is a desert ranger). There, new story.

But do tell us of his adventures and why he was considered elite enough to be in the rangers.

Well in terms of the SPECIAL points... That was something that Fallout New Vegas had... That's without adding or taking away... I'll go ahead and add the intense training.

The story you suggested and the faction would actually work nicely! Since I like the NCR.

The rangers bit was because I don't know what factions you all had here, and then someone only mentioned Rangers and another faction... Which now leaves me confused to high heaven...

He stood up and dropped then into the ground, and he covered his own eyes. They hit the ground with enough force to send dirt and debris flying about. When it cleared, he was gone.

"Really?" He thought, that was a little dumb... Making them on a team when they weren't supposed to even act as much... If that were the case... How could they get anything accomplished? The thought kept picking at his mind.

"One question. What if the three of us work as a team to get the key?" Black asks.

Black sky then came into the area of secret stuff.

"Really? I can't stand to think about it." Black said.

"Yes sensei." Black said as he walked off. No eating, huh? That wasn't gonna be fun... He had to eat to keep up with his calorie output... But his sensei instructed it...

"Um... Okay..." He said, he set off at break neck speeds, he was moving so fast it was almost like he was teleporting. Within a blink of an eye, the targets all were broken to pieces. He landed just infront if them and scratched his mane.

"Heh... Sorry... Got a little carried away there..." He laughed.

"I don't really know any jutsu other than healing..." He said.

(He's kinda like rock lee in terms of his tae jutsu.)

"Just a friendly warning to you Pyro Blaze... Don't talk to him like that... He might misinterpret it as disrespect." Black wispered a warning to Pyro.

(Well if that's the case, just use grey mane. Since throwing in a third name would be overkill.)

"Awesome!" Black said, hopping out of the tree and swiftly landing on his feet, "the bame's Black Sky."

Black Sky was already in the training grounds, however, he was napping in a tree nearby waiting for everyone else to come.

History: Not much of Black Sky is known... He joined some time ago and has been very well known for his speed, and lack of knowledge in any other jutsu. He is seen as an underdog with heart. Though most look down upon him, he doesn't give up. His only desire in life is to protect those dear to him. He is generally a pretty funny guy, but he knows when to knock it off and get serious. He is often seen sleeping in a tree somewhere on his downtime.
