  1. Why do you hate on things?

    Is it because of:

    A) You have fully experienced it yourself and you honestly didn't like it.

    B) You have semi-experienced it yourself and you assume you'll hate the rest of it.

    C) You never experienced it and you assume you'll just hate it.

    D) People close to you said they hated it, so you assume you'll hate it.

    E) You randomly heard/read that it sucked, and you assume you'll hate it.

    F) You're envious, and to make yourself feel better, you purposely hate on it.

    G) You don't actually hate it, but you don't want to ruin your reputation, so you hate on it with the rest of the world.

    H) Other.

I ask because I want to figure out why people refuse to watch/read/hear/taste/etc. certain subjects.

For instance, a lot of people hate on Justin Bieber. Is it because he actually did something evil? No. All he did was sing his heart out to the world, and he gets attacked verbally in return. Is his singing really that bad? Personally, I actually love a few of his songs.

    Please leave comments and opinions~

  2. That critic pony certainly isn't very nice, he should have been kind and said, "I'm sorry, this one doesn't work." No need to go all into explicit details to offend others.

But still, we all worried that Fancy Pants will go back to his old ways. However, I wonder when does this comic take place as Fancy Pants did make a cameo appearance during the Mare Wars : Attack of the Pinkie Clones episode.

Lol, also at the end of 'The Canterlot Wedding' when seen with Rarity.

Though, I'm pretty sure this is set in either Season 3 or even after, as you can see that he and Rarity are fairly acquainted.

  3. I'm glad to see others were horrified by fancy pants. This is a 100% departure from his character. The two CANNOT co-exist.

The critic was a terrible character. He sucks at his job and shouldn't have it. Additionally, he has no self respect if he pretends to change his opinion for Celestia, then goes back to snubbing it.

The art was excellent. I loved how the word balloons literally crushed or lifted her up, and did you notice the first set? Most are negative, but a few are nice! In my first pass, I missed this, as did Fluttershy. Isn't that how it goes? The nice things get drowned out.

Yeah, fear usually makes you miss the simplest of things.

Hai. I know I barely knew you, but you have no idea how hard your words hit me; it's something I can personally relate to. I'm sorry we didn't get to know each better and wish for you to come back, but I know that might not be a possibility.

I'll pray for you tonight. Hopefully you'll find a future you can happily live in.

    Cheers~

  5. I saw the reviews too, I also don't know where the hell did they come from. What the bloody hell, man?! It's not only just a kids show, it's also not meant to insult religion in any way one bit. I don't see anything particular of Christianity, Islam or any others that also has something specific to insult a religion. *facepalm and sigh*

Critiques just critique... anyone can tie any subject to anything.

  6. OMG! You're right, I can't believe it. Hmm, I think here's the actual secret as well, he has to act like that with the other elites. Not so sure if he already generate some dislike among the other elites since the Garden Party.

It would seem strange though. Fancy Pants was... well, Fancy Pants. He's the elite of the elite. He's the one to look up to next to Princess Celestia, and for him to be unclassy was just weird.
