If you're second guessing your favorite pony now, that means you haven't found one you can completely dedicate yourself to loving. I've always said that you don't pick your favorite pony, they pick you. It's honestly the truth. Go for Rarity for a little while, see how you like it. If you decide to stay, awesome!
