Evening in the Everfree [Open, RainbowDaringDash]

Luna could not help that perhaps at least one of these ponies was not fully grasping the situation as it stood before them - a light snort escapes the blue alicorn, faint enough to be discounted by anyone hearing it as nothing more than a whisper in the wind, a simple trick of the ear and nothing more. At any rate, her attention was drawn to the fact that the tree these ponies were after was not too far from their location...which would make their leaving the forest a simple case of mass teleportation out of Everfree should it be required immediately after. However, she was not going to simply 'resort' to that if these ponies did not desire or request such added assistance - they were, thankfully, not SO deep into the forest that simply turning tail and making a hasty exit was not impossible.

“Hey. Isn't that the tree you're looking for?”

Shadows danced on the edge of her line of sight, and she swore she could hear the snapping of twigs and snarling of nimble footed wolves of wood and twig in the darkness...but a clear sight was not plausible, and she would not move from near the ponies simply to attempt a better look out. As it was, they were well enough hidden visually...but there was no doubt that their scent was on the wind, and that was not something the Nighttime princess could hide as easily. She feared that the timberwolves were gaining ground upon them, and there already was not terribly much seperating them from the wooden predators as it is, save the largely spread impenatrable darkness of the bushes and foliage the prowling wolves were likely using for camouflage.

" Acquire what you need - but do not linger! " Luna warned, looking towards the group with an air of cautiousness about her - this was becoming a lot more dangerous with every passing second.

" I can hide our forms as long as necessary, but it IS simply an illusion - if they detect us using other senses, it will not matter in the slightest if they cannot see us. "
