Cool Temper is a very open minded pony even with being brash and straightforward at times. He probably would find simulto while walking the streets of Stalliongrad and offering him something to eat or drink. get to know him, find out a test and aid him in it because he has no love of politicians. He is a military man through and through not a politicians lap dog like his commanders.
