''Why hello there,

I am Seria Rosa, a fairy. I am a resident of Ponyville, though I do not exactly live in the town. I chose to settle in the woods around the town, living with nature. It would be hard for me not to do so after I have lived and came from a place filled with plants, trees as well as animals. Us fairies are one with nature. We do our best to take care of it with the power of nature energy. Yet I have decided to move out of my home for particular reasons.

As a young fairy, I did not always behave correctly. I had a tendency to disobey the elder ones. I was curious and wanted to see and learn, but I did not want to learn what everypony else was being taught. Unlike here, fairies don't have school. We are taught how to interact with nature, the animals, the plants, its energy as well as the basics of life such as how to interact with others and helping each other. We learned how to be fairies. We do not have teachers in front of a classroom who will speak to dozens of students. Instead, it was done individually and in time with the elders. Everyone is willing to help with the education of the younger ones. Yet, as a young filly, I had trouble learning... Actually, my name means 'Late Rose' where the word 'seria' is a play of the word 'sera' which means 'late'. As for 'Rosa'... Well, it stands for 'Rose'. The thing is, each fairy is associated with a plant, flower or a tree. So... I was a slow learner at the time, which I still consider strange due to the fact that I own the staff of life called Anima and... O-Oh, I'm afraid I am saying too much now! Please excuse me for this... I should not tell you about all of this.

I-In any case now... *Ahem* As I have said earlier, I reside near Ponyville and have left because... because I wanted to see more outside. It is a choice that I do not regret at all. It is was allowed me to meet with new ponies and befriend them. Two of them are who I am proud to call my best friends. Violet Charm and Glady Leaf. Both of them make me very happy. Whenever we gather, I smile. It is nearly impossible not to with Glady goofing around and Violet simply adding so much positiveness to everything! They tell me that I am the smart one. It is probably because I know more than they do. I hate to brag, truly, but it is true that I know a tad about our land. Although I was not very fast at learning, I caught up pretty easily later on when I decided that I really wanted to invest myself into it and... it bear fruit. I knew that all the fairies owned great knowledge of the land. I felt left out and this is why I wanted to learn too. In the end, it simply took me more time than the others.

Now... you already know a little about myself. I am uncertain of what else can be added... Oh. I haven't talked about Freesia, did I? No I haven't. She is another fairy, just like me. Yet, she does not have the wings of a regular fairy like myself. To be more precise, she is an ice fairy. Her wings are made out of magical ice. She is a very nice young filly to be with. Although she can be a lot to handle sometime... but I mind it not. If anything, I believe she is here with me for a reason since she too fled from the fairy kingdom and that it does her good. I know she did not have many friends and had a lot of time alone... So I try my best to spend time with her when I'm not busy. I think she appreciates it.

I believe that I do not have too much else to say. For now you may know a little about me. Yet I'm fairly certain that I will get to talk about myself some more.
