TO me, it looks like Sweetie Belle has come up with another crackpot idea, and Apple Bloom is shrugging and looking up like "Oy vey!" Scootaloo looks similarly hesitant, but being more adventurous than AB, has to consider it.

Whatever it is, they should do it, because Sweetie Belle is best CMC.

That's probably quite accurate. Though maybe Apple Bloom is like "We already tried that, remember?!" and Scootaloo's all "Let her finish, let her finish..."

I don't think Scoot's paying any attention at all to the other two. She's probably thinking they should elect Rainbow Dash president or something. xP
