Is that a hovering hit point meter? I'm kind of curious as to whats happening. Is she bowing before royalty?

Yes. In one of the first scenes, she gets to meet with Celestia in Rarity's stead. So I drew her bowing before Celestia.

The circle is actually my signature in a really silly placement. lol
