I use gimp. Im able to create my own paintbrushes and stuff, so I just clicked around a bunch

This took me about 3 hours to do, and even then it turned out dumb.

I don't know about anyone else, but I can appreciate the effort. One trick I sometimes use when I need to draw with a mouse is to use both hands. One of them moves, and the other one steadies and guides. (Just an idea, it doesn't work that great, but maybe it might help in the future?)
